Tried to called for a dumpster price.. the woman who answered sounded intoxicated and was very vague in the way she asked questions. I had to give our address multiple times and was told “we don’t have any 10 yard dumpsters out there” even though I said I wouldn’t need one for weeks I was simply calling for a price. It seems a disposal company should and would know what dumpsters come in and go and what dates they are available. The whole call from start to finish was very unprofessional.

Should have read the Google reviews before dealing with this company. They are not professional, at all!

Very nice people service is great ..the man that delivers my dumpster is a very nice man we had them deliver during the flood when we lived in bloomsburg they were always very sweet and now that we moved to back of catawissa they were still nice enough to deliver up here on the mountain and I couldnt imagine using anyone else for this service for a dumpster and like I said if u r lucky enough to get the guy that always delivered to me then there is a plus ..very sweet man thank you again

Tried to bully me into paying another $50 on the spot! Refused to move my trash in a prepaid account. After 2 years of struggle, Today was my last day using the company and the driver determined that because I was discontinuing service that they would not take any of the trash and I heard this directly from his mouth. The company has continued to increase the price every year to now nearly $3 in the past 2 years And we are no longer competitive in my opinion. As a new member in the community I had 15 pack boxes that I previously warned the company about and they refused to get the boxes without an additional $50 payment on the spot. When I demanded that they at least come back and get the six 30 gallon equivalent Of trash, the driver returned took three 13 gallon containers, knocked over the trash receptacle, pulled away. I contacted the office immediately and they told me there was nothing further they could do for me. To have very poor service from a driver who is aware that I was discontinuing service, and basing that poor service on my decision to make a better financial decision for my household is unacceptable. I am glad to be using another provider that cost less and has a better rating on Google. HEAPS, thanks!

Recently had this Garbage service and it was garbage!!! They went threw our garbage and took what they felt like taking, garbage would be left all over the place, they would leave our cans in the middle of the drive way and also refused to take our bagged yard clippings. The lady states the landfill does not accept clippings which is COMPLETE B.S. It decomposes faster than anything. And how would they know what we had in our trash if they didnt go through it! Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time with this company.

Terrible customer service. Refuses to return a phone calls, questions you about your personal private matters, drivers say they cant find your house, then theres garbage all over the yard. Would never recommend this company.
