Love the new style of this gym but wish they removed to coaches they had prior. The new coaches are amazing the old ones should go. would be a 5 star if they replaced the old coaching staff But maybe in time the new staff will take more control

Amazing laid back crossfit gym. Located in the back of a larger gym. Open All day easy drop in process. Did 2 crossfit open workouts and the coaches were so supportive encouraging!! I will be back for sure!

Poorly managed gym, with old equipment and on the dirty side. On a positive note theres a good variety of equipment for all.

Has crossfit area within the gym, good for solo drop-ins in Boca area.Has all equipment needed, easy drop in process.

I have been going to this gym for over 25 years and I absolutely love it! The new location is fabulous! The equipment is top notch and the facility is always clean. The staff is friendly and always makes you fell welcome. I have been to many gyms but this is my favorite.

Getting back into working out after a long time. Was concerned being a middle aged woman wouldnt fit in. The guys at the front desk are welcoming and helpful. I appreciate how clean and the new numerous class options. Serious gym for those of usLooking to lose weight and get back in shape.

GREAT equipment, tons of power racks, dumbbells up to 110lbs, many independent plate load Hammer Strength machines. Never too crowded, inexpensive membership.I would LOVE to give this gym 5 stars but the hours are not great, especially the weekend, 9PM Fri, 7PM Sat and 4PM Sun.Other than the hours this is a great gym!!!!

Very friendly gym. The classes are really popular, especially during the season. They are going to move to a new location in 2017. It has more parking which will be good. The owners and staff are helpful and customer-oriented.

This is by far the best gym. Its not a franchise & it has something for everyone.

Be careful signing a contract with this gym. There are better gyms in the area

Clean w new machines not overcrowded and attentive stuff.

Feels like a home gym. Staff is super nice, rarely have to wait for a machine, and an overall low-judgement type atmosphere -Starting out as a very overweight person I felt way more comfortable here then anywhere else.

Great gym the guys up front are great and have allot of knowledge . Great, intelligent staff that works there. It is for all walks of life and everyone has respect there.

I like the salsa lessons they have here, very fun :D

Lots of everything, great set up, not too busy all the time, plenty of free weights, great experiences for vacation lifting.
