I have been using Molly Maid for a few years. They are punctual, professional and do great job. My house is always sparkling clean and smells great when they are finished. I will continue to use them and I recommend to anyone looking for a reliable cleaning service.

They were very prompt (came right on time) and did a fantastic job on my one bedroom apartment. The owner was also very patient, respectful and very helpful. I will definitely be referring them to friends. Unfortunately, I don’t have any before and after pictures, but my home now feels like home again.

The service I requested is not the service I received.I requested and paid for a complete move-in cleaning, and I have been cleaning dirt myself for the last week.Every room had dirt or grease or grime, the bathrooms were barely cleaned, the kitchen was still filthy and I specifically requested refrigerator, microwave and oven cleaning. I found hairs in the refrigerator and black slime on the ice and water dispenser.The oven had food remnants and the dishwasher has black mold im it.Thw top of the refrigerator was caked with dirt, ans the stove had layers of grease from the previous owner.I have not even been able to cook yet because I am still cleaning the filth.I paid for the full service and tipped the workers, but I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received.I will not be using this service ever again.

I am always pleased with their service. Sany & Wilma of Route #4 are great. They always stay a little extra to make sure that the job is done right.

While Molly Maids were able to accommodate my schedule their cleaning was fine for a weekly cleaning bit not for a cleaning after a floor restoration. They charge by the hour and work like they’re getting paid by the hour. They moved very slowly and didn’t do a thorough job. I would never use them again because at $120/hour I could get much better cleaning and faster cleaning from a private cleaning person. I do not recommend Molly Maids unless you get a set price and have a lot of time.

Me and my husband have been using Molly maid for over five years and every single time they come to do a deep clean they do a stellar job. We have tried other cleaning companies in the past and they are just nowhere up to par as Molly maid is. 10 out of 10 would recommend them to anyone looking to get the perfect clean!

After using this company before Covid and already establishing a monthly rate, they now are saying because they haven’t been to my house (because of Covid) they want to charge me an hourly rate, which will total a lot more than the monthly rate. My house hasn’t changed in size and they know what the monthly rate was. In my opinion this is very unprofessional.

So far the cleaning service has been great with Monica and Meridanay. They are easy to talk to, pay attention to details and are hard workers. The house is always clean and organized when they are through with the cleaning. I do recommend Molly Maid’s route 2 team above for a reoccurring cleaning schedule to other customers, no doubt about it.

Denise and Yemilet (Team 8) were AMAZING! They arrived on time, wore masks all through, confirmed and clarified all the areas to be cleaned, and were friendly and courteous all along. They took extra care to ensure that specific concern areas (fur-covered carpet, adhesive stickers, fans, etc.) were cleaned thoroughly. They really made the process of moving out cleaning extremely easy, hassle-free, and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend Molly Maid of West Boca Raton and specifically, Denise and Yemilet.

Sandy and Fernanda Route#5 did a phenomenal job with their first cleaning. My main interest in the first time over was to clean all the tile floors because the black rubber sandals that I wear over time left a black coating throughout my condo which doesnt come up easy. They certainly have the right chemicals because the floors were spotless and it didnt take them long. They proceeded to clean so much of the rest of the condo that I asked them to use a bottle of Holloway House Quick Shine Multi-Surface Floor Cleaner and they applied it in record time. The floors now have a mirror shine that is better than when I bought the condo which was professionally cleaned when it was put on the market. Ask for Sandy And Fernanda Route#5 if you want a hard-working and very efficient cleaning crew. I already called up and have them on a permanent schedule after this cleaning. I originally was going to have them over once a week but I changed it to once every two weeks for the next visit because I could not dirty the place faster than they can clean it. I gave each of them a well deserved tip as they were leaving. Now I am motivated to organize this place before they arrive again.

Well it’s like every day life in the beginning everything‘s fine but as time goes by they start cutting corners and in the end we had to part ways. A couple times I was actually here when the maids were here doing their cleaning I was in my office taking care of some business I noted the time when they arrived and also when they left 30 minutes plus or minus I was paying them $125 per cleaning if my math is correct that Equates to $250 per hour my attorney doesn’t make that type of money I don’t make that kind of money

Maury and Mary of Route #04 did a wonderful job cleaning my 1270 sq ft condo. They did so much in the hour they were here. They cleaned everything and started helping me organize my laundry room which had many chemicals along the floor. They are now properly stacked on shelving and I am more motivated to get this place fixed up and organized better.

THE WORST CLEANING COMPANY IN BOCA RATON FLORIDA!! They did not take out my garbage in my trash cans, nor clean my house very good. They mopped around a dead spider on the ground and missed an entire room. Hired them after a renovation job, still dust all over and had to hire another company after they left. Called and spoke to a manager about the service and they explained that I was past the 24 hours to report any problems. Sorry nothing they can do now and we have to charge you the full $400+. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Its nice to know that I can count on Molly Maid to be as detailed as I would be. The team that cleaned for me was also very nice and professional and they didnt mind our English bulldog (not that we allowed him to roam the house as they cleaned but he did want to give them a sniff to make sure they were ok to be in our home... aww, hes such a ham, that guy!). Yoleidy & Niki of team 11 were excellent. They did a real nice job. I highly recommend them and Molly Maid of West Boca Raton. They are very professional and have a genuine concern for the client. It is expensive, however, it is worth the investment as you get what you pay for with Molly Maid.

I have company coming tomorrow and am recovering from neck surgery, so my apartment was in a bit of a shambles. Wow! They were amazing! Can’t believe how detailed and clean the house came out. We were in the middle of moving out of our house and they made it completely move in ready. We had approximately 1250 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2 bath house and they cleaned it in 3 hours. We payed $240 and it was worth every penny and more. So pleased with Molly Maid and will happily use them in the future for our new house.

Molly maid has been cleaning my house every month for 2 years now. It’s an incredible cleaning service with hard organized workers. It’s definitely a necessity if you tend to let your house get a little messy or you just don’t have time to clean yourself.

We have a monthly schedule, but had an emergency so had to last minute cancel. I still wanted to clean so when I called the office, they worked with me and found a spot open the next day. Rebecca and Demaris came and cleaned my parents apartment. They did an amazing job! They listened to my directions and really made a difference. Not only are they efficient, but they are very friendly.

Great cleaning services. Ive kept them for the past 4 years and they are always professional and accessible. Since they come in pairs, they clean my entire house in just 2 hours so no time is wasted. I dont have to worry about providing cleaning supplies either. MM takes care of everything, including their insurance so its completely worry-free on my end.

Amelet and Fernanda (#10) were my angels, cleaning the home of a relative who had been very sick for some time, before being taken to the hospital, and had therefore left the home, very soiled, foul smelling, and in a disarray. They came in and took charge and within 4 hours were able to get things smelling 100% better and sparkling, and neat. I dont know what I would have done without them. We will therefore be using them again on a regular basis when my cousin returns home. THANK YOU!

I have only recently begun to use your services however, so far, I have been satisfied. The staff sent to clean my house are courteous and friendly. It has been easy to communicate my needs to the office and they had done a great job in keeping me informed and remaining flexible to my schedule. I have a pretty hectic schedule and Molly Maids flexibility and ability to communication has made having my home clean easy. The first visit, they did a deep clean, cleaning windows and ceiling fans, and polished my wood furniture. I love walking into a freshly clean home, especially after a long day of work. Thankfully, with Molly Maids, I have one less thing to do.

Ive been using the Molly Maid service for a while now, and ive never been disappointed. Sometimes i get the same cleaning team and other times i get someone new and the quality never drops. Today i had Yoleidy and Wuilma and they both did a great job. I have a dog so the house tends to get a bit messy but even with that they left my house spotless and worked quickly.
