I am new to the CJS Global family having only used their service for the last 2 months. Coming out of a pandemic has been done me of the most trying times in my hospitality career so having a partner that understands cleaning & sanitation like they do has been a huge relief. Some people say perception is everything but these guys go far beyond perception. They’ve put together a super comprehensive program that gives me nightly covid sanitation along with a great signage package that is front and center when the customers enter my building. At least once a day a customer asks me about it and I can easily lead them to CJS’s website so they can understand the process behind the clean. Looking forward to taking this from a 1 store relationship to a multi-unit multi-state deal.

Not only have a run restaurants for the better part of 14 years but I grew up in them. With that being said finding a trust worthy cleaning crew whom actually cares and produces the results to prove it can be a daunting task.....Look no further CJS is truly THE BEST. I refuse to entertain another company ever, seriously they are that good. From the communication to the results there isn’t a single thing worth stressing about. My favorite part about the way they do business aside from Luis (mgr) is their ability to add additional services such as; window cleaning, carpet cleaning, pressure washing and more. One stop shop. We have been working with them for years. The team that handles our location is tops. The manager, Eric, never misses a weekly walkthrough and is hyper critical, many times catching things that I miss. His team is responsive and always corrects everything we find within 24 hours. They really take pride in how our building looks to the guest. I cant ask for better partners.

I have been using CJS for the last 7-8 years for a good amount of reasons. The most important reason is they get it done the first time. They can also handle the work load and are consistent. Communication is very important to me and they understand that. Lastly, they are restaurant people that understand the expectations.
