Scheduled appt for 9:00am. Received 3 reminders about my appointment. Showed up at 8:50am. Waited and waited till 9:20am, barber never showed up. Left, called owner, did not feel like he really cared. Barber never called to apologize. Will never go again. My time is valuable, took time off from work, they must treat and respect clients better!

I went to this shop on a recommendation from my brother who had tried it out for the first time a few weeks ago. I had my cut done by Doug. The man is very skilled at his craft and it shows. I am not one to base my decision to try a place out on reviews alone, but the reviews about Doug are spot on. I had cut my own hair for maybe 3-4 years and having someone who you can trust to give their honest opinion of what would look/ work best was something I truly appreciate.The shop has that posh feel to it with marble floors and nice open spaces—quite possibly the greatest atmosphere to get a haircut in. Thank you for the cut Doug! It is exactly what I needed after having cut my own hair for so long. I will definitely be coming back here to get my next cut.

Went online today to make an appointment with Warren who I’ve used before. I get to barbershop after driving 30 min and was notified Warren doesn’t work there anymore. Apparently the owner is aware that you can still book with Warren but doesn’t care. Shop barely looked open.

Pretty average cut. Nothing special about this place. I did have an appointment and they guy gave it to some kid he assumed was me. That was the first red flag. He then gave me a quick 20 min cut like he knew he messed up but had to squeeze me in. He wasn’t paying much attention to detail and didn’t put much care into my cut. I’m not coming back.

Best barber shop around. This is a real barber shop with real barbers. They are a little bit upscale with a spa feel but still feels like a guys place. I see Warren and he is one of the best barbers I have ever been to. That said, if he is not available I can count on a good cut from any of the other barbers.

I was taking in for my haircut ontime, however the guy who gave me haircut really had no clue about it then the other Barber next to me pitched in with the same machine he was using on someone elses head which is very bizarre giving the fact that how bed it is still lives during the covid-19. Im not satisfied with the service and will not come back.

Showed up 10 minutes prior with confirmation email and was told by Simon well I don’t know what to do you so you work it out with the other customer. Are you kidding me. I had a confirmation email and he said the other customer was waiting and had no appointment online. Terrible, terrible, customer service and very weak individual. I will not do business with this place that treats people like this.

They were one of the few places opened on Sunday and able to take him on short notice. Benaiah did an amazing job! Do not go here if you have long hair. Asked numerous times for someone that knows how to cut long hair. Yes of course...Aftermath could be compared to a bowl cut where you put a bowl on a persons head and cut straight across the bowl. Scheduled a new haircut while walking to the parking lot with old hair stylist that is nearly 1 hour away.Beard and otherwise attitude (besides knowledge lie) was good. I’m sure it’s a good haircut for short hair. For long hair, stay away!

This place is sick! Im super busy and I usually just resort to SportClips, but they had messed up my hair previously, so I wanted to try something new. I found Breakroom on Google, and saw that it had a few good reviews, so I decided to try it (BONUS: Theyre the same price as SportClips) . I called, booked an appt right there, and got a reminder text on my phone confirming, and telling me Francis would be my barber. Good salons for Men are few and far between, but I am super happy to say this was a big WIN for my boy FRANCIS!I told him exactly what I wanted, and hesitantly let him start cutting. I was really happy to see how meticulous he was with the cut. He asked me a few very specific questions, and honed in on exactly what I wanted. I got super nervous watching him cut, because I freak out if I see something Im not used to, but Francis explained why he was doing what he was doing, and put me at ease. Another huge plus: He was FAST. I told Francis I was on my lunch break, and I was out by 2:50 (I sat down at 2:15).Facility is unreal for a place like this. There is marble everywhere, beautiful, comfortable chairs. And I didnt have time to hang out, but they have a whole lounge in the back with a pool table and stuff so you can hang while you wait, or after you get your trim.Another thing I really liked was (the owner presumably) was in the shop, and was happy to make conversation and talk about the business a bit. He was looking for ways to improve the SMS confirmation system they have, and asked if I got a text and what I thought. Regardless of what my answer was, I loved the fact that he was eager to know what the customer liked, and was obviously focused on improving his business and the experience customers have. I will TOTALLY be back, and I think this place is going to be an absolute GEM for those guys in Boca who want a good Mens cut, but want a more high end, Spa type experience.

Several of the stylists here have cut my hair, and they always crush it. Always great conversation, great vibes in a little underground shop in a convenient location right downtown. Perfect spot if you work downtown and dont want to hop in your car to get a midday cut.

Went to Breakroom Mens Salon & Spa for the first time today. I was welcomed by their staff who are all very nice and friendly. It was a pleasure getting my hair done by Warren. Amazing quality for the price if youre going for a short cut. Despite telling the gentleman multiple times not to take too much off the top, even quantifying a quarter to a half an inch, he proceeds to lop off a full inch. My fade is incredible, but the top is barely an inch long now.

Breakroom is an awesome mens salon and spa, at a very reasonable cost. Jonathan is simply amazing. He spends about 30 minutes cutting my hair where other barbers typically spend 10 to 15 minutes. I recently moved to the area and was nervous going anywhere, but I saw a plethora of reviews raving about this particular shop. These people were not wrong. I got Warren as my barber and he gave me an extraordinary haircut. The man took his time studying photos of what I wanted, kept checking in on my level of satisfaction, and was extremely polite. This barbershop and more specifically Warren now have a guaranteed repeat customer. Additionally, they mentioned to me that walk-in’s are always welcome, so keep that in mind if you need to get in somewhere fast.

Other shops charge $25, and I was so happy with my $20 cut from Brandon that I tipped the difference.Young, energetic, friendly staff. Eager to do well, very professional and skilled service. Brandon asked what I wanted, erring on the safe side--he went slowly enough that I decided I wanted something different and changed my instructions three times.
