This salon is so clean and the employees are a gift!! I had the best manicure of my life and the environment was so professional and positive. The prices were fantastic. They offer so many services. Possibly the worst pedicure I have ever had.. I got my pedicure done on 9/21/21 and scheduled another pedicure tomorrow 9/22/21 it was so bad. Johnny did my pedicure and he was rude and rushing to get to another client. Did a poor job at painting my nails and I didnt even feel the hot stones.My sisters got theirs done by Emmy, Don and Jenni. I really wish I had Jenni who I actually had my appointment with. Her and Emmy I could tell cared more and took their time.Lui greeted everyone at the door and was very professional and polite. I mentioned at check out I wasnt happy and nothing was done, was told to come back and I wouldnt be out with Johnny when Id much rather have my $60 back. Attached is a picture of the poor paint job that was done.I am so dissatisfied because I bought all 3 of my sisters gift cards here and the service was terrible. I do not recommend. I was so excited to come here and enjoy my pedicure and the entire time felt judged and uncomfortable during the entire hour I was in a chair.

They where eh. I think his name was johnathan older guy can’t remember his name did my dip way to thick. Guy was rude and was rushing us to pick a color. And i had to be the one to wash my hands after didn’t even put lotion on my hands after. But Alex is really good!! Going to him all the time now

I’ve been to the spa twice now and both for a manicure and pedicure and I was completely blown away the staff was extremely professional everything is very clean and for someone like me that doesn’t normally get these done it was amazing.-Update, I have been back 4 more times and its been amazing each visit! Last time I was here I got scammed really badly. The tech did not notify me of any additional fees, so at the start I originally thought the nails I was getting were going to be $55. He did not tell me there would be additional charges for the length, shape or color. He stayed quiet the entire time and whenever I asked for something additional did not mention pricing or anything at all. I ended up paying $72. I’m obviously unhappy and I feel disappointed because it’s just so unprofessional to hide fees from clients. I don’t even mind paying the fees I was expecting there to be some extra, but it’s extremely rude to hide over $20 in fees from a customer. So classless and trashy, never coming here again.Also forgot to mention the tech seriously over-cured the gel polish and as a result they absorbed a ton of dirt/debris and were kinda sticky. I had to repaint them myself because after 2-3 days they were a gross grey-ish color and looked filthy. When I repainted them with my own gel polish I did not have the same issue.

They truly take their time and pay attention to detail. I love the way my nails came out and will definitely be returning! These nails were done by Emmy.

I have been a customer of Kens for about 17 years I follow him wherever he works But this is my least favorite salon that he’s worked In. It’s so noisy the music that they play is disgusting I’m there to relax and be pampered not to listen to blaring loud music. The selection of dip is poor also they are more into gel. If it wasn’t for Ken and his wife Jennifer I would have stopped coming. They are the best!

Ive been using Jenni for a few months now. Shes great. I do a gel manicure every 2 weeks. The Studio has lots of options for polish colors. The Studio is always clean. The front desk girls are always friendly. Every time I come they always have HGTV on the TV, which is great. Theyve been doing a good job with the protocols of covid. The Studio is probably the prettiest nail salon Ive seen in a long time.

I was given a gift card for this salon. Are used it to get a facial done. It was the most amazing service I received. I have had many facials in Boca Raton and nothing compared to this. I highly recommend and will be going back for more services

Place to go to but beware there are times that you would have your appointment changed for a delay and then the delay would be delayed so just be careful

I was getting a pedicure and I saw foot/callus shavings on the towel before they even used it on me🤮 some of them fell onto the floor and my skin was CRAWLING

Wonderful experience with Jenni. My nails were in horrible condition. She gentle soaked the old acrylic, applied the dip powder and saved what little nails I had left. The pedicure was also incredible. Love this place!

My mom and I went in for pedicures and were both disappointed in our experience. Attention to detail is very important to me. After leaving the salon I noticed that not one toe was fully painted. All of the sides lacked polish. My mom was mostly upset by the fact that their “hot towels” were just like warm. It bothered me very much that their foot bath did not bubble. It just say there and got cold. They also decided to charge me an extra $3 for using “special” polish that I did not even request. Another technician told me that the polish would “look better” and decided to add it to my other polish. But, the salon was cute.....

The appearance of this salon is deceiving. If only I knew what was to come I never would have fallen for the facade of such a clean and well decorated salon. My friend and I went and experienced an attitude when I asked for a simple design on my nail. I was told that it was not possible when I called to confirm it was and the fact that I had to fight with the nail technician is a display of their customer service or honestly lack there of. The technician doing my friend did the wrong colors on her nails and did not do a design What a letdown and waste of $100.

I went to the studio in Febuary to try out the reflexoligy full body masage. It was relaxing and private, the massge was great. I felt relaxed and very safe beacuse they made sure to sanitize the room before i entered.

Visited first week they opened. Usually not a good idea as it’s hard to be in point as a new place irons out kinks. NO kinks in this place! Absolutely amazing. Beautiful, clean, professional! I felt like I was at a 5 star resort spa! As we are living in this altered universe now and the necessity to be clean and sterile is first priority, this is most definitely the place to go to feel safe and at ease. At at the same time feel wonderful when you walk out the door. Manicure, pedicure, eyebrows and the most spectacular reflexology 85 minute session ever. Wow!!!! Just wonderful.

I’ve always been a customer of the Studio’s other locations but this one is hands down the most gorgeous and since it’s brand new it’s easier to get an apt. ALEX is hands down one of the best nail techs I’ve ever been to. He is such a perfectionist and makes your nails look so natural and always makes sure you leave happy. Ive been a client of The Studio for quite some time. The new location is absolutely gorgeous! New chairs are great. Staff is always helpful.

I have been going to the Yamato location for myself since April 2019. The layout of this location is beautiful with the white and black colors and the big chandelier in the middle. They do so well when it comes to precautions being taken during COVID-19 with temperature checks and plastic between you and your nail tech. This new location is easier for appointments and smaller so not many people are in there, which works for what is going on right now in the world. They do offers weekly, sometimes even daily, with 10-30% off services. They are doing 20% off today so I knew today would be a great day to go and have beautiful nails for back-to-school.

I’ll start out with something nice. This is the prettiest nail salon I’ve ever been in. Super clean, super luxe and the customer service for some were excellent.I got a full set of acyrlic and gel. Pretty much from the moment he cut the tips, we were having a problem. I told himI i didn’t like the shape, told him they were too wide, told him they were uneven. Everything was my fault because of my fingers or nails, including when he cut me the first time with the nail file and told me that’s because my nail bed is too big. It was terrible. At some point, I should have gotten up but I didn’t.The receptionist was wonderful!!! She saw my nails, took a picture and promptly gave me a refund. I’ve never gotten a refund in a nail salon ever! She was so sweet and apologetic, that because of her, I’ll give the salon a second chance maybe. Also a nail tech named Mary who did my mom’s nails, and did beautiful job, she tried to do what she could to fix them.This is, by far, the worst manicure and set I’ve evergotten.
