Don’t use this agent. I really like Nationwide but this agent has the very worst customer service skills I have ever come across. His inability to manage verification of my policy without talking to me like I was a toddler said all I needed to know. If I had an actual claim and had to navigate the process with this person I would be up a creek!

Our Agency has NEVER had Key To Escape of Statesville as a client and I spoke to the owner who offered no help. We are not even licensed in North Carolina where they reside. Also, Claims Adjusters only can approve & handle a claim, not Agents. Dan D
