Great people working here. I visited my unit a half hour before the office opened.I needed assistance and thought I had to wait the whole time for them to open; however an employee saw me and helped me on the spot. The facility is very clean as well.

The storage area is always kept extremely clean and it feels very safe. The inside unit that are air conditioned are always well-maintained and always eager to help you with anything you have an issue with. The very nice lady I believe her name is Penny shes the one that works in the front office. she is always been there to help finding carts answer questions and is always so warm and welcoming. This is my storage place and always will be!

Penny is the best! Always helpful and is very knowledgeable, because people have stolen most of the loading carts- each time we go she has to get up and unlock the cart for use. If it were me, I would get annoyed but she does not.

Hi, this is George Tobin I rented a unit with air conditioning 109 NW 20th ST and dealt with the property manager named Penny. She was exceedingly efficient although I didnt have any problems Im sure she can solve them. She had a great attitude and I was there for 8 months. Never had a problem or a hint of a problem. Dirty, you have to get out of the car to punch code to open gate, no carts are ever available to push your things up to units. Locks are in secure

The place is great: really close to my new home, spacious and with very good prices! Penny was very helpful all the time. When I rented a second unit, with the idea of cancelling the first one soon, she managed to put both units with the same access code, so I could keep the number I had already memorized. I would suggest something is done about the smell of the office, which is very strong of cigarette. It is uncomfortable for some.I also wanted to say that Margaret, the girl who works on Sundays, was also super-helpful and ready to make my life easier. Thanks for having such nice ladies running the place!

Went to the location to purchase packing stuff and the young lady Serena was very nice and helpful

Came here two weeks ago for moving boxes and supplies. The facility is very tidy, however it smelled so incredibly strong of cigarettes that I had to return all items I purchased, except for tape.Staff was professional during the purchase, but when I returned my items, the office employee told me it was “absolutely impossible there could be such a strong smell, no one smokes here”. It was so strong that I could truly smell the cigarettes outside the stone building before walking in.I think if you’re only dealing with the office, you’d be fine! Just don’t purchase any items from here.

0 stars would be better. City should have never allowed this place to be built. Zero parking once inside. Carts are always locked up. To get a cart you need to ask them to be unlocked. Gate is annoying.

This is a great place to rent storage space. I dealt with Penny who from the first moment was a pleasure. She was very helpful and kind, answered all my questions and offered helpful advice. For several years I had a storage here. I ended up getting a bigger one and held onto that for awhile. The +’s are that it’s easy to get to, never crowded and in AC. The biggest negative is that they’re constantly increasing the price without notice. My monthly went up 4 different times and when I cancelled they attempted to squeeze me for money that was unnecessary. All in all I’m satisfied with my previous experience but very happy I’m no longer storing my stuff there.

I have been storing my property at this location for many years. Although I now live in Aventura (approximately 45 minutes away) I continue to be at this location because of the fantastic treatment and customer support I always receive from the manager Penny. Penny is a tremendous asset to the Public Storage Organization and if she was not there I would have moved my property to a closer location in Aventura. Thank you Public Storage for having such a caring and a friendly employee. All I can say in closing is that if any potential customers are thinking about storing your property at this location DONT HESITATE!! If Penny is there then you should be there. 100% satisfied.

Wish I could give a negative star. Literally walked out of the place and went down the street to Extra Space Storage. Penny, who could not tell me her name but point to her name tag, had to be one of the rudest people I have ever met. My mind was blown with the lack of professionalism. No parking, small office that reeks of cigarettes. Would highly advise going elsewhere.

I have a storage unit here. Today I went to retrieve an item. Upon getting to the second floor I noticed several puddles of water right outside the elevator doors. The puddles were brown which indicated to me that they were there a while.While attempting to avoid said water puddles. There was a fresh one that I slipped in.I called the office to inform someone of the incident only to be asked well what are you trying to do file a complaint or something?How about I complain to an attorney for negligence?

I would like to commend Ms. Dee for all her assistance.... What a positive experience! She was polite and courteous and she was very personable. This is the first time renting a storage unit. Penny was extremely helpful and informative. It was a very simple process, mainly because of her. The unit is very clean, air conditioned (necessary in So. Florida).There is supposed to be a dolly at the door on every floor, but a few times it was nowhere to be seen. That is probably because clients dont return it to its proper spot. I would highly recommend this location!

Ms. Dee was wonderful. I was in a huge rush and she got all my paperwork taken care of extremely quickly. She was able to answer all of my questions. She provided me a courtesy call when my payment was almost due. She took care of reviewing my unit when I had very little time from my work schedule to fit it in. She made it work. Today we purchased our storage unit here. When we walked into the rental office it reaked of cigarettes and the lady that was assisting us was horribly mean the entire time. Never have I ever been treated with such disrespect and rudeness in my life. In fact, it really takes a special type of horrible person/assistance for me to reach out and complain. She needs to be fired. Her name was Penny. Also, our total came to $87 for a first months rent which I was told should only come to $25, she charged us for things without even asking. 0/10 experience. The rudeness was unbearable. DO NOT GO HERE.

Delinda helped me at public storage while having to work a full day on Christmas Eve with a smile on her face and very patient. I’m very pleased with my whole experience at public storage I’m paying 1$ plus 24$ one time admin fee for my first month it’s so worth it! Definitely recommend this place!

I had a great customer experience storing my belongings for a short period of time at Public Storage. Penny in particular provided exceptional customer service as she informed me everything I need to know and all of the polices. I could tell she loved her job as she was helping me out she knew all of tenants on a first name basis. I would highly recommend this facility looking for a home atmosphere and a safe place to store your belongings.

My sister rented a 5x5 here last week, and I was told I could share my experience on here. The property is very clean the manager was very respectful and he helped me find my sisters unit. I recommend this place to my friends and family. Also they have discounts on boxes. There is also a clean bathroom on the property which is nice.

She should bottle and sell it - there are many companies out there who would buy it - and be glad they did. It was a pleasure to meet you Penny.
