I had Anthony and it was going fine until the end. After he had always painted and cured the gel on my nails, he filed the edges so it took off the polish all over the sides of my nails. The staff was nice but I wasn’t satisfied with the results especially considering the price

Service was good, as always...however...the girl they had making appointments and check ins had the personality of a wet sock. We may have had masks on, but I can still see you roll your eyes at people.I might try the one on Glades and Boca Rio (going out of my way) instead of going back to this one.

It’s a good place but only for basic things such has a regular manicure or gel manicure. I suggest not to do any art related or extravagant things here. Never turns out well and pretty pricey. The staff is nice and the place is clean. Just sometime you leave and your nails are beyond botched….

They must not have cleaned the instruments properly between uses because I ended up with a bacterial infection from them cutting my cuticles too far. This is the worst salon experience I have had in my life! Never going here again!!

Tina was amazing, she did great on my nails and helped me figure out what i wanted to. She was very friendly as well and made sure i was ok with everything she was doing. Will for sure be coming back!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Got my acrylics done and the guy was so rude and not listening to anything I was saying and just pushing me to the side. Some lady snapped at me when I asked to see a pricing menu. After I left and cried because I payed $60 for crooked and chipped nails, the agreed to fix them for me which I appreciated. Came in and they painted some of my nails the wrong color so my nails were even more of a hot mess and they HURT! I have never had my nails be so sore and painful. Eventually the all start to fall off and my nails underneath are extremely broken and bleeding. I have never ever had them look like this before snd I’ve gotten acrylics so many times. I have never left a review on any business before but I am just so angry at how big of a waste of money this place was. Never ever going back! My roommates had a terrible experience as well!

I had an unpleasant experience with Andrea today. It was extremely unprofessional, rude and lazy. The situation was so unpleasant that it drew the attention of another employee who gently offered to help me. I was so disoriented by this situation that I went to do a pedicure and manicures and ended up leaving only with the pedicure done. I dont understand how an establishment like yours hires people like her.

Came for the first time since my daughter got a gift card for her bday last yr. The girl who did my daughters kids mani/pedi was super sweet and attentive. My daughter is 7 and it was her bday again today. The woman who did my pedi rushed right through... Didnt clean much or scrub or anything. Literally was like 10 mins pedi. And not good at all! She kept pushing me to do a more expensive pedi to do the extra things that my normal girl i have gone to for over 10yrs does for the same price The Studio charges. I def wouldnt return for myself...but if i get the same girl for my daughter definitely! I chalk it up to a one time eh experience!

Quick stop food or gasoline

Went as a walkin for a nail polish change for my 4 year old daughter. Technician completely disregarded & ignored any of my requests and only listened to my daughter in multiple occasions. My daughter messed up one nail while we were getting it dry and i tried to push the polish back on the best I could and asked if they could put a clear coat over to smooth it out and they said no! They said I could get it fixed in an hour from then. I wasnt asking for the whole nail to be fixed, all I wanted was 1 top clear coat to help strengthen & smooth the nail color. They said they were so busy that no one could help fix and put 1 coat on. Rediculous! I even called after to speak to the manager. She kept calling me “honey” and belittled my situation. Never took any responsibility. Refunded me $8 because that was her best solution. But that was not the point. Not empathetic at the least. We were on a time constraint since we were going to a very special wedding and they completely ruined a portion of our day by their poor attitudes and customer service! I’ve been going to this studio for about 10+ years & will not be going back or recommending them in the future!

Andrea is the best! She does a great job! I have been here several times for pedicures. The salon is nice and clean. They greet you as soon as you enter, and the wait is less than a few minutes. You can book an appointment online or by phone. My spa gel pedicures are great. Overall the salon is very nice. I will go back and I would recommend it too.

Ned is the best nail tech!! I am so happy to have found him in an area full of nail salons that are all ran on a subpar level and filled with nail techs that do just average work. The Studio raises the bar with cleanliness, easy scheduling (online) and tons of services offered!!! If you want beautifully basic nails to unique/custom nails---- schedule with Ned!!

I just moved from Parkland and a few friends told me to come here. I’m not sure why because I found it chaotic and the service was mediocre at best. The price is higher or the same as competitors so there’s definitely other options around.

I love it here! The place is ALWAYS clean, looks beautiful inside, everyone is friendly and they are very nice to me. I only have good things to say. I have been coming here twice a month for 7 years now and I always go to Ana. She is wonderful and I have never had a bad experience. She is a great manicurist as well as a really good person. Over the years there have been a few times when she was unavailable and I absolutely could not wait to get my nails done, so I went to Sue and Cindy. Both of them were really good too and I was always happy with the jobs they did in Anas absence. I recommend this place all the time to people when they compliment me on how nice my nails look! I think its great!

I booked a appointment for yesterday at 4 for full set,pedi, cut and blow and wax . Danny did my nails and they came out great, did my hair also great but then all of a sudden they told me they didn’t have time to do anything else so I ask the “owner” of the shop for a reschedule and maybe a apology for wasting my only day available.... she got mad instead and kept asking me to leave I questioned her professionalism and she just said and I quote “I change my mind I don’t feel like it “ IF you just open a buisness a week ago you do not treat your customers with lack of respect and just kick them out ... either way I left because It was her request and I didn’t wanna deal with rude unprofessional management

This is the worst experience in my entire life.This salon is a nightmare.Im so shocked that the so called nail masters got their certificates,and Im not even sure if they have one.My 5 -years old sister would have done a better job.I hated the way my nails looked when it was finished, and I assumed she would go back and retouch the unclean curves, uneven gel polish and correct uneven shape of my nails.BUT nope!! she seemed so proud of what she did and ended it. Never coming back.

Today was the first time i went and i went in with broken nails and everything and they repaired for cheap. Sam did a very good job! They did amazing with massaging my feet and hands and was affordable

I recommend Cindy or Tracy they do great work, gentle, and give great foot massages.May main reason for leaving a review is for the hair salon, Stacia in particular. She is the most talented hair professional Ive ever experienced; from her coloring skills to her cutting and blow outs, she rocks! My hair texture is very wavy and I have a ton of it but she was able to cut my hair in a way (still long) that made it so incredibly easy for myself to manage day to day, my blow dry time cut down from an hour to 10-15 minutes! I cant say enough just how much I appreciate her and her talents, I trust her to the point I let her pretty much do whatever to my hair now. Oh she also does AMAZING eyebrow wax/tinting AND facials!A feature I really like is that I can make appointments online its easy to select services, a staff member, and the date/time you prefer; though if youre booking many services/staff members its better to call)

I’ve been coming to The Studio Salon for a few years. I have French gel on my fingers, it last for three weeks and looks great always. My toes also have gel which lasts for six weeks! Bebe is the best, does a great job and is quick! She is always on time. The Salon is spotless & the tools are sterilized. Love the liner for pedicures. I highly recommend The Studio Salon and Bebe!

Diana was absolutely the most rude nail tech Ive ever been helped by. Very rough with my hands, scoffed at the type of nail I wanted and the fact that I wanted it to be matte. At one point she was asking another tech if she like my nails, thinking she was speaking to me I told her I loved them. She didnt like this and she basically yelled Im not asking you Im asking her quite embarrassing being that three people turned their heads. Diana was a very rude and rough nail tech. I will definitely request anyone BUT her next time I come here.

Sue has been doing my Mani/Pedi since this place opened, probably close to10 years. Sue is kind and sweet and a true professional. I always walk out of there happy. The staff at the front desk is courteous and pleasant and the salon is spotless. I never had a problem.

I’ve been going to the studio for 4 years now. From the beginning, I loved that it was upscale, great staff that I could actually talk to, and a decent price. Well, the price went up a year ago due to new management. I was okay with it because I loved it there. Today I went and the prices have gone up again and now there’s no WiFi or service in the salon anymore. I missed some work related calls due to this. Where is this increase in money going? It seems like they are charging more, yet taking stuff away. Disappointed.

Saw Jennifer for a gel manicure and pedicure and she was very good. meticulous. have had issues with gel on my skin and cleaning them up at other places. None with her. My daughter also got a basic straight across hair cut which I thought was a little spendy at $30 but it looks great and the stylist treated her like an adult. Talked about caring for her hair and how often to wash and she was really happy.

I had been thinking about having my eyebrows tattooed for some time now. After asking several people who did their work then doing the research on my own My at The Studio Salon was referred to me. The day of my appointment My was right on schedule. From the first moment of meeting her I felt very comfortable. My is very professional and truly cares and loves what she does for her clients. She took her time from start to finish answering any questions that I had. Its only been 2 days since I had the ombre brows done and still healing however I am very pleased with the work My has done! I will be going back in approx 6 weeks for the touch up. Anybody that is looking to have any cosmetic tattooing done you should reach out to My.

I’ve been coming here for years, I never make appointments so I like that they’re usually able to get me in (sometimes the wait is way longer than they quote but I’m patient). The work is normally good but it’s hit or miss depending on who you get and how busy/rushed they are. They get the job done but this is not the place to come if you’re looking to relax as it oddly feels like a factory.

I was a new customer at The Studio & Day Sap. Jennifer nicely completed my manicure but Kim was very rude and she wasnt even completing my service. My purse was sitting in an empty chair and Kim came over and grabs my purse without asking me to move it so her customer could sit there. Kim then tries to sit my purse on the floor but I said no, I will hold it. Kim then sits with her customer to begin the ladys manicure and Kim said to her customer My store and the customer said right. Kim spoke and understood English very well and could have asked me to move my purse so her customer could sit there. I dont know why she would be so aggressive and rude to me, as a paying customer in the salon. It was as if she was saying it was her place and she can treat people and their personal items any way she wants. I wanted to speak with Kim after my services but didnt want to make a scene so I decided to call back to the salon and speak with Kim directly. I wanted to tell her she should NEVER treat paying customers as such. I called The Studio but Kim was never available. Something made Kim become rude and aggressive to the point she couldnt ask me to move my purse so the lady could sit down. I am going to write a letter to the owner of this store and make him aware of her behavior. Also, my sister and her friends go to this salon where Kim works and their good paying customers!! I havent spoke with my sister yet but Im going to let each of them know how I was treated at this place. Their profession is in the media industry so I am hoping Kim acts up again so she can possibly be found out....maybe even on the news! If I was the owner I would have a sit down with her because I am going to come back to The Studio and pay my money for a service....except this time I will be recording so WATCH OUT KIM!!!

I gifted my wife a gift certificate so she could go on Mother’s day to relax because she deserves it! I dropped her off a few minutes early to her appointment and 20 minutes late they still hadn’t taken her or said anything. She walked out and I don’t think anyone noticed since we never received a call or apology. We went across the street to the new Haus salon & spa and they saved the day, thank God!! I guess I’ll be giving away the gift card I bought to Nail studio to another family member I don’t love as much as my wife ;)

I love this place except for two things: 1. For such a posh salon, they should give a little hand massage when applying hand cream for manicure, and they should give a little shoulder massage at the drying table like they do in most NY area salons. It is a nice little pampering. 2. The price has just gone up to $14.00 for just a regular, no frills manicure, and I feel that is a bit too much. The manicures (plain) are not the best usually (the best are back in NY) as they do not look at your hands to make sure that they file all the nails the same length, they dont add the little extra of using a metal file to clean up the edges after the other filing, and they dont repair splits in the nails well (and only when you point it out, they will add a glue which comes off in two days exposing the split to more damage). I have no complaints about the pedicures. I like that they use liners and they do a nice job in general. However, again, they do not give you a foot or leg massage at all-even just a little one.

It’s incredible how terribly this business treats their customers. The techs are rude and act like they’re doing you a favor, they rush, and they talk among themselves in other languages while barely saying a few words to you. They’ve obviously grown too much and don’t care if you’re happy or not.

I been coming here for over 5 years and have seen it change for the worse.. especially last 6 months. I dont know what happen, I normally walk in and enjoy but now its like a dirty assembly line and the customers are just a number. Had an issue recently and the boy at the front desk was RUDE, tech told me the tall guy that used to run the place quit. Terrible customer service now, I’m done

If I could give zero stars I would. We called and made an appointment at 12. My friend and I were both getting pedicures. They sat us both at the same time. A worker comes over and is helping my friend and Im just sitting there. 20 minutes go by. Not only did this get frustrating because we came together, but it was even more absurd when two other people got sat after me and were being helped. The workers completely knew what was going on and didnt care. Now, its 12:40 and I am still not being helped. I said something very quietly didnt cause a scene but was aggravated because how is there people being helped after me? They tried to give me a discount but I was so fed up that I wasnt helped and my friend was done with her pedicure. Overall, I used to love this place but I will never go again. Dont tell me that you can take me and my friend at a certain time and then not. Really unhappy.

My appointment was at 3:30. I purposely came in early because I know I want take to my time to choose my nail color. My cousin and I were rushed by 6 different girls to help pick our color and I told each of them no I want to pick my own thank you. Each one huffed and puffed as if I did something wrong to them, let us know we were running late when I looked at my clock it was 3:25, 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. I felt rushed as if they were on a timer. When I go to a salon I expect to go to relax. We purposely asked to sit next to each other, that didnt happen. The color selection wasnt great. The lady I had was rude to my little sister when she was complaining of pain as she responded with hahah thats because you cant sit still. Customer service was an absolute ZERO STARS, if that was an option instead of one star. Also, this should go without saying- my gel manicure is garbage. If they rush the job it comes out bad.
