Alishia with SunGard is absolutely the BEST! I have Hunter Douglas motorized shades from the late 90s and both had stopped working. Alishia got one to working but found the other needed a new battery pack as it had corroded. However, because of the age, she wasn’t sure it would be available. She contacted the factory, installed the new pack (with a crazy custom valance that made it difficult) and I now have working shades in my master bath again. I would highly recommend Alishia, SunGard and Hunter Douglas!

My experience was wonderful, A-1 all the way. First when visiting the store where a young lady named Addison was super informational and thorough. I ordered what I wanted, and Addison and her supervisor Alecia (sp?) came to my house to get exact measurements. I was told it would be a month before they would come in, and it was to the day!Two very nice guys installed them in a matter of minutes. It was just great! Im thrilled to death with them and have received many compliments. They simply make my kitchen!

We had two panels made for our double french doors, once they were installed they look like a high school student made them, they also used too little of fabric for them to be made correct. When they came to the house we asked that they look like the once on the back door. DISAPPOINTED for sure. Bloomington IL

I love my new Hunter Douglas blinds. They give my living room a clean look. Laurie at SunGard Windows was easy to work with and found the best blinds for my home. The installation was fast and easy and the installers were on time and informative.

We had blinds on tall windows in our living room that operated from a wall switch and one of them quit working. We called and talked to Laurie and she came out the same afternoon to check things out for us. It was an easy fix but she had the installers here in less than 48 hours and everything is working perfectly now. They also gave us some great suggestions for blocking some glare and heavy west facing sun exposure. EASY people to work with and amazing customer service that you just don’t find everywhere anymore. I highly recommend them. I won’t be going anywhere else in the future for my window needs.

The staff was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind! They worked hard to make sure we picked the tint that would give us our desired results. Would definitely recommend and use again.

What a great experience from start to finish! First sugars comes to your home to measure and show you all the options for your home. They even came out a second time when I had questions! The Installation guys are professional and very nice and helpful.From the manufacturer one part was broken. Instantly they ordered the part and will return to install it. I am so pleased and would recommend Sungard to everyone I know

We had our old duette shade replaced with a Duette Powerview in our living room. We couldnt be happier. Alishia and the installer were quick and neat. Our hardwood floors were very faded where the sun comes in on one side of our house. We had the floors refinished, but solid wood floors will always fade over time if not protected. Sungard installed Madico window film on our windows, and they look GREAT. Theres virtually no difference in the way they look, but the film blocks 99% of harmful UV rays, and they also lower our heating costs. We are very pleased with the installation by Sungard, and with the product.

If you cant find it here you will never find it anywhere.
