We have been using 4Voice for a number of years and they have been great to work with. Their support is always responsive and eager to fix any issues when they arise. We recently had the text portion moved to a 3rd party and they were supper helpful in facilitating the move. A big Thank you to Jason in support.

I used this company for my business in CT, I Strongly do not recommend this company, aside from the bad service we received with our phones, they continued to charge us for a additional 50 days after I canceled my services with them( even though we were month to month .

Two years ago, I was put in charge of finding a VOIP carrier for 10 phones and 1 fax at our office. I contacted 4Voice and many others and ended up with Vonage because they had a free phone promo at the time. What a mistake. After 2 years of hearing “NO” or “We don’t do that” and many service related issues (ghost ringing, echoing, system outages, Never really got the fax working properly), I finally reached back out to 4 Voice. BEST DECISION I EVER MADE!! I now can appreciate them because I have 2 years of something to compare them to. First, Harold made this the EASIEST process ever. Second, THEY SENT A TECH TO MY PROPERTY TO SET EVERYTHING UP. Third, I HAD NO SERVICE INTERRUPTION, during my conversion. Every time I had a request, I was told “that’s easy” or “sure we can do that”. What a difference. They did everything for me and got us up and running within 1 day with NO SERVICE INTERRUPTION. These guys are amazing.So here is the summary of this review: 1=Stop wasting time looking for another company 2=Take it from a guy who has seen the dark side; This is a serious company with Amazing customer service that will take all the stress out of your phone system. 3=Call them

This company is the best! Ive never received customer service like they provide. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a cloud based phone system. Amruth and his team are just fabulous!!
