Due to Covid I had to wait in the car for service but the young lady was quick, professional and kind. Not much else I could ask for and as soon as everything came in I received a call for pick up. I was in and out in under five minutes.

Working a full time job, I didnt have the time to take a full day off of work to do the tag and title for my sons truck. So contacted Boca Tag and Title, they went over the procedure and their cost to do all the work for me was minimal! As I arrived, due to covid-19 I had to call and a nice girl named Erin came out immediately helped me. Less then a week I had my title, registration and tag! We ordered a specialty plate for him, unfortunately they name he wanted wasnt available. Unable to contact him to give Erin a alternative, patiently she said Ill get everything going. Have him call me and Ill help him. That she did! Thank you so much Erin for all your help!! I highly recommend this company.

One star, but only because I can’t give ZERO stars. This business is no longer accepting visitors indoors due to Covid, which is completely understandable, however their employees have absolutely no idea how to service their customers curbside. Upon my first interaction, the poor employee knew absolutely nothing and physically made 16 trips from the office to my vehicle in order to obtain the information he needed to help me with a simple boat registration. I needed this done within a specific time frame and was informed that this would not be a problem, however when I followed up with Boca Tags on the day I was instructed to pick up my tag, I was given a serious attitude as if I was asking something outrageous for them to be done within the timeframe they told me to anticipate. My second visit to pick up the completed registration was far worse than the first. Though the first employee knew absolutely nothing about his job, he was at least kind. The second woman was horrid. She had an attitude from the moment I called and informed her I was parked out front, which you are explicitly asked to do, since customers cannot come indoors. Upon ‘greeting’ me at my car, she gave me my paperwork and asked me to sign it. I took a moment to review it, being that this seems like the logical thing to do when one is asked to sign a document, however to my surprise, she barked ‘CAN YOU PLEASE HURRY UP AND SIGN IT SO I DON’T HAVE TO STAND OUT HERE’? I looked at my wife, speechless with her attitude out of nowhere, and she angrily hurried inside with my signed paperwork as soon as I handed it back to her. I should have read some of these other reviews before deciding to choose Boca Tags to help me register my boat and hope other heed this warning.

The team at Boca Auto Tag &Title was fantastic! Was greeted with a smile and a helpful attitude not always seen in today’s climate. I was heading out of town for business and need a registration changed, but didn’t have the time to handle it myself. Gave the young lady my documents, a credit card, and all the info she needed to make it happen. What a great experience, the only person I dealt w/ was Liz and she was the most amazing person I have ever experienced in 35 years of driving while getting a registration/tag. I had an out of state temp tag transfer to my current Florida tag, sounds confusing, right!!! Liz called the dealership in Michigan and the Michigan DMV, she got what she needed and got the job done. I feel like all I did was sign and she took on everything else and just did what it took to correct an awful situation not even remotely her fault. She untangled a mess handed to her by those who screwed it up and couldnt correct their own mistakes. Nobody would hate the DMV or Tag agencies if they all had a Liz. I only hope her boss reads this and adjusts her pay NORTH, you are lucky to have her.

I have recently waited in line at the DMV for approximately one hour. My schedule did not allow me to spend hours on a line going nowhere. I decided to call Boca Auto Tag and Title for assistance. Staff not educate on fees and regulations. I called the office, explaining my situation, and they told me what I needed. I went in there to transfer a title for my deceased father, with all my necessary paperwork, including POA, death certificate and other documents. They quoted me a price which I paid, and then told me that my mother had to sign the title as she was a surviving spouse. I then went back again, with the signed title, after I had paid. They then told me that there was another $225 charge because the title was being transferred to me, and not my mother because she was still alive? Seriously? So I had to make 3 trips to this place, because they didnt know the policies or procedure. Not only did they charge extra costs, but the time back and forth to this place due to lack of knowledge is unbelievable. Would have been better off going to the DMV, would have saved $300+ and 2 less trips.

I totaled my car a month ago, and since have been waiting - waiting for a tow, waiting on insurance adjusters, waiting for a new car, waiting for correspondence - waiting at the DMV was the last thing I wanted to add to the list when I realized I’d lost the title to my car, causing even more delay in my total loss payment.The ladies, Cindy and Lizzy at the front desk were knowledgeable and helpful in informing me of my options. They made the administrative process smooth and quick and had my title to me NEXT DAY. I missed zero work, spent zero stressful hours in the DMV, and I would recommend this service to any other busy working mom, or anybody else for that matter.I looked at reviews, sure, and saw some rants from upset clients, as usual. I want to share a thought of mine when it comes to reviews. When something is circumstantial, specific to ones unique situation, and doesn’t go exactly as the customer plans, it is not always a reflection on the service or the business.Reading over some of the lower starred reviews, I urge with any business to take into consideration how many are typed out of personal anger and frustration that people already feel about their situation. We want everything to be efficient and smooth but not all circumstances are the same.This said, the opinions had no effect on my choice and I am glad I chose Boca Auto Tag and Title to help me through my tough time. I felt confident when I walked in And was greeted warmly and compassionately about the pickle I was in I’d made the right choice.For the record, as I look into new insurance carriers, I plan to continue my trust and rapport and return. The service was not bad at all, but be aware that agency fees are very high! for an application that would cost you $78 youll pay over than $200 here, (i paid $217 to add my husband to the title and registration) and they dont mention the agency fees, just the total, so if you dont deal with title transfers very often, you cant know that its really more than double comparing to a DMV office

On my first visit the woman seemed frustrated that I didn’t know exactly how all the paperwork and processes go, I’m no expert and she was annoyed she had to explain things. Days later they called and left no message or text to tell me my documents were ready. I called them and they said “yes your documents are ready”. When I went into the office I waited around while they tried to locate my file which they lost. For some reason I gave this place a second chance, I hadn’t filled out some required info on the title I was having transferred and so they refused me and said if it was filled out properly when I came in that it would be fine, but it’s wasn’t so they can’t help me. Condescending and rude. I won’t ever go back here. And if you choose to try it, you might want to hire someone to review all your documents first and make sure they’re perfect because you won’t get any help from this place.

COMPLETEY and utterly useless. Came in to get a license plate which they didn’t even have presented. Then got told AFTER my purchase that i won’t be able to get my license plate till another month. When i requested a refund, they told me they HOLD $50 out of that $90 i bought this tag with. And refused to fully refund me. Worst service ever. Especially for someone who is a Vet like me. Completely garbage, don’t waste your time here.

I just moved from the northeast and this company was beyond helpful! They made a complicated and time consuming process, easy and fast-- which is well worth the fees they charge. I have no idea what people these reviews are about because the customer service provided by all three women I encountered, was above and beyond. Efficient, kind, and helpful!

I went into the office and the lady at the front was so rude. She was talking so aggressive to the guy before me and didnt help me. She was saying no and then was interrogating me like where is the car ... lady I just need to know what to do to get my additional car a license plate. ugh. I called back after I left because she was so off putting. I spoke to the same lady and I had to remind her that she was a professional and to address me like one. I usually go to the one on Hillsboro in Deerfield, but this is closer to my job. I left with nothing accomplished. I am making payments to my sis bf still but I was trying to get a tag on it so I can drive it. She was talking to me like I do her job for a living and I should know better. Unhelpful and annoyed that I went to Boca and had a bad experience. Do better Boca Tags. *thumbs down*One more thing - I looked for the information I needed on their website before going into the office. Its a nice website but not helpful which is why I went to office. Not sure I am going back.

This was my first time going to this place. I walked in and was barely greeted. I asked about signing in and the employee mumbled it doesnt matter ill just call who i want next. I sit down and after a few minutes get called up. to the desk. The employee was extremely rude and arrogant, she did not seem interested in answering my questions and getting my title and a new vehicle tag. She could not do simple math. She came up with a number that was going to cost me double of what the state would charge at the DMV. The two girls working behind the counter talked in creole the entire time to each other and were laughing.... rude!!Needless to say I took my stuff back and went elsewhere. Do not waste your time going to this place.

Great Concept. Time is $$. I went to the DMV last week to register my new vehicle. at 7:30 am, there was a line of 100 people. A co-worker had used Boca Auto Tag, so he told me to go over there. They charged me $100 for title work and registration work. I figured the line was 2 hours, and my time is worth more than $50/hr. I believe the charge less for other work.. I had to pay taxes etc.

I read the reviews before coming to this place & also called ahead to see what kind of treatment I would receive on the phone.My experience was, lady was dry but straight forward and answered all my questions... I wish I would of asked their fee before I wasted my time driving over to their office.We were greeted maybe by same lady I spoke to on the phone because she was older to the point lady... She told me after she took copies of our licenses that the fee to start would be $125.00 for vehicle registration.We thought that was too high and decided not to use their services.To get your 1st plate in Florida will cost in the range of $450-$500 plus this companies fee $125.We elected to do it ourselves, drove to the Delray Beach office to take the risk of long lines but got there and their system was down. NOTHING was accomplished & will have to start over again tomorrow.The thing about their fees... IF YOU DECIDE TO USE THEM... ask before you go their fees BUT also note: it is not a same day service..you have to make 2 trips, come back the following day!DVM has not changed their horrible long lines and needs more offices in each county. Expecting people to take off a 1/2 day to a whole day for their DMV needs.Offices like Boca Auto Tag are barely one step above the DMV...I hope this review informs you.

I called this place this morning. I was greeted by the rudest employee named Cindy.Cindy refused to answer a single question for me v I a the telephone. Stating Toddler the owner didnt want her to answer any question on the telephone. What kind of derelict company us this?

When I went to DMV on Congress Ave,the line was out the door.I decided to try Boca Tag & Title. I was quickly greeted and Sharon was ready to help me with my complicated registration.We was knowledgeable and very friendly and sorted out and helped me through the entire paperwork.It was well worth the fee and the time that I saved.Its great to know that there is an alternate to the lines at DMV.

Got charged and paid for a 2-year registration, they only got me one. When I mentioned it to the lady who took my order, she told me I didnt know what I was talking about. Yes they got me a for years registration. But Ill never go back..

I was there last Friday to apply for a HOV decal, I waited for a while to been seen and was directed to a woman. I sat there in front of her while she was working on the computer. I told her that I wsthere to apply for a Hov Decal and asked how much it would cost. She asked what car did I drive ( a lexus ct200h). She told me that would cost me 90 dollars. I had to doible check as I thought I was too much.She confirmed and said that 50 dollars was the processing fee. I ended up going to a privtate auto tag in coral springs and paid 8 dollars in total. While I dont expect the place in Boca to charge me that cheap. I cant undestand why a 5 dollars application becomes a 90 dollars application.

Though the service was good but they charge too much. $100 for agency fee and $28 for processing.

I am a student and a swimmer on the swim team at FAU. I needed to renew my registration I did not have time to do the paperwork or stand in line at the DMV in Delray. I brought my paperwork to the ladies in the office, they completed it and took in the the DMV in Delray. The next day my new decal was waiting for me.

Do not recommend this Tag Agency. When an issue came up, I was told I could not speak to management about my complaint or charge that was unwarranted. Horrible Company. Stay far away.
