QXC has provided us with excellent internet & TV service! The workers who installed the equipment, were very kind, friendly & efficient!My husband & I highly recommend QXC.
QXC installed new fiber in our condo this spring(21). What a disaster. They ran out of material half way into the wire install. QXC said the units would be WIRELESS. There wireless solution is to hardwire to all your TVs and routers. When they started to hookup the units, they hardwired the main TV and master bedroom TV running wires everywhere. Multiple time during the day when watching TV the picture will freeze or go blank. Calls to customer service results in them telling you to reboot the TV box. That was a technical solution 20 years ago. For internet service they said they would have to hardwire a 2nd router 2 feetup the wall in the dining room. Talk about ugly and a rediculous solution. This company and there president are a joke. Our board went with QXC because they were the cheapest. We got what were paiding for. Poor service and technology from the 90s for the next 10 years.
Memorial Day weekend 5 calls no answer. We lost internet and TV service for hours. Had to call our management “after being told told don’t call management” call QXC directly. No answer at all. No response. Horrible service don’t recommend. After many calls after complaining of no service we contacted Management then you responded. No good service. Only after our Manager contacted you did anything happen. You never called us back. Thanks for that. I do not recommend QXC.
Daniel was great at explaining the different plans any necessities. Communication was very prompt and on point. Any issues I had were quickly resolved by their professional staff.
We have QxC in our new Townhome Development and their TV offerings are significantly deficient. It seems like they are brand new to Cable TV and dont yet know how to do it. A few examples:1) Broadcast Networks dont recognize QxC and wont let you use their smart TV apps2) Their Set Top Box (Cable Box) is a strange brand that doesnt work at all with our AppleTV box, or our LG programmable remote either.3) Their customer service isnt 24x7 as advertised, they werent working on weekends or after 5PM. To make matters worse, they dont even have an online ID, online chat or even a simple customer service webpage.They may have a strong offering for their business services, however their Cable TV and other homeowner based services are seriously deficient and should not be used at this time.

The logistics of obtaining internet service for our office located @ PBIA airport was challenging to say the least. We agreed to use QXC for internet and from the beginning it went very smoothly. Jenn in the office worked to facilitate the messages getting to the install crew and kept the target in view at all times. The install required access to the AOA area on the airport as well as a lengthy cable run and use of a manlift to get the cable to our office. The install crew was professional and finished up within 2 visits despite many challenges on site. Internet service is fast and reliable. Excellent experience!
