Went in to Toyota of Boardman for my 2020 Tacoma 20000 mile service. Service Writer Gerald was very professional and explained everything that was going to be done under the 20000 mile service. After around 45 minutes the truck was done and Gerald went over everything again. Every time I go into Toyota of Boardman I feel well taken care of and treated like gold.

Mgr.called and said you don’t want want to use that one.We’ll put ours in only about $600. More! I’m retired and can’t afford that kind of money!But I had to come up with the extra! So you won’t see me in your place again. NOT HAPPY! And the serv. young lady needs an attitude adjustment. NOT NICE!

Oil filter cover on underside of FJ wasnt bolted back in place and wheel lock left on lug nut. First time weve had such a bad experience.

Great service and staff! Recently had my car serviced here and had a remote car starter installed. Gerald helped me through the process with knowledgable advice, information, and honesty. Being from out of town, Gerald was able to schedule me an appointment that worked for my travel schedule as well. Highly recommend this business for solid and honest staff.

I only go to the dealer when I have to. It’s a shame because I like to have all my records in one place, but customer service is important to me and I just don’t get it from her.

We were totally mislead today. We are looking for a used decent shape Toyota Highlander 2016. We thought we found a really nice one with low miles 19 K to be exact. We were told the car could not be held and thought we did not want to let this one getaway. Should’ve known no photos were ever up for this vehicle, which we had asked for simple pictures from a phone.Talked to another dealer and he said they would hold it for us until we could get there on Monday. So we rented a car and drove 500 miles to pick up our new car. Spent the night in a motel, and arrived at 10AM. The car was a complete mess and huge disappointment. Dents on the sides too. No wonder there were no pictures! They offered to fill our tank full of gas which would’ve amounted to 5 gallons since we had already filled. Not very accommodating at all. So bummed that this couldn’t have turned out better.

They offered me 8500 on my truck, went to work. The next day they pulled back from the offer completely

This was our first Toyota purchase since the 80s and it was a good experience in all ways. The easiest way I can say it, is that there was no bs. They had the vehicle I wanted, the salesperson was knowledgable and there was never any type of pressure. I did my research regarding pricing and found them to be very fair. A friend recommended Richard Bell as a salesperson and I am very happy I listened to their recommendation.

Im very pleased with the service department Toyota of Boardman. While a different dealer recommended a $900 repair of my exhaust system, the guys in Boardman referred me to a welder who fixed the problem for $120. Boardman also repaired my brakes for free, citing previous work that they had performed on my brakes, although I had no recollection of the previous brake work. And they never try to upsell me on additional work that I have not asked them to perform.

I purchased a 2020 Toyota Limited Tacoma from Kevin Zeke Burick. I couldnt be any more satisfied with the purchase. It was very easy to negotiate with him since he got right to the point and set his best price forward. I bought my 2014 Tundra from them and I love the truck. I took it in for an oil change and alignment today. I received a call from the service department stating the spring that is in the oil filter housing was missing. They have agreed to replace the part since all but 2 of the oil changes were done by them and the other 2 were done at a Toyota dealership in Cincinnati a couple years ago. I really appreciate the resolution to the issue. I am a very loyal customer and tend to stick with people I trust and do right by me.

Look elsewhere.The staff was making fun of customers on the sales floor. From the start I was never greeted and I was on the lot for 20 minutes looking at cars. So I thought they were busy. Nope. Every salesman sitting at their desk playing on their phone. Not one person got up to greet me. The salesman “Zeke” aka Kevin Burick was disrespectful and didn’t listen to any of my needs. Then he bashed other dealerships which wasn’t a good look. I wanted to buy a car today but the level disrespect in his tone of talking to me like I was a child was enough for my wife and I to get up and walk out. Stay away from this dealership.

So I purchased a used vehicle with higher miles because the vehicle was pitched as a one owner clean car fax record vehicle.Later that night when the headlights were turned on I noticed they were very poorly aligned so I took the vehicle to a local garage for the adjustments and I was informed that the lights could not be adjusted do to the improper alignment of the body panels because the entire front clip had Ben replaced and on closer inspection I could see that the original color of the inner fenders was red when the vehicle was actually gray.I contacted the dealership and said I didnt want this thing that was misrepresented too me and was informed that all sales are final.No offer to even fix the lights and this was on an 18,500 dollar vehicle.I don’t have energy to fight with them but what goes around comes around at the end of the day they are liars and will twist the truth to get a sale unfortunately.Just thought someone might want to know they are hustlers.

When I initially bought my car it was a good experience. After having it for 6 months, was a different story. I think Toyota is a great brand but, I got a bad one. I traded it in at a different dealership because this one treated me like a number. I paid for gap insurance in full on my new vehicle and then eventually on my next vehicle. Therefore I was warranted a refund for the first vehicle. I had to deal with Erica Graham. Little to no communication, several mistakes were made and super unprofessional. I wonder how many people theyre ripping off with this tactic. I tried contacting the GM to file a complaint against this Erica. Unfortunately, after several attempts and no returned phone calls. This is the best I can do. They dont care about you, your money or your best interest. I wonder if shes from a temp agency? She cant do basic math and she got so upset with me over her mistakes I got an email in all caps. Lol Do yourself a favor and make the longer trip to a different dealership because this one is a joke.Youre only human!!!! How about how rude and unprofessional she was! Thats not human! Veteran of 10yrs lol TRASH. I have told many ppl about this encounter and I will tell many more. Were human. This backs everything I said. Multiple times he asked if I needed anything and apologized for the long wait. (Only 15 minutes past and they were busy so I completely understood). As much as I love toyota cars and there service Im so disappointed in their service this time so Ive had a toyota from 7 years now and I need ed another car so I chose to go to toyota of boardman and buy a new car I bought it and the next day I took it to their garage because there was a loud noise in the tire they never told me about it so it took them a week to fix and I took it back after driving it for a minute I turned back and gave it back today they told me that the steering wheel has something broken in it and I know they broke after fixing the wheel problem so Im waiting for a call or them to finish today with the car but Im very disappointed in them and I dont know what to do right now

Had a very unprofessional experience with one of the salesman here. We went to look at a vehicle and could not get the price we wanted (which was fine, and we left). The next day I receive an unnecessary and unprofessional text message from the salesman letting me know the car sold (okay fine). However; I get a third text saying “P.S. it sold for 33,350” as to rub in my face it sold for greater than what I offered. Very unprofessional and confirmed I will not be buying from this salesman or dealership.
