They were to check out my system and provide a print out of what was wrong or right. They gave me an unreadable carbon of their findings. They said that I needed a new fan motor even while we were standing there and could feel the air blowing by the needs replacement motor. I called twice for clarification on motor replacement and a legible copy of their report. The addm. assistant said she would have the boss call me soon to discuss it. I never got the call. You are advised to look out for scams to replace still working parts in any A/C.

We purchased a new AC unit 3 years ago with All Pro and have been very happy with the unit, and the service we have received. Bill and his team are friendly and professional, as is Debra in the office. I’ve never had an issue making an appointment for service and technicians have turned up in the promised timeframe. Once when an emergency caused a delay the office kept me abreast of when the tech would arrive. As with any technical equipment, sometimes you have breakdowns and the 2 times we have had warranty covered problems, they occurred on a Saturday when we were expecting company. Both times Bill responded to our call within 30 minutes and came out quickly, completed the needed repairs returning us back to AC comfort saving our social events! With All Pro, I don’t feel like an unknown number, I feel like a friend. I would highly recommend Bill and his team to anyone who is looking to purchase an air conditioning unit. I would also recommend purchasing the extended warranty and platinum plan for service. Well worth the money!

We woke up with smoke alarm and cm alarm system chirping loudly. We have 6 alarms in our house. We couldn’t figure out how to solve. Found company on line. The company representative was very helpful, inquired about our situation with expertise and schedule an electrician to our home. He arrived in a short amount of time (wearing a mask and social distancing). We wore masks when he was on our home. He examined all units, identified the problem and installed two new units that were defective. Reasonable expense for units. We are very happy and grateful for the service.

We thought we had some leaks in our A/C vents and called All-Pro to have them sealed for us. They were very responsive and they came out the following morning, per my request. The technician was very professional, told us our vents actually didnt need sealing but we had a leak elsewhere. He took pictures of everything to show us what was going on. After the work was completed, he showed us photos again of what he did. Fair pricing, highly recommend and will be using them again.

After another ac repair person informed me the repairs could not be made without significant time and expense, we reached out for a second opinion. The two person team were very professional and had the ac working in less than an hour at reasonable costs. Very happy!!

Very pleased with All-Pros service. After moving into a new home, we had a list of electrical and HVAC issues which needed to be addressed. A team arrived, checked out the issues, explained what needed to be done and why (a couple of things on the list didnt necessarily need to be repaired) and gave estimates. As I know nothing about these type of repairs, I just had to trust my gut that the estimates were fair. Nothing about the workers indicated any reason to doubt their integrity. After approving the repairs, they went to work getting everything done all in one day. Lastly, Debra in the office was extremely helpful as well. I appreciated her assistance as much as the repairmens.

I had All-Pro come out to my home when the temperature in my house would not stay cool. Bill, the owner, came out and the first thing he noticed was that the bushes surrounding my a/c unit were clogging my unit. He cleaned out the unit and I removed the bushes. He advised me on monthly maintenance for my air conditioning and installed a Nest thermostat. The new thermostat allows me to control the temperature in my home from anywhere. I complained about a musty smell from my a/c ducts and Bill installed a UV light in the unit in the garage as well as an air purifier that has completely rid my home of the smell and has helped my family with allergies as well as pet smells. I highly recommend All-Pro Electrical and Air Conditioning for all of your electrical and air conditioning needs!

I cannot recommend this company to anyone. In four months I called them three times. After each repair, again something else was broken. Is it a coincidence? I dont think so... I spent a lot of money, and my AC still doesnt work.
