I had two sweater sets cleaned. They were very professionally done with no strong chemical odor. I chose OXXO because of their environmentally friendly cleaning method and because I have chemical sensitivities. I was very impressed and will use their services again and recommend to friends.

This place is a scam. They charge you upfront and when they can’t perform the service you paid for they say that at least they tried. I brought in a dress with a pretty simple stain to remove and when I picked it up they said they couldn’t remove the stain and that those types of dresses are sometimes just meant to be worn once. I guess that’s what you tell your customers when you can’t do your job right. The worst part is that they keep your money regardless of the job they do.

I take my dry cleaning here and I really like this place! They always do a good job. Drop off and pick up is always super easy and the employees are very nice. They also have good hours and options for after hours pick up I believe. Very convenient.

The lady at the counter and the owner was coughing and sneezing I believe they have coronavirus here dealing with all the clothes The virus stays on surfaces of clothes and materials for hours . They are not Covid 19 safe they don’t wear gloves the pick up Machine outside after hours is never sanitized or cleaned all the customers go there touching it put their dirty hands transferring germs. They don’t wear mask I don’t feel safe with this establishment and will not recommend this place

Im in town on business I took 3 Tommy bahama shirts and 2 dress pants. The pants were ok not great. I can deal with the quality, but the 3 Tyommy bahama shirts the were NOT PRESSEDI had to press the shirts myself to make them decent enough to be able to wear in public.I WILL NOT USE AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THEIR SURVICE.

We took a polo shirt to them that was brand new only worn once. I found a hole by the buttons that was not there before we brought it to them. When I told them I want a refund for the shirt the manager was called & all he kept saying was it’s not from us and his machines don’t make holes like that. I said ok let’s amuse that idea for a second, maybe someone accidentally poked a hole with a hanger cause that’s what it looks like that it got snagged. Instead of the manager saying sorry he literally just kept saying it’s not us his machines couldn’t possibly do that. He should have apologized being we were new customers especially, and given me compensation for the shirt. Was not a cheap shirt and now it’s garbage.

Everyone is always so nice. They make it pleasant and quick to get in and out. I work nights so it’s easy for me to pick up my dry cleaning on the way home after hours. Don’t know what I’d do without Oxxo . Thanks guys !!!

Awesome seamstress. She did a dress for me and I thought it couldnt be done but she did such a good job and she even added matching lace and fabric for me. She is like an artist. The cleaning and pressing was good but I really like that I could see the whole store and could actually SEE what was going on with my clothes. I recommend them and I did delivery before but wasnt sure if I needed it so I decided to do the night time pickup of the clothes. All was well and Im excited to find them. Its very different than what Im used to.

The best dry cleaning facility Ive experienced yet! The owners are very friendly, and always do their best to get some of the worst stains out (including red wine). The best part is they use environmentally safe cleaners, so clothes smell fresh without the strong chemical smell one might get elsewhere. And, the 24/7 drop off and pickup option is so helpful! Grateful to have this OXXO so close to home!

I’ve been using Oxxo Cleaners for years now, I’m very happy with the free delivery and drop of options, I was worried about getting my duvet cleaned because I can’t put it in a regular washing machine but they did an awesome job dry cleaning it. Very friendly friendly & professional

Wow! Great cleaners with wonderful staff. While attending a birthday party at Menchies, my wife noticed she spilled some of the frozen yogurt into her purse. We stopped by Oxxo cleaners on the way home and the woman in the front was super excited to help us! She was able to clean out the yogurt+ a quick turn around. This place does an awesome with cleaning and we enjoyed speaking with the owners. Love!

We travel to Boca often and always prefer our items to be cleaned with this company. They accommodate our turnaround time for my flight attendant and housekeeper to finish cleaning everything we need for our trips. It’s a reasonable price considering

Im impressed. I was visiting the area and tried this cleaner. It was good! I was staying at the hotel nearby and they steamed my husbands suit since TSA wrinkled it when they checked in my luggage, and they wouldnt take any money, but I did give them a tip just for being so nice. Ill take my clothes back here next time I visit. Nice people.

This was the absolute WORST experience that I have had with a dry-cleaning company. I took my daughters dress there for pressing. Upon dropping off the garment, I was assured that it would be pressed, as per my request. When I returned to pick up the garment, it was just as wrinkled as it was when I intentionally gave it to the cleaners. I pointed out the poor work to the attendant, who was not helpful AT ALL. I escalated this matter to the manager and he offered very little assistance and was extremely nonchalant regarding the issue. DON’T waste your money and time like I did, find true professionals that can get the job done RIGHT. I have included photos for documentation.

I had an amazing experience. I had a two blazers done there after taking it to a competitor TWICE the stains wouldnt come out they said. Didnt seem to be a problem at OXXO...theyre awesome. I wish I remember the girls name who helped me, she was kind and professional I would have offered her a job working at the Resort were I manage if I wasnt in a rush that day LOL

Amazing! Not only did they rush clean my dress (a $10,000 dress btw) but they even gave me back a ONE DOLLAR BILL that they found in one of my husbands suit pockets that they cleaned as well. Wow, just wow. Who does that these days? Go here. They are the best in Boca I swear to that!

This was the first time I went to OXXO and found them to be pleasant and friendly. I asked about hemming up pants and they didn’t have anyone there to do it and said it would take over a week. Not sure if they could, so I didn’t ask when they could measure. I’ve not dropped off shirts for laundering before and when my wife got home she told me I went to the wrong place. She told me for laundered shirts I overpaid by 40%. When I went to pick up the shirts the ATM CARD didn’t work, so I had to go into the store. They just don’t have their act together. Also of note the 2 women that were there 4 days prior weren’t there only a man which I presume was the owner/franchisor. I won’t be going back.

It’s worth it with no places around like this one. I have to drive a little ways to get there but it’s right by the mall so it’s pretty convenient even though I live far. They have an automatic pickup window if I can’t get there on time and end up getting there when they are closed.

Yikes! I accidentally spilled red wine straight out of the glass onto the front of my new white silk blouse at a party last Saturday night! I listened to my friend who advised not to do anything except wait until Monday morning and take the blouse directly to the cleaners. Im so glad I did.I had been to OXXO Care Cleaners in Boca Raton and had been impressed with the standards they practice of using natural products and offering to use steam rather than steam-out-of irons that flatten everything. My blouse came back to me in great condition.While I was there, I was very clear in stating that I did not want the life taken out of my garment, meaning that it would be flat and dull looking. The owner was there and she listened very carefully. She called me as per my request to update me, after conferring with her associates, to confirm they could get the wine stain out without altering the fresh and new condition of my blouse.My blouse came out great!The best thing about this particular cleaners is that they take their customers very seriously and provide personal service. They really aim to please those who appreciate the use of the most natural cleaning products available with the least amount of chemicals .

I have been a customer of this store for over two years - and other OXXO locations prior to that for a significant amount of time. I normally dont like leaving these kind of reviews - however this store has had staff change in the last few months (front end or management, Im unsure) - and the stores quality has SIGNIFICANTLY dropped. While the staff is still nice, the service no longer is worth the money - nor are they caring for the garments properly anymore.Since the change - multiple pairs of my suit pants have been ruined due to improper ironing. Also, at least 8 out of 10 of my shirts that I have had done EACH of the times I have taken them to this store since the changes - have need complete re-ironing when they are returned to me. Finally - several of my garments have had significant signs of wear after being returned to me in recent services, making me think theyre either laundering everything even when I say not to (including pants!) or something has changed with their processes.Let me be clear however - prior to these staffing changes, none of my clothes were ever returned to me needing re-ironing, containing damage, or any sign of mis-handling. I purposely went to this cleaner and paid nearly twice what other local places charge because they were always FLAWLESS (as were other OXXO locations). I figured initially it may be a training issue and it would return to normal - however it has been well over two months and several services later - and its as bad or worse than initially.I will never go back to this store - and surely this store is no longer worthy of the best of boca award they previously won. Too bad.

First time here after my other cleaners closed down. They did a fantastic job and kept in touch with me throughout the whole process.

I took my wedding dress to be dry cleaned at this place. I was told that it would ready a week and a half later. I went to pick it up 2 weeks later and it wasnt ready. When I asked what happened they said they called and explained to me that it would be late. No one ever called me from this company since dropping off my dress. They told me it would be ready 2 days later. When i returned - 16 days after dropping the dress off - I received a complete uncleaned dress, which i only discovered when i brought the dress home. The dress had no major stains that would have made it a difficult clean. It was honestly just the regular dust at the ends of the dress. When I called Oxxo Care, I was told that they called me to explain the dress wasnt washed. Again, no one ever called me.I am horribly DISGUSTED at the service I received from oxxo care. Not only did they keep my dress for a week longer than originally agreed but they persistently lied about contacting me and speaking to me on TWO occassions. I would avoid this dry cleaning business. They are unreliable and dishonest.

A bit embarrassed to have to coach more so than complaint, plenty that leaves to be desired but at times coaching is a must...... From the front desk attendant....Not a Good AM? not a greeting? attendant seemed disgusted and not happy to be there! treating customers like garbage is not a good idea despite all courtesies extended by customers, i was not alone.... I do not want to mention the burning of a shirt and constant stains left on clothes which were no issues prior to now.I was told the shirt was a manufacturer fabric reaction, (most call it an iron burn) the collar stains are normal i was told. Never had issues with this same shop with prior management. A true shame since the concept is a good one!

Save yourself, your money, and your clothes from the mistake of going here. They destroyed my wool duvet, as it shrunk and matted. When I asked to be refunded the $45 for the service, they told me the contract and pre-paid policy means they are not at all responsible. The owner was supposed to call me but I had to be persistent and call again after waiting several days. I never asked to be compensated for the ruined duvet, just a refund on the pre-paid cost to wash, $45, but they do not stand by their work. Well, this is how potential customers will be saved from paying this business money for work that ruins your items.

Easy 123, they do my dry cleaning and any of my alterations needed without over charging. Here in Florida sometimes people over charge because they see its a expensive item, well thats not the case here at all.

Good value for this kind of service being a green cleaner and doing everything by hand, which is hard to find for such a good price range. Not the typical cheap cleaner that just wants your money

Well this in site to my personal experience dealing with these two business owners I much provide the honest truth to any potential future customer that truly are conservative or just down to earth worm heartily decent humans being and to current customers Dont waste your time and money there. The owner Kristen hates Canadians and Jews verbally making hateful comments about how they and the people in Boca Raton are stuck up snobbish out of touch people. Their (Two face)..The manager Kristen and her husband Cris will manually change prices and not let the customers know their paying extra. They are both dishonest people. Who pretends to like their customers but as soon as they take your money they talk about their customers like dogs to whos getting a divorce to who she hates and whos a trouble maker or problematic customers she doesnt like, they dont think customers should expect great quality customer service they dont really do hand washing and they use out side second hand out source laundry drop that isnt organic eco friendly...The owners wife Kristen purposely destroies bleach and damage your dry cleaning items and blame her workers. Theres a 2nd oxox cleaners East of their location and the two owners are beyond wonderfully great people. And will be truly caring and loving to you and your family. They are not just looking for a fast get rich way of having the American dream at the expense or hurting others like Kristen and Chris at this location. Listen to the people here that has had bad experience here.

I recently moved to the area and started a new job that requires suits and dress clothes as regular attire. I quickly found the need for a dry cleaner and OXXO in Boca Raton came highly recommended from a co-worker. I dropped 7 items off and went over each one of them carefully with the gentleman at the counter. About a week later I picked up my garments and took them home. The next morning I went to put my suit jacket on, took it out of the dry cleaning bag and much to my surprise, it was still dirty. I quickly inspected the second jacket and it was also dirty. Irritated, I took the entire order back to OXXO. They told me they would re-clean the jackets and it would be no problem. Then I began taking the rest of my items out of their bags...I quickly saw that 2 other pieces had been damaged. One knit dress was sagging down significantly lower in the front than the back and one knit sweater had shrunk to about half of its original size. That is not the condition I dropped them off in and the employee at the counter was insisting they didnt do anything wrong. I left the uncleaned jackets and damaged items with OXXO and asked that a manager call me the next morning.I spoke with the manager, Anthony, who proceeded to tell me that it is not OXXOs fault that my garments were damaged and they are in no way liable. I asked for a refund on the 4 garments that were either damaged or improperly cleaned and was rudely told no. Anthony then proceeded to HANG UP on me (I was not yelling or using foul language...nothing that would warrant that behavior). I called back and told him how much I did not appreciate being hung up on, told him I wanted a refund and that this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Anthony hung up on me AGAIN. I could not believe it. Never have I been treated so poorly as a customer and by a manager, no less.I picked up my 2 jackets, sweater and dress later that night. Conveniently, Anthony had already left for the evening. They stated that my jackets had been cleaned again but, surprise surprise, they were STILL dirty.After $80 wasted, 3 trips to their store, 2 jackets still not clean, a ruined dress, a shrunken sweater and being hung up on, I will NEVER go back there. This was one of the WORST experiences I have ever had as a customer. They didnt try to apologize or even acknowledge their mistake and I wound up losing perfectly good clothes. OXXO and Anthony, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
