In the last few months on a few occasions I have called them during normal business hours several times throughout the day to confirm they have what I need, only to get NO answer. And I mean, calling back over and over throughout a few hour period. So I of course drive up there only to find they do not have what I need in stock. They never seem to have what I need in stock, and these arent crazy things. I have a hot tub. Theres only a few things that are needed. If you need chlorine, they got you covered. But if you need anything else, Id recommend looking elsewhere unless you can get a human on the phone (rare) to confirm they have it, and even then, Im not sure Id believe them.

It was 5:54 pm and our pool lights in our pool blue out. I called and Steve answers the phone. I asked him if he could please stay open 10 more minutes to let me get 2 bulbs ... To his Superior service to his customers he stayed open for me to get them . Thank you very much Steve !

Leslies Pool Supplies, Service & Repair, Kenwood rdTerrible service!!!!! The entire company doesnt hold any accountability for their service. My husband dropped off our old swimming pool cover to replace with a new one in May. They promised to give us a call in a week with estimated price for a cover and never did. Its already July and were still awaiting for a phone call. I stopped several times at the store and GM acted like he doesnt know what Im talking about. They didnt put any information into the system, so they cant even track an order. How is that possible??? How do you operate??? I called to a main number and was on hold for one and a half hour...have been transferred from department to the department several time, but an issue still not resolved. Can anyone in this company can answer a phone and help us???????

Horribly under staffed on weekends. Nice people, knowledgeable, but takes for ever to buy a simple skimmer net or get a question answered over the phone.

Wont give me a range of prices for adding a heat pump to my pool over the phone. Insist I have to have someone come out to quote it but it theres a quote fee and a trip charge just to find out what the cost might be. I ended up calling 3 other pool companies who did give me quotes over the phone for free.

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff but their prices are beyond outrageous and border on pure greed versus profit.I am all for supporting local businesses but when you charge $11 for a bag of salt that is $5 at Menards, I start to question things.When you price a pool pump at $699 that is available virtually everywhere online at $375, I start to question. I’m sorry, but charging a $325 markup on something cannot be explained by overhead.I can sort of understand the salt as it’s a relatively low ticket item but the pump is unconscionable. Before claims of “but we have a 3 year warranty” pop up, I question if that is for self-install. Even so, who cares about a 3 year warranty when if the pump lasts 1.5 years, I can just buy a second pump and be in the same position.Because I do get my water tested there and use their advice, I do buy the bulk of my chemicals there as it’s only fair, even if the prices are high because they provided a service.

I walk into the store, neither employee is wearing a mask. They then tell me I need to put on a mask, as neither of them proceed to wear their mask properly. For the record I think the masks are ridiculous. But dont tell me to wear one when you arent even wearing it correctly or at all when I came in.

Scheduled service to be done on an emergent situation with our pool rendering it non-usable. First available appointment was 4 days out. When they didn’t show up during the 5 hour time frame we were given on the day of the appt, we were told the incorrect zip code had been entered during booking (TX and we live in OH!) and the next soonest available appt was 4 more days out! Zero consideration for the fact that we had ALREADY PAID for the nearly $500 service or for the fact that they had made an error. Bye, bye Leslie’s!

I ordered a part for my pool and paid in advance. I was told they would call me in 3 to 5 days. About 7 days later I called the store and was told they were busy and to call back in 2 hours. I called back in 2 hours and no one picked up the phone. I headed down to the store and was third in line. I waited for approximately 15 - 20 minutes without any sort of acknowlegement of my presence, got frustrated and left.IF I ever finally get this part from Leslies it will be the LAST time I ever patronize the store on Kenwood Road.
