My first time here & never coming back! They ruined my dress!!! It literally has brought me to tears. I asked for my dress to not be cut & the first thing they did was cut it at the shoulders. The sewing is botched & uneven I’m not even sure ill be able to fix it. DO NOT GO HERE! THESE WOMEN HAVE NO CLUE OF WHAT THEY ARE DOING!

Employees are very unfriendly, speak their language that I dont understand. Dry clean was horrible, my white jacket came out grey. Its was not expensive, but I cant wear it now, because of the bad quality, my jacket is ruined. Alteration is very bad, I had to shorten my dress, simple job and I specified how I would like to have it, butIt was done poorly. Very bad quality, I will never come back

Would not recommend, they promised that they could get my dry cleaning done before I needed it for work and they couldnt, not only did it make me late for work but as you can see my suits and ties were all wrinkled and unironed. Also they stapled the tags to the tie fabric. All of my ties had Staples in them. Also they fixed my ties by putting one stitch to fix it and didnt even iron them correctly. Ive tried this place 3 times, all of them ended poorly. I dont write bad reviews but this is just wrong. Especially when it cost $80 in total. For that money its just unacceptable.

I have been going to Nilsy Design for all of my alterations for over 15 years. The ladies do wonderful work on everything from casual to evening and professional and everything in between. When I pick up my clothes, I’m always so impressed with the quality of the alterations and the price.

There is honestly no place better. The prices are the best, the service is impeccable, the customer service is great.So friendly and fast.They call you when they are finished. If you need alterations, do yourself a favor and go there. You will be glad you did.

BEWARE bringing good clothes for alterations. I asked for a jean hem have no idea what they did they ruin 2 brand new pair of jeans theyre about $600. I used to come here all the time I wont be back.

I went to Nilsy Designs for alteration of pants to a suit. The waist needed to be taken in and the pants shortened. The work was done the same day and the price was way under what I expected to pay. I also found out they would wash and iron my clothes and either fold or put them on a hanger for $2.00 each. They had recently moved about 100 feet to 23018 Sandalfoot Plaza where Western Beef is located. That is how I found them on the North side. Excellent Quality, Service and Price.

Horrid experience. I drop off a scrub top, to simply be made smaller on the sides, on Thursday and am given a written promise on my receipt that it would be ready the next day (Friday) by 2pm. I arrive at 5pm on Friday to only be told that the lady (Dorothy I believe) had not started yet because she had to go to the doctor earlier.I doubt this was anything but a lie, and they could have at least CALLED me to tell me something like this happened. They have 4-5 employees there working, there is no excuse for the lack of professionalism. I am told to wait 15 minutes for the top to be done, and when I get it the lady did not remember that I told her to not trim the armpit area as that would make it too tight. Overall terrible experience that I only continued with because I needed that top for work the next day.For claiming 25 years of serving Boca Raton, they are nothing but a disappointment.

I will not take my clothes there again . Charge 20 dollars for zipper fix . I had 6 pieces I had to fix the zipper and they would not give me a least 5 bucks discount .

Shocking on other levels !!!!!! Do not approach them! Speaking Russian next to you laughing at you. They ruined my dress so expensive !!! Argue with me on the phone that they will not correct that it is my fault! Shame of a place I am in the market that they are still open at all after their attitude to customers! Something shocking and unprofessional I have not seen for many years !!!
