Ruby and Lisa are always two of the most pleasant individuals to brighten a persons day. I have been going to them for 16+ years. They are beyond extremely talented, do amazing work an I would recommend anyone I know to them. They do everything from nails acrylic and dip with regular or gel color to pedicures, manicures, some waxing. An so much more. Women, Men, children give them a try. They are my #1!!!

Good customer service, bad quality nails. I’ve gotten French tips of various colors many times before, I’ve never had them done this sloppy. The woman who did my nails never checked the black tips to make sure they were even. Both of my thumbs have uneven edges and numerous nails are lopsided. You can see where my nail starts on almost every nail (usually when you do French tips the tip goes far down enough to cover when the nail extends off the finger itself). Difficult to see in the picture but there’s a small hair on my nail that won’t come off since I got gel. I also asked for a manicure; my cuticles weren’t pushed back and the dead skin around my nail wasn’t cut off. Most of the imperfections I noted are only noticeable if you stare at my nails, but if I’m lying for a service I expect it to be good. I’ve paid less for higher quality. Definitely won’t be coming back here ever again. Kim’s Nails is much better and right next door.

I had to wait 30 minutes because there still were customers, even tho I had an appointment. Unfortunately, I was disappointed because the nails’ color next to the cuticles looked super messy.The Master didn’t sanitize neither my nor her hands in the beginning. Then she used the same nail file she used for the previous customer, which is not hygienic at all. My cuticles weren’t pushed back or trimmed.The only good thing was that the master shaped my nails in the form I liked and there were hot towels.

I recommend Ruby Nails to anyone who needs to get their nails done or anything else, they do amazing work each and every time. Ruby and Lisa are fantastic people as well as business owners. A+++ in my book.

Absolutely love Rubys. Great husband and wife team. Very personable. Ruby keeps you laughing. And themost important thing, they know what they are doing and they are very efficient and quick. I can get a fill and gel polish and be in and out in less than an hour. And its just the 2 of them working there.

I got my nails done at this place once and when my nails grew out, and the acrylics fell off I noticed my real nail was completely dead and infected! I am not happy about this at all so if you want infected fingernails then go to Ruby Nails!
