Came in on a Saturday at 2:20. The guy said he couldn’t do anything because he closed the register already.If the time says close at 230pm that’s when the register close.Very inconsiderate.Here’s a business tip. Don’t lie on your business hours, few minutes can be a big difference.I’ve gone here a handful of times & only go here as a last resort.Don’t recommend this location. Go to USPS sweets (a few minutes away from this location)
Terrible experience. I needed to return a small childs bike to Amazon. The person behind the counter not only charged me $39 for a box, she forced me to buy packing tape to put it together, even though she had a perfectly good roll of tape she uses for packages. It ended up costing me more to return this gift than it cost. Her attitude was terrible and I will never use this store again.

Horrible customer services. Amazon it says feee returns, but they always charge you for something, now they even ask you to buy scotch tape! And 2.50 for printing the label. Thieves! Shame on you! Never coming back to your store!
Immediately greeted by two very nice ladies whom handle this store swiftly and customers kindly. I used to go to another UPS store near me, but the customer service at store 6615 just can’t be beat.
Wonderful customer service! I was in a bit of a bind as I was in the process of moving many boxes back up north and Beryl stayed open late after I had called in and briefly explained my situation. She took great care with all of my packages and was so kind, calm, and patient throughout the entire process. I truly love this UPS store! The manager Beryl is just fantastic. She is always so kind and helpful and gets done whatever I need. She makes it so easy for me and with the busy, on the go lifestyle we all lead, that is a NECESSITY!
😕I feel bad for some of the staff. I would give 2 stars if the one guy at the register wasnt so helpful. Operator/owner doesnt understand customer service and she seems to like the nickel and dime. 3 out of 3 visits to this location had issues. My most recent visit was my last. Rather support other local UPS owners/operators if you can.

I have never had a bad experience in this store or with Beryl.She has been more than helpful.Her prices are the same as any store and she goes the extra mile to make sure my packages are packed properly. I am grateful she treats my belongs as if they were her own. I dont mind waiting when she is busy with another customer. When she gets to me she gives me 100% of her attention. You can I see how focused she is as she is working. Never has a package arrived broken or damaged. I highly recommend going to this store its worth it.I feel sorry for the few customers that didnt have the patience to talk to her because she is so loyal to her customers.Thank you Beryl for all you do to make my life easier

Came here for fingerprinting service, which some UPS Stores offer. Was told this one does not. Which is fine, but when I asked where the nearest was that does I was told to go look it up online. When I noted how that isnt helpful, I was told that all UPS Stores are independently owned. As though not having a direct financial incentive is an excuse for not providing any customer service.
Absolutely horrible customer service from Beryl! Just moved in the area and my husband does a lot of shipping for a second job from home. While looking for a local UPS store to continue my business with them, we returned our AT&T equipment here. Apparently, I was profiled the moment I walked in the door as wanting to cause trouble and therefore was not provided pleasant customer service. Meanwhile, I am a professional woman that greeted her pleasantly when I walked in; it was the moment she found out I wouldnt be paying for anything where the experience changed. This is the SECOND poor experience with this store and with Beryl directly. Aside from being rude when separating equipment from wires, I asked if I could throw out a box there and boy did it escalate quickly. Theres a way to go about telling a customer no. While I can understand the reasoning, her manner was 100% wrong. It would have been an entirely different experience if Beryl would have said Im sorry, unfortunately we cannot accept this due to ..., rather she flat out said no without even looking at me in the face. After some back and forth, I asked for the name of the owner or manager to which she refused. Then, while I Googled the information she proceeded to call the police department. As the wife of a police officer and a fellow citizen, I was so upset that she would prefer to waste our tax payers dollars and their time for something so trivial rather than simply providing the managers name. Its obvious from reading prior reviews that Beryl makes prejudgments about customers and does not care for any customers not paying directly out of their pocket. I also expect shell respond to this with some outlandish defensive post as the owner. While we take our business to a different logistics company, well be sure to share our story with UPS directly and the true owner of this location. Beryl has no place working in customer service and it makes me very upset that she stands in the way of a long-term relationship with UPS. A half mile drive is worth it to stop somewhere else!RESPONSE TO OWNER/BERYL:Irrational? I wish youd play the video surveillance from that day Beryl for all the Google Reviewers to hear and watch my so-called irrational behavior. If irrational is thanking the gentleman who opened the door for me when walking in and stepping aside to allow him to go first and greeting you pleasantly is irrational, then yes, I was being incredibly irrational. You wish it was true so you could stand behind that theory....Irrational is treating what you think you think are non-paying customers like garbage because of just that, theyre non-paying in the moment. As I can tell from other reviewers, I am not the only one. I look forward to taking this to Corporate- as I stated initially, you have no business working in customer service and I am sure they do not appreciate losing the business.
Not using them again, had a costly experience with an important package that was shipped and delivered to the wrong address even after I show the store clerk the correct address for shipping written down.He still manage to input the wrong zip code into the system and it too weeks to get my package backMaxfrom Boca Raton here....
I recently had a horrible experience at the UPS Store located at 222 Yamato Rd #106. The woman said she was the owner but I so not believe her because the customer service was so poor. I brought a package to the store with a return label the other day and the girl working in the store was delightful. She put the label on the box and everything was fine. Well, it was very strange that the same package was mistakenly delivered back to my house the next day. So today, I brought the package back to the same store (with a smile), which I had opened at home before I realized it was my return, and the woman in the store was incredibly rude and was complaining that she doesnt make any money on sending the packages, and in fact, she had to pay for the sticker sleeve to house the new label that I printed. I asked if she was going to tape the rest of the package (literally requiring 2 inches of packing tape) and she refused, again making comments about how they cant give away tape for free. I told her that I feel she has bad customer service and every time I go to that store she gives me a hard time. She said she is the owner of the store and she doesnt care how I feel and continued to complain about her staff giving away her tape to customers. I was so appalled. THEN, I went onto the web and looked at the reviews and there is a long complaint about a woman named Beryl, which was the exact same experience I had! I dont know if she is really the owner, but wow, will I be letting all my friends and neighbors know to avoid that store! On top of the fact that it is very concerning that the packages are not being routed correctly. This kind of customer service makes UPS look very bad to our community. People should bring their business elsewhere.
Its been brought to my attention that my stressed out behavior has been affecting my customer service in a negative way.I want to sincerely apologize to anyone I have reacted badly towards.The issue seems to stem from the free tape debate.This store has now changed its policy and will tape customers boxes for free with a smile.Also if you mention this post we will give you a free roll of tape.We would like all our customers to leave this store with a positive experience. Came here to drop off some boxes and had an amazing experience with a short, white haired lady who was extremely personable. I took a star off because of the brown haired lady who seemed to be her boss. She was extremely short with her employee for no apparent reason and kept losing patience. Her disrespect left a terrible taste in my mouth. Other than that great location
On their door banner said they have to open 8am, but in reality they open 9am

Second time going here, first time was OK but the lady there today was in the wrong line of work. Entered and she asked if I had my own label, said i did. Then she said she would tape the box. She took my label, stuffed it in a pouch then put it right across the unsealed top of the box. I asked her what she was doing, and she said she would tape it while making some strange gesture with her hand and saying who hoo to me in a dismissing fashion. I became angry after asking her a second time what she was doing by placing the label right over an open seal and decided to take may package and leave without shipping it there. NO WAY will I ever go back there. Horrible customer service skills, and had no clue what she was doing.

Went to drop of what was supposed to be free return shipping, but it ended up costing me $. The lady there gives u the 1st impression that you are annoying her with your presence. Then she wants to charge u for everything. Im surprised she doesnt also charge for the electricity used to run the computer while i was there. I know most UPS stores charge u for the usual stuff like computer/internet usage, boxes, etc... but this lady goes overboard
Great customer service and efficiency
Only one person managed the store which seemed like it wasnt enough given that there were 4+ people in line waiting, however, the way she multi-tasked made the wait time reasonable and she processed each person efficiently, respectfully and without any hassles. Would visit again.
All this lady does is tell you what she cant do. horrible customer service horrible attitude towards small business ownership. maybe you should give up the business if its so stressful. Avoid the stress of this location and go to another

The lady in the store was the most unhelpful, just very disrespectful....she says she has to charge me 2.68 to print my lable..2 mils away he scanned my barcode and i was out the door in 5 min with no charge....not helpful what so ever sitting in the back in her chair was like all she could do to get up and help the customer...mind you i came in with a envelop and bar code super easy process she is the worst gpt to the next one 2 miles away...do npt go here she has to get out of that store not good service at all
The lady tells me she cant scan my phone for the barcode because itll break her machine I said well lets your printer Ill send the label to your printer and then says oh Ill just have to charge you for that very poor customer service here
