The team that I have been assigned to is attentive and communicative whenever I am needing a response to a question, even if this is after hours. Reviews and billing are always completed expediently.

Nextus has been extremely easy to work with. There staff is second to none. Matt and Vinny have been there to walk us (our very beginner selves) through every step, explaining every minor detail, as many times as we need. Any time we have a question they are prompt with responses and even though I can tell they are very busy, they never rush me at all. They devote the time until we fully understand our issue. There is Nextus Billing Solutions and then there is every other billing company. I have worked on the Admissions Team and have dealt with multiple billing providers over the years. I started a behavioral health company in May of 2017. The first 7 months were tough, rarely getting any reimbursements from our original billing company.
