One of my family members passed away that had insurance threw James Murphy/Allstate Insurance. Alex Murphy who I assume is James Murphys son strung me along for months requesting different information. All of which he got when we were done he said Allstate only back dates 180 days, I am out of luck on a refund. Beware of this company they really suck!!! If you expect a call or email back from Alex anytime soon GOOD LUCK!!! When it comes to insurance I would get it in writing from these people. NEVER believe what he tells you, very little knowledge.
