Juan at Xfinity was an AMAZING rep! He treated us like family, bending over backwards to make sure my kids and I had the right phones, equipment and orders waiting for us. He made switching over all of our accounts, including mobile, a fast and easy process. Go to this location and ask for him!
Everything was great. I can’t thank Juan enough for his help. He was very kind, patient and helpful. It is appreciated to go into a business and have someone who actually wants to help. He was pleasant, calm and had a good attitude.
This is a fairly new Xfinity location. Convenient and really nice interior. More importantly, great staff! Ive been a few times and am always politely greeted. Wanted to point out a specific individual, Jacob P. Wow! A great guy, unbelievably knowledgeable AND extraordinarily helpful! He helped me on two separate occasions. I left Xfinity with so much peace of mind regarding my cell phone.My cell was trashed. I could barely see 1/2 my screen and only once in a blue moon could I see it! Otherwise it was black. (Thank god I had insurance, and I got a refurbished phone.) Because of Jacobs extensive knowledge, he was able to transfer all from my broken cell to the new cell. I was convinced it was impossible and thought I lost everything. I was so grateful for his help, patience and kindness!Here you will get great customer service with people who know what they are doing!
I can’t thank Nicole enough for helping with a difficult situation. My husband and I had a scheduled appointment with the technician, but the technician got lost finding our apartment and canceled our appointment last minute. We were left with no wifi or cable and when I called Xfinity the earliest appointment they said was available was for the following week. Fortunately after visiting the local store, Nicole was gracious enough to help us schedule an earlier appointment this week! So my husband won’t have to miss another week of online class. We are so grateful for her help and professionalism!
Great customer service by Juan for helping us switch to Xfinity mobile. Their offer was pretty competitive and Juan explained the deals and perks perfectly. I really like Xfinity mobile better than T-mobile that had spotty coverage. The only issue with Xfinity is their wifi at home that is not stable and the speed drops, therefore my rating of 4 is for Xfinity in gneral but this store location is a 5 in customer care.

Quite a few patrons had arrived before me so I had to wait awhile for service. once called, agent was polite and efficient handling equipment return and new equipment issue.unfortunately the stream flex product is inadequate, but it is free. for my needs, which includes access to Fox News and Fox Nation, I am using Fire TV stick instead.
Whoever the 3 people you had when the store opened yesterday, July 25th were all amazing! Ive never been in and out of an Xfinity so fast even with 8 people before me, the lady working the express lane was super efficient and was great when dealing with frustrating customers. Good job.

Wasted my time picking up equipment that doesnt work in my house I checked before I was assured that I was all good for Xfinity spend an hour trying to install it and now theyre saying theyre sending technicians that will have to pay for

Easy in and easy out, picked up a small digital receiver for a new extra TV.
I understand the cocido situation and the amount of people but this place is plain rude, I didnt see any sign that you have to wait in your car and they have people waiting outside standing there, told me to wait in my car, didnt take any information from me, how am I supposed to know when is time to get in or when can I get a service?As I said plain rude sent me to my car, no info, no follow up.
Nicole was saying she is the manager and Kik me out of the store saying that’s your problem .Very bad customer service .

Been a loyal customer for over 6 years and they still havent been able to fix my internet issues. Had over a dozen technicians out to my home over the years and get a different answer and excuse everytime. Had enough of of this 1990s technology. Ready to switch to the next best thing which is AT&T where I live. Wish they had Verizon. Stay away from Comcast.
Store was unable to assist with issues of possible account fraud because their internet was out. 800 number keeps trying to reset a modem I don’t have before I can talk to a human.
Nightmare. Just needed new service for internet took over an hour. And that was without a wait. 3 different agents. I dont understand. This is what they do every day.
