I contracted Anchor Exterior to repair 2 box gutters on a 100 year + home we had recently purchased. The cost of the work was very reasonable, and the quality of work was very good. I appreciated the contact with Rick in addressing what was needed, and his attention to it.The workmen were skilled, friendly, and on time. I would recommend this company.

All I needed was a single panel replaced and a cover for the porch light. At first it was great, they called me back on Monday and came out same day. Rick told me hed have a quote to me next day. Wednesday evening I email him asking about the quote. I get a response that he was sick and hell get it to me. I get the quote and accept and he tells me scheduling will call. Friday evening I email him again asking when Ill get a call from scheduling. Monday I finally get a call and the lady tells me theyll be out late Saturday morning. I ask for a window and she says she cant give me one. Shell call back with one if she can. Saturday morning cones around and I wake up 8 am not knowing when these guys are coming. By 10 I am leaving a voicemail. By 11:15 Im sending an email that gets bounced back.. I wait until 12:30, before I leave the house. No call. No show. Oh and theyre supposedly open to noon. What a joke.

I had hail damage to my home from a storm. An Anchor Exterior rep came out the same day as I called and gave me a free inspection. He was very thorough. He also met with my insurance adjuster and made sure all the damage was covered. The work was completed in a timely manner and my roof, siding and gutters look beautiful. A job well done.My parents are now having them do their roof. Their insurance adjuster missed a lot of damage and Anchor Exterior had the adjuster back out and got the additional damage covered!! I am very impressed at how thorough they are. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs exterior work done on their homes!!

When we needed a new roof due to storm damage (wind & hail), Anchor Exterior helped us process the claim through our insurance company. When it came time to install the roof, they stayed late to get the whole roof put on in one day! They were professional and courteous and spent hours combing our lawn for nails and scrap. Aside from the sounds of the work itself, I wouldnt have even known they were working!

Anchor Exterior re-worked our chimney and sealed it and did an excellant job. When my husband was ill we had them install two grab bars in the shower. We were happy with the results. Very clean workmanship.

Please be sure to ask the owner for REAL ReferencesReferences that You can go see!That you can speak with the actual homeowners face to face.He has NOBODY that will vouch for his work.He has subcontractors that can do roof work, etc.However, he is a horrible contractor when it comes to hardscape projects.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with Rick Sepulvedas Anchor Exterior complete roof replacement service. On Friday evening, we experienced strong winds that damaged and raised several shingles. In fact, a section near the front remained erected after the storm. Later that evening, Mr. Sepulveda knocked on my door, explained that he and his crew were finishing up a job remodeling the interior of a house down the street when he noticed the shingle damage. He offered to conduct a free inspection and fix the roof. Normally, I immediately turn away all unsolicited visitors but for whatever reason I felt comfortable with Mr. Sepulveda. He left a business card so I researched this company online and read a few Better Business Bureau reviews. Pleased with the companys BBB rating and previous customer feedback I called him the next day to start the process. They provided great service, very accommodating, on-time communication, and quality work. I would highly recommend Anchor Exterior!
