Great experience with Mauro. I took both of my teenagers for haircuts. Very timely, courteous staff and they listen carefully to instructions. Mauro made sure both my kids were satisfied so we will definitely be return customers! Thank you for making this a pleasant and nonstressful experience.

Barber named Jay was a nice guy but seemed like he was in a rush, went in for a mid fade and he didnt blend my sides very well, disappointed with the cut

Went to this barbershop and met Jay. He rushed through the haircuts. Three days later you can see hair was not blended or cut evenly. Gave him a few more chances, each time I called for an appointment, he would either not be there, still have me wait for over an hour, or change my appointment several times at the last minute. My time is valuable, that’s why I make an appointment. Not very professional at all, definitely overpriced.

I had an appointment booked at 12, my barber wasnt there, and when somebody else in the shopped called him he didnt answer so I just walked out. Eventually the owner has resolved the issue so everything is fine

Mauro did excellent work on my beard and haircut. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. He was focused and detail oriented. Definitely coming back again.

I never leave reviews. This was the absolute worst haircut Ive ever had. Asked for him to cut the sides and leave it long on the top. He gave me a comb over and Im not balding. Had to shave my head and that wasnt done correctly either. Horrible.

Great conversation but the haircut was different on the left side versus the right side. The top was left seemingly unattended but besides those two points the haircut was nice. The other haircuts looked great so this seems like a one off experience.Update: I got a better look at the haircut after washing and combing it out. This is the worst haircut I’ve gotten since a barber pushed my hairline far enough to resemble Frankenstein.I hope this really is a one off experience.

Second time I went to Hanzen, very nice staff, place is nice and has a good vibe. My Barber Jay Jay real nice guy and funny. Definitely recommending to friends and family, very professional guys in there.

I have been going to Mauros since he was in his previous location and must say he is amazing! He opened his own place a few years ago and it is amazing! I highly recommend him.

Been coming to this barbershop ever since I moved back to South Florida Mauro gives the best cuts hands down the staff is so welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. The music they play is awesome and the environment is kid friendly its recommended to make appointments in advance and to pay with cash only. The price is definitely fair for the what you get its well worth it unlike alot of the barbershops in the area that will nickel and dime you nonetheless overcharge you for a cut.

Not only is he amazing but he has truly turned a simple barbershop into an amazing modern spot with a hip vibe. His staff and other barbers are super great as we have had to use them on certain appointments since we have to book last minute. This is definitely a go to if you are looking for “THE” barber!!

Jay jay. AVOID. Have had no problems with the place itself and the owner always accommodating and very courteous, but today i made an appointment with jay jay and i showed up early (he wasnt there yet, but did show up on time). After I was waiting his buddy showed up and was also waiting for him. So he shows up and tells me his buddy is first (I had appointment) and if I didnt want to wait i could just get my haircut with another barber. Very low class. I will never go back again just because of this. This rating is for jay jay not for barbershop thats why i gave it 3 stars instead of 0 stars (I didnt want to hurt the business)

Terrible. They are very expensive for the quality of the cut. My 8-year-old sons hair was badly topped with shears and they charged me $ 30. I do not recommend them at all. By the way they only charge you in cash and do not have a fixed price but what they believe. I will never come back
