Its now four-and-a-half months and we still have not received the plate. Worst of all, they have no idea when it will be ready. Vague and unhelpful to say the least. We advised them that we wanted to cancel the plate and get a full refund and they hung up on us. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Stay far away from this business. We are taking it to the Department of Licensing and the other agencies that govern tag and title agencies. TO HIS RIDICULOUS RESPONSE THAT ALL THEY CAN DO IS WAIT.. How about providing customer service?? Contacting the Agency? And NOT hanging up on your customers. Complaints are being filed now.

Wish I would have known about this place sooner! Super quick service at an extremely reasonable price. Although it is about 30 minutes from my house it beats the line at the Tax collectors office any day! When they say next day they mean it. Will definitely be doing business with them more often now that I know they exist. 👍

I didn’t have cash on me so, to save a 4% processing fee, the owner Tarik, accepted a Zelle payment. It was worth heading out East and stopping at Simplified to get my car on the road ASAP. I made an appointment and arrived early. Jana took me right away. She knows her stuff!!!Unfortunately Geico insurance company didnt tell me to bring my title to register my out of state car.Call prior to your appointment to be sure you have everything you need. I had a great experience here. Tarik was very helpful and walked me through the whole process. I came in with lots of questions, he told me what I need to do and I came back after the weekend ready for a title transfer. It was quick, in and out within 10 minutes. He gave me the option to print my registration or stop by the next day to pick it up. Though, there’s a service fee, it’s worth it considering the wait time at the county dmv. I definitely recommend this place if you don’t like waiting in line and you value good customer service!

Went in to transfer out of state title. No wait at all! Typed up all the forms for me too! New plates are available for pick up the following day. Accepts credit/debt cards but charges a 4% fee but its nice thats its not cash only. Great experience, my previous state did not have private branches to goto so this is so much better!

Be careful. Make sure the price before you do service. I trusted them when they told me to pay later by phone because they did not how much DMV will charge. I REGRET IT. I paid them $43 instead of $3 at DMV, otherwise they report to DMV to suspend my license.

Needed to get my boat registration done. Was having a hard time getting it renewed. Went to Simplified on a Thursday. They called me the next day on Friday to let me know my tag was in and ready to be picked up. For the $25 extra it costs...worth it.

I usually dont give reviews at all good or bad but i have to give this one my experience with them was the worse ever they dont care about your time something that should have be done in 1 day after 1 week of excuses they told me that it couldnt be done they never gave me a single call back it was always me calling them to check the status after that i went to another tag agency and had my plate in hands ready after 24 hours i dont recommend them at all
