Really good customer service.

Really good and helpful service. The owner is hard working and determined and fixed out TV at a fair price. It had a really difficult and obscure issue but he never gave up and accommodated us well. An honest business with good people.

Great place awesome people

I ordered a stand for my TV. After a few weeks without receiving it I try to contact TV Parts Central by email but get no response. I check the USPS website and it has been sitting in Alabama for weeks. I ordered the part over a month ago then. I decided to call TV Parts Central, and I was told that they shipped it so it is not their problem anymore, and that I should be the one to figure it out. Was also told to wait for the manager to come back and he would contact me. I went into my local post office, the first thing they asked was if I contacted TV Parts Central about this. 7 weeks after I ordered it and I still don’t have the package, plus the manager never contacted me. Long story short, dont order parts from this store as they do not care about their customers at all.

Asked a very simple question and was informed by the guy that answered that he has no idea if the parts I inquired about where new or used, I was told to call in a couple of hours and ask for Guillermo, I called and all I got was an answering machine, not even a personalized message but a generic cheap machine message. The times we live in require good customer service or lose money or worse.

Was not the wrong part number as some reviewed stated.Bad:I ordered “Samsung BN96-38483A/BN96-38484A LED Backlight Strips (20) ORIGINAL” LED strips for a TV I was repairing. One of the LEDs was burnt out on the strips, and I didn’t realize until the 60” TV was put back together! It would have been a hassle to repackage, return, wait for it to be processed and receive a replacement, so I replaced the burnt out LED myself from the strip. This whole process would have been SO much easier if they just tested their products quality before they shipped! I received something that was advertised as working as new, and it wasnt!Product review would have been better if they responded to my review, or even posted it on their website but they didn’t. Wish they would just communicate!

These people sell the incorrect parts to people it is just a waste of time and you could lose your money to these scammers and it is not a trustworthy site to buy from. What they show on the site you do not get you get something else and they rarely pick up the phone when you call them.

Great service! got my tv fixed right before the world series, they were able to fix it fast and in a pinch!

If you are in business, then act like it. No one answers the phone or responds to emails. Lame, valiendo madre.

Or tv was particularly difficult for them to fix. When we brought it in initially we recurved it a week later with the expectation for it to be working, it was not, however when brought it in notifying them off this they immediately took it back to try to fix it again free of charge. When it wasnt ready a week later they gave us a TV of theirs for us to use free of charge while they fixed ours. They had our tv for a month and when they gave us or tv they said that if or tv still didnt work they would give us a refund. Generally I was very impressed at how honorable they were and how hard they tried to fix or tv, they did by the way, and I thought they did very well.

Repaired my tv it went out again 1 hour later :(

I called trying to get my tv fixed, I called around 9:40am, after a few rings it just goes straight to voicemail then it says this user doesnt have a voicemail set up. Then less than 30 seconds later I get a call back. The gentleman then asks me if I speak Spanish I reply no so he says someone will call me back in 10 minutes to help me I say okay thank you. 10:38 rolls around still no call back. I give them a call same gentleman answers he says 1 minute then someone else come on the phone a few mins later he asks me for the tvs model number I give it to him. Then he says one moment. Dead silence for 3 minutes then he hangs up. Very unprofessional if you dont want business then take down your number off of Google and move on and stop wasting the time of people that actually want their product fixed.

My friends recommended this place after my TV pooped on me, they were unable to get my tv running because it was too dang old but they sold this great 60inch 4k Samsung extremely cheap! like half off retail price, its insane! great store, would recommend if youre just trying to buy a tv!

Couldn’t find this part anywhere online...but these guys had it. At a premium of course but hey I didn’t want to throw away my 75 inch tv so I gave it a shot. Was shipped promptly and arrived packaged well. Watched a YouTube video...took my time and installed the blown out backlight which to my horror had maybe caught fire because half of the old lights were melted. Put everything back together and it work better than before! Thank you Tvpartscentral because without you my tv would be in the trash!!!!

Guillermos Tv sales and repair is definitely the place to go for all your TV repair or TV purchase needs! I have a 65 inch Samsung 4K TV that just stopped working while I was watching it. I called around everywhere and no one would or could give me any answers! I called Guillermos TV, he gave me answers and offered to look at my TV right away. I took it in the next day. He took a look at it and figured out the problem right away, he had it fixed within 2 hours! I picked it up that evening and my TVs back home on the wall, working perfectly. I cant say enough good things about the quality this shop provides there customers! Excellent Customer Service & Excellent Repair Service, and all at a great price. Thank you very much Guillermo! Ill keep you in mind when I need to buy a new TV in the future. 5 star customer service & repair!

Excellent Service, Went in there with a Vizio that I could hear but I couldnt see like it was off, and they fixed it right away, got a call the next day to pick it up, fast service at a great price!

This company also goes by TV parts central,they sell used TV modules.I purchased a TV module from them,we are a TV repair company,and the module did not work so I sent it back and I ordered a new one that worked.I was told as soon as I sent the defective board back I would get a refund,well then they wouldnt,so luckily I paid with PayPal so I got a refund.I belong to the USAs largest TV and consumer tech forum and they now all know what crooks these people are,they lost a lot more business than just mine.Never again,scammers !

Would be extremely wary of online ordering from these people. Take your chances if you want but I would not do it again, poor service and no communication whatsoever.
