I went in and asked for my hair to be cut just above the shoulders with long layers. She showed me where she was going to cut it, which looked good, but by the time she got to the other side it was much shorter. She made it even but it ended up being shorter than she told me she would cut it. Then she cut layers but they are also MUCH shorter than I asked. I asked for LONG layers, but she cut some layers to nose length! And the left side of layers is noticeably shorter than the right. I hate what she did and I will never go back.

5 stars for customer service. Its really hard to get an appt in the service industry and those employees are busting their tails. After a misunderstanding leading to my not being able to obtain an appt for several weeks, the team at the Buckhorn plaza location went above and beyond to get myself and others seen in a timely manner. Great cut and made an appointment for more services later in the week. Thank you for being so understanding.

I came here a while ago to have half of my hair bleached to do a split dye. They told me it counted as a specialty dye, starting at $75 or so. As we started, the lady was very nice to me. We got to the point where we were bleaching my roots and my scalp felt like it was on fire (Ive bleached my hair before with 40 volume and it never felt like that). After it was rinsed out, the bleached side of my hair was two different colors. The hairstylist said this was fine. We spent almost $100 to have my scalp burnt and for uneven, orange hair.

They fit me in with my 2 daughters less than an hour before closing. Were polite and awesome to deal with.

I got such an excellent haircut here but the prices are very high, I was planning to get highlight but it would cost me 80$ that is way too much and Im a guy so that should be cut in half because I have less that 3/4 hair then a girl, but I would go back again

Although they are not running at full speed, I was able to get my favorite beautician, who always does a good job.

Asked for a scissor cut only, explains how I like it not difficult to do a trim. Got scissor and shear. Asked not to have off my neck and they cut 1.5” above my tan line. Extremely disappointed, been there 4 time had problems 3 out of the 4. Never again, would NOT recommend anyone going there.**Update 02/23/2020**Spoke to whoever is in charge due to manager being on vacation. Was told she is awful sorry, but there is nothing she could do. She recommended (her words) “try your hand at Holiday hair since I was not happy with the cut”.!!

If you have long hair and value your length do not go here! I had grown my hair to the middle of my back and needed a trim. I took my glasses off so the *kid* could cut it. When he was done it was literally up to my chin. I was so upset. He had the audacity to say the cut looked “mature”. I was devastated...a woman’s hair defines her and I honestly was so torn up about this. Seriously- never go there. If I could give them lower stars, I would.

I honestly wish I could rate it lower. I went in and specifically told the stylist I was growing out the top and I just wanted some off of the sides. The stylist acknowledged my request and began cutting the sides which started out at a length I liked. Then she began to snip at the top and when I saw the length that she took off my heart dropped. Save your time and please go somewhere else.

Employees sit in the back out of view of the customer because that ridiculous wall in the middle blocks their view of the register. Im not going to stand around while they text on their phone, Ill take my business else where. On a positive note, when I get my hair cut here, its almost always great. Fix the area so the employees can see the register area. I shouldnt have to seek them out myself

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The absolute worst place I have ever been for a hair cut. I went here because I am off at college and needed a quick trim. I went to hair stylist Kaitlyn (sp?). I originally asked her for a trim. When she showed me how much she was going to cut off (about 1 inch) I wasnt nervous. By the end of my trim she hacked off about 3 inches. I decided just to chop my hair since it was at such an awkward length at that point. I then showed her pictures of what I wanted the cut to look look (shoulder length). I now have practically a bob. She didnt angle the hair by my face, rather, she chopped it off straight to my face. I cannot even wear my hair down. I have to pull back my side bangs or whatever the hell you want to call that cut. It is hideous. I cant even go somewhere to get it fixed until it grows out more. Needless to say, I will never go back here again and do not recommend it to anyone!

Love going to the Bloomsburg location. I always request Caitlin. She always does exactly what I want and makes my hair perfect. She also cuts both my childrens hair and has alot of patients with my 4 year old. I would recommend her to anyone.

Okay job in a fast paced setting.

My hair was already damaged when I went to Caitlin. She explained to me because of the damage and my thinning hair it would not be possible to get the style of cut I wanted. However, Caitlin was able to cut away the damage and give me a a wonderful style. She also suggested several products to help with the damage - I had been using Nioxin but it made the damage worse. After using the products she suggested, my hair is now 110% better. Caitlin is a hair stylist not a miracle worker - if your hair is damaged there is only so much she can do.

Ive been going here for several years and have only had one subpar haircut. It was a new girl who I havent seen back since then. If Brianna is working ask for her...she cuts my hair better than anyone ever has

Went for highlights and they said that they couldnt do it until an hour later because their instructor wasnt there. They said that they were still taking classes on how to properly color hair. I thought the point of being a hairstylist was knowing how to style hair, color, etc.

I went there Monday to get a short pixie as I always do usually I don’t have a problem but this time an who did my hair she had it to where I couldn’t see what she was doing she had me facing away from the mirror instead I got a brush cut I am so upset I am wearing a hat all the time even in my home and especially right before x mas and she has done my hair before and she asked ginger lengths and I said yes this is not finger length I said to her short put short so I can spike it if I could go back in time I would I am so sadden and upset I do t want to have my picture taken at x mas for my parents x mas gift

NEVER EVER VISIT HERE. This place cut my 2 yr old ear with scissors and then stated to us he shouldnt have moved his head. You r a stylist not a butcher your aim should be to cut hair not body parts. The manager told us not to bring our child back anymore bc he cant sit still. Im sorry a 2 yr old doesnt sit still but maybe her response shouldve been we need better ppl working here. My child is now traumatized everytime he needs a haircut. FU salon

I came In this salon for a quick color and trim on my way to a funeral. Kaitlyn assisted and it by far has been the worst cut of my life. My hair was almost one length with long layers almost to my shoulders when she finished chopping up my hair I might of had 4 inch length on top the back was longer than the top and it basically looked like she combed my hair forward and just chopped it. The WORST haircut I have ever had and I ask for a trim. I told her it didnt look right or even at all then she blew it off and proceeded to sell me products! Wth! After leaving in tears I called the corporate office to complain and they never returned my calls after ensuring me I would receive a call in 1-2 business days I called back and was told the same thing needless to say it was pointless it fell on deaf ears. I had to have my hair cut super short to try to even it up but that still didnt fix the giant hole left in my hair from here inability to layer. If you value your hair never use KAITLYN! So wish I had seen the previous review on her before I let her touch my hair.

Went for a cut tonight and asked for a short angled bob and even showed her a picture of what I wanted. She ended up shaving half the back of my head with clippers and it looks like a bowl cut from a lawn mower. I am going back tomorrow and demanding they fix it and give me a refund! Worst experience with a salon Ive ever had!!!
