This company is five star. My neighbors use them and referred them to me. I have them come monthly inside for those icky Palmetto Creatures and my backyard for fleas and mosquitoes..Joe does inside and John does outside. They are amazing guys and the business is top notch.John sprayed my backyard for fleas and mosquitoes and within an hour and a half it downpoured like a monsoon, as it does here in Boca. I called arrow and they came out again the next week and sprayed again free of charge.

We have been using Arrow Exterminators, at our home in Boca Raton, for several years and are completely satisfied! Both the service and office staff are Amazing. Whenever we have an issue; the service manager Mark Cleghorn, responds promptly. Deidra, the office manager is very helpful and friendly. Our Technician Joe; always provides us with Great Service, and is very courteous. We are very happy with the excellent service we are receiving.

Well they company arrow Exterminators has bought out tropical pest management. A Very sad change there customers service isn’t the same rep that I spoke to was new(which is fine) kept putting ting me on hold to ask some one else for the accurate information. I was finally told the bed bug inspection would be done later this week and I was fine with that. After getting off the phone with the rep I was called back immediately and was told the inspection is 250$! I was shocked I have been using tropical pest management for over two years now. And to charge 250$ for an inspection is just wrong. I have seen free estimates from other companies or charge 50-80$ for estimates on new customer. Told the nice lady to have her manager get on the phone and she said there isn’t a manager here... I than ask well let speak to the person that is help you in the office because there must be a mistake. The lady than said unfortunately there nothing you can do about it’s 250$. I than told the individual to have the manager contact me when ever they do return. She said okay, three hours later I got a phone call from a over defensive manger saying how great arrow Exterminators is great we are 7th largest pest control company and this is the cheapest your going to find. I told the manager thank you for the information I will sure be switch companies because you guys sure don’t know how to treat loyal customers.

Exterminator wrote out the estimate to the seller not ourselves, the buyers, and when contacted assured us everything was corrected. Called a couple of weeks into it to confirm due to appointments and airline tickets purchased we were told there was not a contract in our name and it was not scheduled. I explained everything, thinking the manager and or exterminator would correct the issue the manager turned it around blaming us and no taking no responsibility for his employees mistake. Worst customer service I have dealt with in years. Stay away!!!

OUTSTANDING company! I own a home health agency in Boynton Beach and recommended Arrow for a patient who had a bed bug problem, they took care of the problem and she has been pest free. That was great on its own but what made Arrow OUTSTANDING is that today a nurse at my office informed me about another one of our elderly patients with bed bugs in her house. This person did not have the funds to pay for treatment. I called Arrow and spoke to Charmaine to ask her if she knew of a charitable organization that might pay for this treatment. I explained this patients situation. Charmaine, an absolute angel, worked her magic, spoke to the management at Arrow and they arranged with the assistance of their crew and vendor discounts to provide the service at cost! That is so amazing. My patient was in tears and we are all so grateful for their generosity!!! Thank you! I will never recommend or use any other company for Pest control needs. Im a loyal customer from now on.

I had the pleasure of having Scott come out the other week to take care of some rodent activity that no other pest control company could do. He was very informative and very patient with all my questions and concerns. He showed me where they were coming in from, which the other companies couldn’t seem to find. Every time I thought I heard one of the traps go off (which was a few times) he came back and checked only to find out I was hearing things lol. I felt so bad after the 3rd time but he chuckled and reassured me it happens all the time and told me not to worry, “better safe then sorry” is what he said. Eventually we did end up getting it and he made sure the area was still closed off from his first visit and did another walk through. From start to finish Scott made this entire experience wonderful!

I have a tech in my house right now that came an hour and a half late also can not tell me what stage of life cycle a flying termite is in. Treated an area that I saw droppings but did not address two areas that I had swarms in the house. Oh did i mention this is the second time in two weeks that he has been here for the same problem, and all he is doing is retreating the area that he treated last time. Wait there is more its raining brought a wet dripping ladder into my house did not wipe up the water did not wipe his feet at the door. I can continue but Im fed up enough.
