Trudy was AMAZING she didn’t cut my natural nails and helped direct me towards not getting tips so my natural nails would be the best they possibly could be. She was truly the best nail technician I have ever had!!! Next time you come to Venetian Nail Spa YOU MUST ASK FOR TRUDY!!

I would not recommend this nail salon. I have been going here for a couple of years. I would say they deliver a sloppy or lazy work and the price went up. I had a manicure and pedicure yesterday and I had to pay attention to what there were doing not even doing the file of my nails. On top of the poor job they have the courage to ask for a tip. Management here is careless. This is a waste of money at the end.

I showed up to my appointment a couple minutes early because I wanted to look at the color selections for gel polishes. But for some reason everyone here seems to be in a rush? The guy I had doing my nails seemed incredibly impatient. Rushed me over to the chair. While the nails were ok the entire experience was truthfully unpleasant. Also for short almond nails it cost $65 not including tip which is $20 more than the salon right down the street. The experience and the raised prices just aren’t worth it. I’d rather go elsewhere.

I asked for Dip manicure… what I received was only a polish change, not a manicure… and they charged me $50???? Very sloppy work everything was uneven, worst I have ever seen…. The Venetian in west Boca is 1000% better

Worst gel manicure ever. They did not proper remove my prior polish, nails were filed unevenly, gel was put on slapdash and unevenly, even over my cuticles. Fir the prices they charge I expected better.

Had a pedicure and gel manicure. My toes are different colors because he used a dirty polish brush. I forgot to check them after my manicure. I called and they told me to come when they open the following day so they could fix it for me. I asked if I needed an appointment and he said “no, it shouldn’t take long at all.” Well, I showed up as instructed and was told I’d have to wait 30 to 40 minutes. No apologies. Didn’t even care to look at the screw up his employee made. I will never go here again.

Horrible experience, came in to do Chrome nails the lady that had me had no IDEA what she was doing she had to ask for help to 2 different staffs to do the proper job, short story the nails came out horrible I was disgusted by the job that I asked to take everything away and they left my nails horrible, IM NEVER COMING HERE EVER AGAIN. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I enjoyed my experience here today. My nail tech was very good and she took very good care of me. The pedicure was a just amazing. From the hot stones to the hot towels all the way down to the gel in the foot tub afterwards. Im going to sleep like a newborn baby tonight. Everything was on point and I will definitely be back

I had gel French manicure which started to peel of in 6 days after it was done!It should last between 2-3 weeks.French pedicure was mediocre too: nail polish on my toes smudged by the end of the same day I received it and technician, Lucy, didn’t attend my corners problems and just filed it in to make the matters worse!I really don’t care about crystal chandelivers and posh surrounding of the salon.My main concern is the Heath and beauty of my nails which your company is not able to provide !

I had a mani/pedi and the manicure polish never dried. When I went in later on the same day to get a redo, they made me wait over 20 minutes with no one looking they would repolish. When I asked for a refund for just the mani portion, they refused. So I wasted money/hours on a manicure that I had to remove and the tip. Beware!

Will never come back and I hope you guys move out! Place is clean and pleasant. Young guy receptionist is always texting and doesn’t look you at the face when you are talking. For the 3 td time have been Disrespectful with my time. I specifically asked for a time and was told to come in. When I came in The person was with another client just beginning. Receptionist is unprofessional and he keeps on texting without letting meKnow what happening - until I asked. What’s unpleasant is that I have called and made appointments, they tell you to come in and once you get there the person is always busy at the time You scheduled. It’s so Much easier to say that they don’t make appointments instead of leaving peopleWaiting. Today I waited 20 min for a “Appointment “ that I called to schedule with NOC. This was my second time at this location. The first time I was very happy with my nail tech. Ken was absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately, he was completely booked yesterday so I had to go with another person. The new person I went to never asked if I wanted to change my shape or make my nails shorter. My main problem is my nails were not painted correctly. I choose a black dip color and you can see white all over. She did not take her time. My nail shape doesnt really match either.

I usually use the Venetian Nail Spa in Coconut Creek. My daughter was visiting and we were running errands in Boca and I decided to treat her to nails while I finished up a few last things. I dropped her off and away I went. The thing I like about this chain is you get a spa experience. All of them are beautifully decorated and you dont get the stink of acrylic when you walk in the door. When I get my pedicure I sip a glass of complimentary wine, start the massage function on the chair, and actually relax. I am also addicted to their next gen. You dip in your finger in powder a few times and you have beautiful long lasting nails without the smell or having to wait for them to dry. I have my favorite tech in Coconut Creek but I have not had a bad experience with anyone. They take you without an appointment or if there is someone you like you can book with them. Based on my great experience with this chain I didnt hesitate to try a new location or just have my daughter sit with whoever was available to take her. There are a million nail places around but the great service I have received at Venetian Nail keeps me coming back. The only small thing I noticed was this location charges $5 more the next gen than Coconut Creek but it wasnt worth leaving over.

I have been going to Venetian Nail Spa for almost 2 years now. The staff is very professional and have always treated me well. The nail technicians are great and I have had my nails done by many of them until finding that one person you that becomes your go to person. I get my nails done by Vicky and I have never been disappointed. She is amazing. She is very professional and really cares about the end results.

I’ve come her a lot great experience, but I recently got my nails done by a guy I believe was Bryan. They are super pretty and I got them done in white. I know this comes with getting your nails done but I wouldn’t had expected this. I got a infection from getting my nails done here, my whole finger was swollen. I know they used sterilized equipment which is very clean but this was a shock to me. I finally got over the infection but my middle finger (which was the infected one) was nearly 2 times or bigger than my other middle finger that wasn’t infected. I know this wasn’t there fault. But overall great experience here other wise.

Just finished my first Mani/Pedi ever. Im glad it was here and that Helen did it. She really took her time and had a pleasant personality. Got the Venetian special. Priced very reasonably. I definitely recommend this place.

The manicure was fine. However, I believe the price last spring was $14 for a simple manicure. It has now jumped to $18 for the same treatment. Not at all acceptable.Fortunately there are other places.

I go here at least once a month and love it. Hard to find someone you trust and that does a great job, so I was super happy to find Trudy! I get dip nails and a pedicure. Relaxing and enjoyable - and I leave with pretty nails!

I get there at 7:30, they close at 8. Owner says we have nobody to do your nails. 4 technicians are sitting right in front of me and 2 of them are doing each others nails. I ask what about them, he says “No”. I said, I thought you close at 8.. he says, “yes but no one can do it for you”.These nail shops are all around south Florida, dont be fooled by there chain. They have negative reviews on most of their shop locations.

Worst dipped French “manicure”. I’ve ever had! I have manicure in quotes because I asked why they didn’t do my cuticles and they told me after the fact that it was $7.00 more. They knew it was my first (and last) time there so they should have told me up front what it included and didn’t include as I wouldn’t have skipped that. With so many Choices, while theirs may be the more attractive nail place, not worth the bad quality. When I pointed out all of the problems with my nails, she tried to say it was my nails. I explained that Ive had it done for 5 years and have never had that problem.

Don’t go there! Terrible first time I went I got a nice lady but I made appointment with her and after one hour waiting the manager send me to another girl, she didn’t do a nice job and I can back next day to fix it. Guest what! they do not and try charge more. I already paid 60.00 for the nails and wasn’t good. Terrible management. I saw somebody also complain about bad nails. And the employees talking about overworking and no nice treatment

Venetian at Park Place is by far the best nail spa in the area! Friendly staff and outstanding service. Mia is the best and goes above and beyond to make sure my nails look amazing every time! Highly recommend!

I love how clean this nail spa is. Ive only had pedicures here but always feel so pampered and like I got the way service, after leaving. Booking an appointment through the Mind Body app is super easy and convenient. Love that they have vegan polish as an option. Very luxurious pedis!

The male that waited on me rushed the whole experience. The massage was 2 times up and down my legs, the reason I get a pedicure is for the message of my feet and legs. He kept saying don’t your feet feel so clean now, I just had taken a shower they were not dirty when I walked in. My God what an insult. Could not wait to get away from him he wore a mask the entire time I am somewhat deaf and could not read his lips. The final straw was he said I am so hungry, now I know why he rushed. Never again will I walk through that door.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! The guy doing my nails ANSWERED A PHONE CALL IN THE MIDDLE OF DOING MY NAILS!!! I was charged 60 dollars for a full set with one color and I can see where he left small bubbles in the polish. The color I wanted was being used so rather than wait 10 minutes I was told to pick another. Every idea I had to add a little sparkle was shot down. only one person spoke passable English.

I’m very unsatisfied with my nails today. Kim was lovely but failed to live up to this salons standards. I left this salon with air bubbles in my white polish and polish in the corners of my cuticles. Wish I had time to deal with the mess.

I have been going to VN nails for years. First to Linton and now Military because it is closer to my house. They are always professional and accommodating. I also like how clean they keep everything. Very friendly staff. Tina is great. She is my girl.

I went here to get my eyebrows done and the spa offers threading so I decided to try something new. Mandy did my eyebrows and upper lip and my experience was really good. She was super careful with my sensitive skin and filled all of my requests for how I wanted my brow shaped was perfect would deff come back next time I need a clean up or my nails!!!!

Even though I came in last minute,the owner was able to fit me in and I was very pleased with my pedicure.The place is very clean,the women are friendly and seem to know many of the regular customers and the prices are quite reasonable. I am very happy with my experience!

I went to this particular location because I work nearby and thought if it worked out well I would frequent this Nail Spa. Unfortunately it wasnt at all what I had hoped. I upgraded from the least expensive Pedicure which is $28 to a $37 pedicure which was supposed to be longer and more massaging. The woman who did my massage was not good. Her massage was nothing special and maybe the whole pedicure was about 25 minutes. I could have had a pedicure anywhere for that. When I called the salon later to tell them my feeling of the experience, they said they didnt care!!! I was blown away with their response.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been to several Venetian Nail Spas for years. When I entered the salon they were pretty indifferent. This the first and last time at this location. The manager NOT friendly. I was over charged and when I tried to explain he pretty much ignored me. Very rude not a way to run a business.

My experience at the Venetian Nail Salon was really poor and i will never be going back. So i called and asked if i could walk in and they said yes, when i got there i was awed by the beauty of the place but thats as far as the good in my experience went.. i thought i wouldve been offered some coffee or a bottle of water, something! I mean the place is $10 more than the usual salons, i was still excited to get my nails done but when I got to the nail technician, James, he was very rough with my hands and then he left chunks of hardened acrylic under my nails. he left smudges of polish all around my finger and then rushed me out of the chair when i asked him to fix it. I am truly disappointed and wouldnt recommend that anyone go there.

Terrible experience. I do not recommend. It was my first time getting nexgen and although getting them on was a pleasant experience getting them off was not. I went in to get them off and the lady was terrible. She was very rough on my nails felt like she was pulling off my entire nail. Until she did. I felt this shocking pain and I wasn’t paying attention and that’s when I started seeing my nail bleeding... it was ripped off half way. Didn’t even apologize or nothing. Worst part is I still got charged for full price. Terrible never going back there

Seems clean enough - I have only gotten pedicures here. All three times, the tech seemed rushed. Yesterday she filed & clipped skin until it bled on two toes. Dont plan on returning.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Will never go back! Don’t waste your time and money!! I went in for gel manicure and could have done a better job myself! I am not one to make a big deal or start any problems, but this was out of control!! The polish was all over my cuticles, when I asked “Tina” if she could take some of it off of my cuticles she started using the drill to remove the gel polish. She then just kept adding polish and telling me the polish was new and my nails were oily. (I’ve never had a problem with “oily” nails in the last 10+ years Of getting my nails done!) She then told me she didn’t like the way they looked and to come back another day to have them fixed!!! When I told her I wasn’t coming back another day she then started to buff off all the gel polish, packed up her stuff and told me she couldn’t help me anymore and walked away!!!! Then went to the back with all the other employees and talked really badly about me. I never complained to anyone or said anything badly about Tina but she made it seem as if I had. I was then recommended another nail tech by a customer sitting next to me who was very nice and did a great job! I have never been treated so poorly or had such a terrible experience getting my nails done!

This nail salon is terrible. Don’t be fooled by the things in the wall. The people working on your nails and feet are inexperienced, and the people at the front desk are not helpful and the guys at the front desk think they are cool,but are very uninpressive.Don’t waste your money.Go someplace that they know what they are doing... this place is not worth the money.

This was the worst nail salon experience I have ever had. I asked to get my acrylics removed and for a basic manicure. The nail technician could barely speak English and thought I was getting a pedicure. So after clipping my acrylics off (not removing them), she led me to the pedicure chair. I then explained to her that I wanted a manicure. She rushed through the job, did not smooth out my nails, and filed them terribly uneven. She did not make them all the same length, as I requested. Many of them are slanted and pointy. I was shocked when I saw her applying polish to my rough and barely filed nails. To top it off, she left polish marks all over my skin. The manicure looks terrible, lumpy, and uneven. I could have done a better job myself. I am extremely disappointed in this service and will not be coming back again. Oh, and forgot to mention, they charged me a higher price than they said they would on the phone.

The nail salon is business courteous. Your experience will depend on the nail tech so it might take a few tries to find someone good. I get Nextgen with Linda and I like the results everytime.

Not kid friendly. Tried to take my 8yr old there for a manicure and they were so rude. They Started with my nails while she waited and then kept taking other customers who came in after while she just sat there waiting. It was as though they had no respect for her and didn’t treat her equally as a customer because she was a child. To me I see no difference. Great techs and a wonderful experience. As a girl, the most rewarding feeling is treating myself to a mani-pedi. The staff here at Venetian Nail Spa deliver the highest quality of care and experience for each customer that walks in. The salon is one of the cleanest I have ever seen and you dont feel like the tech is in a rush to get you to the register. I would ask for TINA or TWEEDY. I got my gel mani and I could not be happier with the results! They offer wines, sodas, teas, coffee, and water during your stay. They really know hospitality!

This is the first time ever where I walk out of a salon and Im not bleeding or missing parts of my nail. The atmosphere is very nice.

Went for a pedicure and my big toe nail fell off a week later!!! the grossest most horrifying thing ever! never ever had an issue with it anywhere else and my dr. said that they must not have cleaned the bath proper and this is common.

I recently went here with my mom and sisters. Like all other Venetian Nail Spas I had been to it was clean and reception staff was helpful. My mom and sisters all had great mani pedis but not me. My tech was rude. Changing my polish color and insisting the color I had chosen was all wrong. On top of that she didnt full paint the second coat on my manicure so I have a line around the border of each nail where the second coat was. Additionally she critiqued my footwear choice saying its bad for my heels (I wear birkenstocks because I need arch support). Basically she was overall rude and unhelpful. Though this is by far closet nail place to me I will likely never go back in fear of getting her again.

I just went there for a regular manicure and pedicure. The guy at the front desk stated that they only could do one of the 2 since I got there at 7:22, and they close at 8:00pm. Thats what i call poor client experience considering that it is a new place.

Atrocious. Lily did a regular manicure on me and left my nails bumpy because she did thick coats of polish and my nails aren’t filed properly. They hurt any time I graze myself. Ridiculously expensive too.

Horrible. Dip manicure didn’t even last a week and I paid on the high end. My nails were a mess within 5 days. Never again!

I am not one to write reviews, but this was a horrible experience. I went for a mani/pedi and it was unbelievably rushed. They also leave a huge gap between your cuticle and where the polish starts so it looks like your nails are already a week grown out (and they don’t even go to the outside edges of your nails). Rude staff and not relaxing whatsoever. Steer clear of this place.

This place is the worst!!! I went there a few times to get my nails done and last time I had a refill two of my nails broke the next day!!! I returned to have them fixed as soon as possible just for them to tell me that they didnt had time to fixed them. Went back to get a refill and get my two broken nails fixed and they try to charge me $65 claiming that I had to pay for the broken nails, the onces they didnt do right to begin with. A broken nail is not just ugly but very painfull. Im NEVER coming back to this place is a rip-off they try to overcharge for a bad service and a bad job.

My first experience wasn’t too great but I decided to try it again since this location is so close to my work (I usually go to the Delray location off Linton and Federal). I couldn’t be any happier with the mani (nexgen) and pedi that Bryan did for me. I promise, it’s the best mani I have ever had. I will definitely be returning!!

I am FURIOUS just had the WORST experience here. I arrived early and was toldNo one would be able to see me until my appt which was at 3. I said Ok i understand. At 2:55 the manager proceeds to wrap my nails. After 15 which is now 15 min past my actual appt time. I told the front desk girl and manager that I had to leave by 4 because my husband was watching our two children. I knew that my appt wasnt going to take just 30 min to do. When I finally get assigned to a technician (Mai) because at this point I need the previous nexgen taken off properly, she doesnt even do a proper job. She cuts my nails and took the rest off with a cotton ball and some acetone. She doesnt even buff my nails with the electric buffer shes supposed to use. She also said she doesnt know how to do powderer nails. I had to go back and complain to the manager that she left my nails all pointy. She then accused me of not telling her I wanted them filed. She then very unprofessionally told me she was starving because she hasnt eaten lunch yet as if I was an inconvenience to her. I left with glue from the previous manicure still stuck on my nails. I told them at that point I just had time for them to take off the old polish because after been seen 30 min late I couldnt continue to do the rest. NEVER GOING BACK. For a place that charged $10 more than my regular place I go because its pretty and 3 weeks old I am extremely disappointed. I wouldnt recommend this place to ANYONE 😡

I have been to get a pedicure at the location that used to be in town center mall so I know the routine the person that I went to get a pedicure from pretended to not understand me she didn’t turn on the spa she didn’t put in the blue capsules in the water so I don’t feel like I should pay for a job half done so I got up and I told the manager he didn’t say anything so I left.

This nail spa was horrible! i went to get my nails (gel) and toes (regular polish) done. the women had no clue what she was doing and was very rough.2 days after my manicure i saw that the side of my nail had already pelled because the women didn’t put the gel on properly i would not recommend this place to anyone!! horrible service and horrible job on the manicure

AWFUL!!! Called 3 hours ahead for an appointment. Told to come in at one o’clock. Got there at 1230 to be told “Oh sorry, we are booked and didn’t write it down.” Owner was right there and heard whole conversation, did not even aplologize. Will NEVER go there😡😡😡 RUDE!!!
