Jon is wonderful to work with, our delivery is always on time and looking great, and Sophia is amazing and always so kind. She even stayed open an extra 15 minutes on a Saturday so that I could pick up my clothing. Highly recommend!

I could not be happier with my experience with this cleaners. I had draperies that required cleaning and I prefer the wet method vs dry cleaning. Another cleaner that I had initially spoken with said they would shrink and refused the job. Aldos manager, John, came to our home and assured me that he could do the job with wet cleaning. I am over the moon thrilled with the result. They are perfect and didnt shrink at all. John was wonderful and my drapes now look brand new. If I could give a higher rating I would.

Aldos is just an amazing place to get your cleaning done. Erica is an amazing seamstress. John, the manager, is very cheeky but great fun! Sophie, the manageress, is so professional. In fact, theyre all truly professional. I always make my way there when I come from England and always look forward to taking in all my cleaning to Aldos.

Needed clothes for a last minute event and this was the only place I found able to give me rush service on a Saturday. Dropped off in the AM and three hours later my clothes were good as new, they even replaced a couple of buttons I didnt ask for. I will be bringing all my future dry cleaning to Aldos and encourage anyone in Boca to do the same

Plus, when it comes to care for your clothes, Johns team knows just how to professionally dry clean virtually everything I wear, from shirts, to pants, to suits and sweaters, even my winter jackets all treated with white glove care by the by experts who really care about your garments. Horrible customer service . I went in today to get my pants hem. The front lady with a mean attitude told me if I knew how many inches I wanted off from the pants since the seamstress its not there on Mondays.There was not signage saying the seamstress is off on MondaysIn addition if you have a cleaners, there should be a seamstress or someone qualify to take measurements on any tailoring required.Ive been here before and I liked the treatment I got from before .Unfortunately I wont be coming here, not because there wasnt someone to help me with my pants but because of customer service .

I would definitely not recommend their services.Ive been a customer of this company for a while now and had problems more than once with my clothes (Always bought the top cleaning)...Always with the same guy, John Formisano cant handle any constructive criticism so that his customers would be at least satisfied with an acceptable service. Dont think this is the way you should run a business especially when there are so many other options around!

If you are tired of paying too much for dry cleaning and not receiving quality service than you have to give Aldos a try. I have been using them for over 15 years and I am always satisfied. I wear suits every day so my Drycleaning expenses monthly can be a bit high. However, the high quality of service both behind the counter and in the back are second to none!!! My shirts are never returned with broken buttons which is a rarity for dry cleaners.They also do a fantastic job if I ever need alterations.Give them a try......you wont be sorry. I

I had a one day service suit n shirt, shirt is new just needs pressing. The suit is done but th shirt is stained n no where in site. my complaint is one the employers 18 yr old employee and manager/owner. Rudeness n inability to handle situation. The owner was worse, my first thoughts was he must be from up north. No apologies for the delay. I needed the shirt the day of pick up. I already bought another shirt n took it to another place for a quick press.

I have been using Aldos for years! They do the best job cleaning my clothes, always fresh smelling, never shrunk or burned buttons like some of their cheaper competition and I have never had a bad customer service experience. I highly recommend!

I needed a business suit pressed asap as I had a flight in 3 hours. I called them up and they said bring it over. I had a perfect wrinkle free suit back in about 15 minutes. Phew!
