Why does the time say open and there not open update your hours .

Every time I have used or attempted to use their online service to send money, it is at least a 30-60 minute ordeal or not being to log in with the password I know is correct, resetting the password and the new password still not allowing me to login, finally getting through to the point where you submit a transfer, and being kicked back to the login prompt. If you want to have an extremly maddening experience, by all means, use Moneygram. Moneygram should just remove their horrendous attempt at an online service. They mujst make all oftheir money from phone and in-store transfers, because they seem to do everything in their power to prevent you from actually sending money onilne.
