My daughters both have their nails done and my oldest daughters friend has hers done as well…they have been going to another local nail salon and the ladies rushed them and were rude and didn’t do a great job the last time I took them for a fill…so today I said let’s try somewhere else! I used to get mine done by you years ago…so I brought the 3 girls tonight and they LOVE your salon!! They said you were all super friendly, made them feel comfortable, didn’t rush them and they liked that they could sit side by side so they could talk while you did their nails! THANK YOU…we found our new nail spot!

My girls really enjoyed their manicure and pedicure. I even my decided for the first time to have my own of both and it was wonderfully relaxing. Looking forward to coming back!

Very rough, would go to different people in between doing my nails, didn’t take time on my nails, had glue on the sides when i was done, and had bumps all throughout my nails. Do not recommend.

I went there three days ago, wasn’t very impressed from the beginning but thought to give them one more chance. The woman I’ve never seen before, but was excited for a new experience had done my French tip so poorly. In two days all the paint has chipped and fell off. What French Tip paint falls off? I paid $50 total for a fill and didn’t even last me a week. I will not be back.

I got my acrylics done here last week. I cuticles were cut and I bled. I’ve had acrylic nails that have lasted 3-4 weeks before. Not even a week after I got them, 3 of them fell off. Not worth $60

My sister treated me to a pedicure and nails the morning of my wedding day. Everyone was so nice and efficient! My nail art stayed beautiful for 2 weeks!

I am very pleased with my nails. Untill i came home, one of my nails popped off and i was told.... I went back that next day to have my nail duct abt get it ud popping off Austin, I honesty hope it gets fixrd. Kim did an awesome job as always, thank you for making sure I didnt have the gentleman today as well. I will continue to go back to Kims Nails. Amazing!!

Never a bad experienceI was told about Kims Nails when my former nail salon closed. I have been going here for several months now and my nails always last until my next appointment. Professional but friendly service with warm smiles on every visit.

Thanks Kim for always being so accommodating and doing such a great job! I have gone to other salons and you never knew what you were getting. Kim has always been very consistent. I have been going there for a couple of years and never had a bad experience.

Made an appointment a week prior for pedicures and manicures for three people. We had to wait 45 minutes after appointment time to start! Why accept appointments if you are not going to accommodate them? Polish looked good but the pedicure was subpar compared to what I’m used to. No massage at all and no scrub.

This place is not bad, but the guy hurts my fingers when we does my nails . also he didn’t push back my cuticles like he was supposed to when he started doing my nails, he also leaves so much space on my regular nail ! when my nails were finally done it looked like i had them on for 2 weeks, they also looked like they were boutta fall off !

Kim does an amazing job on my nails. Ive been going there since I moved back to the area a yr ago and there def my go to place to get my nails done. Every worker in the salon does a good job but Kim is my favorite and I only have her do my nails. She takes her time and does it right until your fully pleased with the final result.

Best place to get your nails! Price is right! They are super friendly! Highly recommend. Try to go when not busy!

Awesome with children

I’m super upset with my nails .. I got the dude that works there and I have crooked nails there not as long as I want them, some are longer then the others and nail isn’t even fully painted and there not coffin like I asked for .. I’m super super upset

Went to get acrylics and ended up with a bunch of crooked nails and the shape that I requested was completely off. I nicely asked if there was anything she could do about it and the lady started getting all snappy with me and almost yelling. She made me pay full price and wouldn’t even remove them for me. i’ll be taking my business elsewhere. What ever happened to customer satisfaction guarantee?

Kim and Michael have always gone out of their way to help my gram get in and out of the building and make sure we were both happy with our nails. My gram used to be so proud of her nails (and toes!).I have always been happy with my nails...as well as the service.

Kims is the best nail salon in town. They are always busy but the manage to make everyone happy and they do a great job.

Worst my nails have ever looked after a fresh acrylic set. So disappointed.

My nails were uneven, dirt was left under my nails. And when I asked about them she said: “I don’t know” And started talking to the manager in another language about me instead of answering my question. When I confronted her about it over the phone, Kim admitted that the other worker told her that i was not satisfied in her language. And proceeded to tell me later in the conversation that she was not aware after admitting, they talked about it. WORST PLACE TO GO TO. If you question them seems to me your opinion as a customer does not matter.

I like going to Kims they do good work and take time with your nails I give them a four star

I have been to several nail salons in central Pennsylvania, and I always have a great experience at Kims. Her staff does a wonderful job and Im never worried about who Im going to get.

Very good manicure. So-so atmosphere. If youre looking for a girls out fun experience go somewhere else.

People please be honest and writes a true review on this these people are very fast paced they bounce around and dont do good jobs they do Shady work and when you complain they just say oh next time next time no there is no next time were done with you its the worst nail place that Ive ever seen so people be honest write down how you really feel and what you really think about this place cuz thats the only way were going to stop Shady work like this

I waited over an hour to get service. Then I sat down at the chair and it was not even real nail polish remover, it was some sponge thing that I stuck my fingers in and made a bad smell. Then I asked her to fix the lifts on my nails and she asked if I wanted it glued and she decided to take off my whole nail and it hurt a lot and then charged me for it. Then I asked for a cut down and a couple of my nails weren’t cut enough so I asked 3 times to get them shorter and then she didn’t level them off. Then when she painted them, there was a smudge. Overall worst experience I have ever had. I didn’t want to make a scene because I wanted to get out after being there for over 2 hours. Awful.

I had been going here for 6 months and never had a bad experience until I had the owner do my nails today. She is a frump. The entire time I felt rushed. She filled my nails and was ready to paint them in less than 10mins. I had asked for a specific design on my nails and showed her a picture. I was unhappy with the first nail she did and I even commented on it, but she ignored me. I commented 3 more time that I didnt think I liked it - trying not to be rude, then finally I had to stop her from just finishing my nails because she wanted to finish. She got so upset and tried to blame me for them not being how they were in the picture. She then slammed the nail polish remover down in front of me and walked away almost shouting. I had to remove the color myself and then she sent someone else to paint my nails. I am still confused why she got so upset. I was the one that was going to have to look at her horrible nail job for about a month. And the sucky part - of course I paid and gave her my change as a tip before this all happened.
