Manager and other employees were acting limited and non-commitall. I had questions and no one to ask for guidance. Maybe only a couple other customers so no challenges.

I called the Boardman store and asked if they carry a product. The associate said We only have 3 products from them, which are you referring to? I explained the product and he asked if I was on their website. I said No... After a long pause, he he replied Okaaaay like a sneering child. After another long pause, I apologized for bothering him and his reply was No worries and hung up.. What has the world come to? Im going to Staples in Niles... I will never go back to Boardman Office Max again. If you dont want us in your store, we wont buy supplies from you. Its that simple. I can find anything else I need elsewhere. Even Walmart has 85% of what you carry cheaper.

When trying to call this store, the automated woman tells you the extension you have is invalid, after listing them to you 😅 I tried to dial every extension, for example 2 for print...etc. every one said invalid lolThe hour drive to see if I can return something will be fun

HORRIBLE. The manager was EXTREMELY rude. I was in the store the other day and they were out of everything I needed and NOBODY helped us. The cashier (older man) was hitting on MY TEENAGE DAUGHTER. He was trying to get her information and kept moving closer and closer to her as we were trying to leave. If you’re planning on going here, just go to target. MUCH better experience and nicer things for way cheaper. And the workers don’t harass customers. Disappointed.

My company does a decent amount of business with them and they treat us great. We arent a massive company but they treat us like we are the only customer.

I came in today after placing an online order for pickup. The process was a breeze and the store Manager Mark helped me complete the order in a timely fashion. It was my first time doing this online order stuff and he helped me understand how the process worked without making me feel any remorse. I just want everyone to know this is a nice friendly store and Mark the manager is doing a great job! Happy new year!

Dealing with everyone at the Boardman Location has been a positive experience. As soon as you come in you are greeted and you dont feel invisible. If you need help the staff is there to assist if you dont they leave you to shop. No one wants to be waiting at a register to pay even during a slower part of a retail day they will call people to the register so your wait is minimal. Help with technical support like selecting a new printer or computer their staff is knowledgeable. With the day of customer service missing in many box stores this is not the case at the Office Max Store in Boardman!

Great Copy & Print Department. Business is always booming there with many people at the counter, however, they handle the pressure and stress very well and have mastered the skill of multi-tasking! The two guys that work back there are always on top of every issue I have. They helped me with many of projects. They care about their work and I would recommend going there if you ever need a banner or anything designed. Excellent Customer Experience.

I came for the print center. Associate was very patient and helpful. I received my copies, both digital and from hard copies, quickly. Prices are competitive.

Keith was so helpful in the copy dept. We had a large project and he assisted us, so professional and very nice personality .

I bought a four in one Printer,Fax,Scanner and copier months ago and have never been able to use it a HP Office Jet Pro 9010 series..because of the pandemic,tech support cant help me and to activate it on line is jammed up..I didnt keep the packing or receipt,so I cant return it...if I call the store they cant help me and 1-800-Depot cant be accessed from my area..actually,it should be one star..to say that I am unhappy is an understatement..I am not going to pay for a tech to install it remotely...please help me..😥

Would not recommend this store. After several normal experiences in the store I was basically told that my business that I tended to at the store being at a low quantity was not worth their time. In my experience the store is there to take care of the customers needs rather it be a $10 order or a $300 order

I didnt like spending the amount of liney here I did, although I needed the ink. They did have some ok sales going on. They helped me find what I need pretty quick also.

Great place to get accessories for phones pcs n tablets, cords chargers ect. Prices are lower and they tend to carry the cheaper stuff in store.

Walked in and 2 employees were moving merchandise, after I was past them, 1 of them asked if they could help me, I told them what I was looking for and he told me what isle. Got what I was looking for and headed to the register. On way saw another employee (with his back to me at the end of an aisle),on his cell phone. Got up to register and customer in front of me had a problem. Here they were waiting for the cell phone employee, ( may have been a manager) to Good something out of register. Now another employee finally walks up and tells me and another person in line that he could take is at the next register. If Staples were still here, I would have never been in this store. And That Is Why Customers Get Fed Up and order on line instead of going into the stores.

Went there to buy ink after seeing the online price of $16. I get there and its $24 in store and they wont price match it for their own online price. No biggie I went next door to Target and got it. Also bought a new printer while I was at Target too. Thanks Target!

Never said in line. The service was on point. I went in to start my bullet journal journey and couldnt decide between a number of notebooks. Eneded with Tul diskbound customizable notebook. They had all accessories except one: the whole punch. The sales associates listened to my thought process and gave me a number of other options. Super cool place. I usually shop at Staples but was not disappointed with the service, variety of products and sales.

A place where misleading will occur. You will be pressured into buying a protection plan on everything from a calculator to a three ring binder.
