I dropped in on a class here while traveling for business, Alex was coaching. The class was super welcoming, well organized, and well programmed. The gym was large, well ventilated, solid equipment and an enormous rig. Will definitely be back my next time in Cincinnati!

I can’t say enough great things about this gym. This is one of the best CrossFit gyms in the country for the level of coaches, equipment and athletes. They are super welcoming for visitors and members of all levels and will certainly get you on track for fitness. This is always my first choice when I’m in town.

The best privately own gym in the greater area, very personal and great to talk to. All members in the gym are awesome people and great to get along with.

Just joined the gym a few months ago because a friend recommended it. The energy and presence of the people at this gym make you want to continue to show up everyday. I went in knowing nothing about crossfit and little about technique of lifting. Everyday the coaches have given me and are willing to give you individual attention if you want it. This place will change your life, stick through the first week and youre one step closer to a happy/healthy life.

I really enjoy my time here every day. Never know what youre going to get from the programming and from the coaches. And if you like to lift heavy weights with top notch coaching....this is the place.

This is not just a gym, it is a family full of supportive coaches and athletes willing to always help you reach your goals. Many athletes drive over an hour 4-5 days a week just to train at this facility including myself and its worth every mile. There is a reason we are Conjugate Strong!

Dropped in during a work trip. Very impressed with the facility, equipment, and programming. Spent ample time warming up and all of movements for each workout were demonstrated. Coach checked form on everyone during the strength portion and made corrections. 6 AM class is a great group and made someone dropping in feel welcome. Came back the next day instead of trying a different gym in the area. Will be back next time Im there for work.

I LOVE conjugate! There is such good energy in this gym. I look forward to going - even to the 6am class, zzzz - and enjoy every minute while Im there. CrossFit Conjugate has changed my life! I was completely new to CrossFit and completely terrified when I attended my first ever CrossFit class at Conjugate in June 2015. I had been severely out of shape and overweight for years, couldnt run and could barely lift weight. From the humble beginning with the help of the amazing staff I can do things I never thought possible. I recently completed my first CrossFit Open, and first CrossFit Competition. I get my programming thru Shane, so I dont train here regularly, but would if I could!! I came out for my visit to get hands on knowledge, and able to train with some top athletes, with that I can say its one of the best Crossfit gyms out there. A wonderful community to be around, extremely welcoming and friendly environment, great coaching and programming. I would recommend anyone to drop in, or join if they lived in the area! No doubt a top class facility. Everyone is beyond exceptional on staff!

When I moved to Cincinnati a little over a year ago, one thing I dreaded was having to find a new crossfit home. After trying out a few different places, I finally landed at Conjugate, where my search came to an end. My old box owner actually recommended Conjugate when he learned I was moving, but I thought it was too far from my house. Now I gladly travel to this gym because it is so worth it! The owners, trainers, and community are so amazing! Ive learned and grown so much while training here and look forward to growing even more.

Best return on investment in the city! These guys are using intelligent programming, well-trained coaches, great equipment and a safe environment to develop athletes. In the 4 months that I have been going there (3-4/wk) Ive been able to increase my upper body muscle mass/tone, increase overall strength, increased cardiac output, increased flexibility and dropped over 5min off of my 15k Heart Mini marathon time. These men and women really do know what they are talking about and what they are doing.Full disclosure: I work at a local running store where we have over 500 people in our training program. My background is in Athletic Training and EMS. I have done 5 marathons, 1 50k trail ultramarathon, 4 half Ironmans and a full Ironman triathlon. I was humbled by how much I still have to learn about fitness and athletic development, but, I kept suiting up and showing up and now Im reaping the results! Im not getting paid for this review, I just wanted to raise up some good people who are really making an impact on this city. Thanks, John

Crossfit Conjugate is the best equipped gym around, not only the strongest but best programmed gym. Not only will you be seeing 80 feet of rig with 65 spots for pull ups, but you will also be surrounded by field turf everyday you train.

Less than a year ago, my wife and I moved to Cincinnati and were eager to find a crossfit gym. We tried a few gyms and were dissatisfied. Right when we walked into Conjugate, my wife turned to me and said, This is the place. Its super corny, but we really couldnt be happier with Conjugate. The facilities are great, they have all of the equipment you could wish to use, and the coaches are experienced athletes who are talented in training and equipping their members for whatever goals they have. As far as programming goes, they manage to emphasize every area of fitness regularly. Power lifting, gymnastics, olympic lifting - they do it all. If all of this does not convince you to check it out, then the last thing I can say is, who wouldnt want to train with Shane and Laura Sweatt?!
