Venus Day Spa is always prompt regarding my appointment time. Usually I wait 5 minutes or less before I am called by my stylist, Kaitlyn, who is and always has been professional, congenial and very knowledgeable. She is extremely accomodating in that she listens towhat her client wants and how to maintain the look long after one leaves the salon. Kaitlyn provides excellent and helpful suggestions toher clients. In addition, she is entertaining with her pleasant personality and sense of humor!

Venus is a beautiful spa. The staff are friendly and welcoming. My favorite service is the classic pedicure, its relaxing, fun and Im always happy with the results. I visit Venus most often for haircuts with Luke. Hes top notch! He keeps up with the trends but he also knows what style will look and work best for your type of hair. He gives rockin cuts and makes you feel like a million bucks! He is also very personable, a good conversationalist and makes you feel comfortable.

Amazing!!! I’m completely obsessed with the lash lift and tint I received yesterday. Even after being a huge fan of lash extensions for over 2 years I didn’t think this would be even comparable but I love it so much more. Venus sure does know how to make you feel beautiful. My friend and I had went here the other week to get our nails done. We scheduled for a 12:45pm-2:45pm time slot. The receptionist said during that time slot, the nail tech could do both of our nails, as my friend wanted acrylics but I had only wanted gel on my natural nails. However, it took the entire 2 hours just to do a simple French tip nail on my friend and I sat waiting the entire time just to be sent away at the end of the two hours because they had another appointment coming in next. I wish they would have told us from the beginning there would only be enough time for one person or had told me earlier that there was not time to fit me in.

It was my first time to have a European facial at Venus day spa. My experience was just ok. Nothing really outstanding about it. I felt a little rush since the lady that took care of me didnt really explain to me what the European facial is or what its going to do to my skin or didnt mention anything about what products she will use. Overall I probably wont come back. I will still be searching for my go to spa.

I had my hair and makeup trial for my wedding done. Sara was absolutely amazing and very attentive to details of what I wanted. After I was all dolled up, I felt like a princess. The staff is extremely professional and incredibly nice. The facility is very clean and well kept. I highly recommend their services!Update Edit: I got married a few weeks after this post. Not only did the Sara do wonders on me to make me feel gorgeous, but the entire staff did an incredible job with my bridesmaids. Everyone was so attentive to details and accommodating.

Venus is wonderful. They cut my hair exactly the way I want it. I will never go anywhere else to have my hair done.

Previously had appointments booked and did not receive a confirmation text for upcoming appointment. I proactively called Venus the day before to verify my appointment. Upon calling, the front desk attendant said Luke is off this week and you dont have an appointment scheduled. She also responded, didnt you move out of state and cancel your appointments? To that, I replied yes, but I have been back since November 2019 and rescheduled my appointments for 2020. To that she said sorry, you are not in our system.This the situation made the decision very easy for me to find another salon. Very disappointed in how this situation was handled, I was not even offered another stylist for a mistake made by them. It appears to me that this business is NOT customer service friendly.

I’ve been seeing Brandy, one of their massage therapists, since my previous therapist left. Brandy is not only great at her massage technique but she is extremely knowledgeable about how massage impacts certain health conditions.Earlier this year, I was surprisingly diagnosed with an autoimmune condition called Scleroderma. Every return visit, she asks about my health, my Scleroderma, how I’m feeling and any changes. She even researched that particular autoimmune condition, much to my surprise, after my very first visit.During my second last visit, I inquired about the different types of massage services offered. She explained every massage service Venus offers along with its benefits. I told her I was perhaps interested in ‘cupping’. She said we’d consider that in the future.When I returned the following visit, the first thing she told me was that in her research, she learned that cupping is CONTRAINDICATED for people with Scleroderma due to poor circulation issues. I was extremely impressed! This girl is on her A game!That visit she introduced me to a myofascial technique, which was definitely a keeper. There are always other options to benefit you in their massage repertoire.Brandy is a class act! Along with Venus as a whole. Really grateful God put me under Brandy’s and Venus’ care. Highly recommend this Spa’s services and their staff.

Deep tissue massage best around I’ve been to over 50 different therapists

When I lived in Bloomsburg my hairdresser was Luke. Since I have lived out of state for the past 6 years I have had several hairdressers, none that compared to him. This past weekend I was visiting my daughter and accompanied my son-in-law to his hair appointment with Luke. I could not believe my good fortune . He had a cancellation and was able to wash, cut and style my hair in under 20 min. It looks better than ever.!

Brandy does a great job of finding and working on the muscles that are tight and causing a problem. Before going to Venus I have never had a massage but I was made comfortable and relaxed.

Great experience with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Kaitlyn was attentive to my poor hair that hadnt been touched by a stylist in over a year. I left feeling refreshed and renewed.

I had no worries in this Covid environment. They limit the number of people, make sure there is ample distance between stations, plexiglass at reception, and hand sanitizer at the entrance. Personally saw them sanitizing after each customer. Loved them before...love them more now.
