Have had my insurance with Hank Sipowski’s office for over two years and have always received top notch customer service. Anytime I have a question about my policies they’re more than happy to help. Have recommended several friends to their office and they’ve had the same excellent experience. Can’t recommenced these guys enough!
Does not even deserve 1 star....he failed to notify a customer of his that her auto policy was due. As a result, my friends policy was canceled. The cost for a new policy is almost $7,000/yr vs what she was paying which was less than $2,000/year. As a friend of this customer, I tried numerous times to contact him but he does not have the decency to call back. My friend has changed agencies but I would love to file suit or register a complaint with Better Business Bureau, State Farm, etc. DEFINITELY DO NO USE THIS COMPANY
We have had our insurance with Hanks office for years. Even though we can do things over the phone or online now it’s still nice to have the personal touch of Hanks staff. They know us by name which is rare these days.
After a couple years with State Farm, the lady who usually handles my policy retired, and since then the office has completely fallen apart. Now I cannot even get a hold of anyone at my local agency. And while all this mess is going on, my policy was cancelled, but I got no warning or notification of cancellation. to the folks at State Farm, I highly suggest you reevaluate whether or not you allow his local agent to continue representing your insurance company.

Do not get your insurance through the Hank Sipowski State Farm Office. By far the most incompetent, and unprofessional Insurance office I have ever worked with. 3 months ago They were supposed to transfer my policy from one state to another for which I paid my new monthly premium too. 1 month later I get billed for both my new and old policy because they never filed the paper work so it was if I were paying two states insurances.Then they had the audacity to try and say we need to restart your policy and you will have to pay first and last month up front and start all over due to their mix-up. It took 2 weeks to get it worked out, where I didnt have to pay 2 months up front. I thought all was fixed and my bill was supposed to be $250 a month, low and behold I look at my bank statement this month and they withdrew $440 with no explanation. As always I cant get anyone on the phone there when I call, and when I finally spoke to a supervisor at 10:30 and it was supposed to be looked in to right away.... 5 hours later its still not fixed.Done with the Sipowski office. I switched to Geico and saved $30 a month
I honestly dont like speaking negatively about anyone but this office is the absolute worst. Just read the other reviews and you will get the sense of whats going on. Dont go because of convenience or any other excuse you come up with to go there and get any kind of insurance. Just want to save you the trouble and stress. Its shocking they havent been shut down. Come on state farm.
Don`t get your insurance with them.I had a premium of around 1200 dollars from Progressive and Chris sent me an initial quote of 875 so I switched to SF. 10 days later, they sent me a letter saying that my premium would be increased to 1390, even more expensive than my previous insurance with Progressive. After stating that I didn`t agree with the increase, I canceled my insurance with them and switched to Geico. One week later they sent me a letter saying that they would charge me more 260 dollars for the cancellation. So I`ll pay $146 (from the initial quote) + 260 for one month service.
Quote inaccurate...then drivers license suspended because they didnt set up the automatic payment after giving it to them like 5 times. Left town for 2 months and No email or mail notification of payment not set up...
