Ive been a customer of Maid Pro in South Florida for over four years. Today when I came home after the cleaning appointment, I found my cat meowing locked outside in the enclosed patio without food or water in the Florida heat. Usually MaidPro follows my instructions and leaves the sliding door open for my cat to go in and out as the animal pleases. Instead, the cleaning person shut the sliding glass door and threw the pets food dish filled with dry cat food and water bowl into the sink and left a note for me to take better care of my animals. The cleaning person went through my desk to find the notebook to write the letter with too. I came home in the afternoon to find my cat waiting outside in the patio without food or water and let her in and called MaidPro immediately and took pictures. The office in Boca Raton is unresponsive so I called the corporate office and waiting for this incident to be addressed. If you have pets, beware because clearly this company does not vet its employees.

My apartment was in dire need of a deep clean. The service I used prior to MaidPro did such a shoddy job, I was hesitant to hire another provider whom I didnt so much as have a referral for. Fast forward to me walking into my place late last night from my business trip, and I couldnt be happier. MP did an outstanding job, surpassing even my highest expectations, and at a price that was about half of another competing franchise that I called just prior. I put myself on a monthly cleaning schedule - so happy Ive found a trustworthy provider!

We have been using maidpro for a couple years now and we love it! Stephanie and Britney are always fantastic and we love seeing them! The house looks amazing every time they leave and the little details in the bathrooms make our day!

Talia is a hard worker who takes pride in the quality of work she provides and will stay until everything is done perfectly. We are very pleased with the job she does.

The confirmation call came from a “No Caller ID” number, that I didn’t answer. They left a message for me to confirm but you can not call a No ID call. So they did not show. I called for another appointment, was told next day after 2. I left my dog in a create when I left for work, came home later than usual because they were arriving at 2 to clean, and again no one showed up to clean. My first cleaning I was charged more than the estimated price, a toilet bowl was not cleaned, and I still am waiting for a call back regarding all of these concerns. This is a terrible way to run a business. All I would like is my house cleaned when they say they are coming!! Is that too much?

Mario, the manager of Maid Pro, is a nice person. I have been satisfied with the cleaning. However, they often have not shown up for scheduled appts., wasting my time because I had to stay home waiting for them. The manager told me he had severe staffing issues. I think perhaps they put me as a lesser priority because I have a small place and only want monthly service. I am sad that I have to find another company, because I liked the job they did. But they have not shown up for four of the last five scheduled appointments. I tried to be patient, but there are too many other cleaning services out there to continue with unprofessional aspect of their business.

Ive been using MaiPro for two years now. Not only do they clean my house but also my office building. Always on time, great service. I am extremely happy with them! I highly recommend!!!

I have had nothing but great experiences with the Boca Maid Pro. I used them for over a year and had Nancy as my cleaner. She is amazing and so kind. She always did an amazing job. I have three animals. One of my dogs is aggressive at first and Maid Pro was excellent with her and accommodating to my needs. Unfortunately, I moved to West Palm Beach which is the only reason I had to stop my cleans with them. You will not be disappointed!

This company does an excellent job, but you better not care when they arrive. I told them more than once not ever to arrive before 11 am and they always agreed, but again and again they would show up more than an hour early. They said its their policy to accommodate your schedule, not theirs, but their actions showed otherwise. If you use them, regardless of the appointment time, I recommend not planning anything else for that whole day.

I have been using this service provider for over a year now and could not be happier. I have a very busy household with four children. My favorite day of the week is cleaning day. Mayra is great! I dont know how she does it, but my home looks and feels new with every visit. Customer service is great as well. I call Lorraine when I will be out of town and she is usually very quick to respond and switch or pause my service. Highly recommend!

Went above and beyond. Cleaner picked up clothes that were on the floor in my closet due to the pole breaking before the cleaner arrived. I had to rush off to work and when I got home in the late evening I saw she had hung them all back up. Nice surprise.

Maid pro takes the stress out of hiring a house keeper. Their service is fantastic and I love having two people come to make the job go twice as fast. I have been very happy with their service and I am sure you would as well.

Fantastic cleaning service! So far we have had two different employees come out and both were awesome! Teresa came to our house last week and even removed where my son had drawn on his wall with marker. Wendy came to our house this week and even dusted the panels on our interior doors - I had never even thought to do that! And she was so friendly! I highly recommend their company and both employees!

This is an excellent company. Staff does a great job cleaning my houses. I definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for their residence or office cleaned!

Maid Pro has saved me the aggravation caused by the numerous private cleaning services that are great to begin with then get comfortable and dont do as good of a job. With Maid Pro if I do not like the job the person is doing I can call and they change my maid. If I really like the person they will send them each and every time. The current Maid Pro professional that has been coming to my home for the last year has been absolutely wonderful. Her name is Krizia. She not only does a great job but does it with a fabulous attitude and a smile.I am comforted that they have screened all employees and are licensed and bonded and all can communicate in English.

I usually wait for a few visits before reviewing anyone, once youre no longer new you can sometimes see a change in the approach you get - not here. In fact, with this MaidPro, I might argue that it gets BETTER as you go along.Everyone Ive dealt with at MaidPro has been far above board in every aspect - polite, pleasant Pros come to your house, clean thoroughly, do an amazing job, and are genuinely pleasant to have around when theyre here. The office/ scheduling folks are really flexible and work with my (sometimes ridiculous) schedule changes, and are always incredibly nice.You might find slightly cheaper services out there but to quote the old bit, The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten. Theyre just marginally more, but frankly you get that extra few bucks back tenfold in quality.Honestly, they are the best experience Ive ever had with a cleaning service, hands down. Not sure I could recommend them highly enough.

Weve had several different maid services and individuals. But they always started good then their service got bad. I cannot say that about MaidPro their service Remains the Same and my wife and I are very happy.

This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. After booking and not receiving a confirmation call the day of I called them to be informed they can’t make it, and can only come on Christmas Eve. If you’re looking for someone reliable and consistent I don’t recommend wasting your time here.

I am still stand joyfully beside them.Today Cindy came and did a fantastic job.They have the best pices and fantastic crew.Had my first of many cleanings today.I cant boast enough about this company.The cleaning lady that came out had a fantastic personality.The cleaning was perfect and I am very OCD about cleaning. Put everything she moved back EXACTLY in the right place.Cant believe that I waited so long to hire them.The price is the best I found (after calling around for quotes) for a legitimate business not a fly by night person.Dont bother wasting time getting quotes anywhere else. I as already did that leg work for you (lol) and am THRILLED with MaidPros.

Good cleaning service, but for initial visit, they offered a discount that never happened, so to me that was a deceptive marketing practice. I was not expecting this company to make quick money off the customers.

I have used a few different cleaning services and MaidPro of Boca Raton is by far the best when it comes to quality, customer service and fair pricing. Any issues I brought up with a cleaning were immediately remedied and on my next cleaning they sent out Cintia who was absolutely amazing! Im picky when it comes to paying to have my house cleaned and her attention to detail was impeccable! Little things like cleaning my cats water bowl and the under tray of my dish drying rack, things prior cleaners NEVER did. Even organizing the millions of stuffed animals on my daughters bed. I cant say enough amazing things about Cintia and MaidPro. Thank you so much!
