We used this service immediately after closing on a house that had been rented. The sellers did not do a good job cleaning the house. Thankfully, Starr did an excellent job getting the place up to snuff so we could comfortably start moving in and using the house. Excellent service.

The first cleaning I got from them was great. The second cleaning was mediocre, plus they took dirty sheets off the floor and put them back on the bed. Then, after booking a third cleaning with them over a month ahead of time, they cancelled it a couple days before via automated text.I wont be using them again.

CottageCare did a great job for me on a move-out cleaning in Bloomington. They provided an accurate estimate, worked really hard on the job, communicated well, and were on time showing up. The outcome exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely call them again.

In terms of the cleaning - two friendly people showed up to our home on time. They cleaned all areas discussed extensively. Our house was clean and fresh. I would highly recommend Cottage Care to my friends and family.

Overall, I had a great experience. The ladies were polite and worked efficiently. My only negative comment would just be that a few things were missed in dusting but other than that I was satisfied with the service. I will use the cleaning service again and just make sure that my expectations are clearly communicated. Again, overall they did a great job!

We have been with CottageCare for many years and Chris has been cleaning our home for the vast majority of that time. I believe it is their model to have the same person clean your house unless that person is away, sick, etc. Chris has always done an exemplary job cleaning and leaving our home in great shape. We have never had problems with her being here, things being out of place or broken, etc. I receive a text message from CottageCare the day before a service is scheduled - this is great because Im not always that organized! Also, they are very good at rescheduling if there is a holiday or were not able to make the usual day. I havent called around to other companies so really dont know whether their prices are competitive. I do know that they seem reasonable and that they are not always increasing them. In short, they do a good job and are fairly priced.

We were very pleased with our first cleaning and have decided to start on a monthly schedule. Our cleaner arrived promptly, did a thorough job and was pleasant to interact with. John followed up within a few days to make sure we were happy with our cleaning and to see if they could do anything better. We are very satisfied and would recommend!

Our family of four has used Cottage Care on a biweekly basis for ten years. I am very happy with their service. They do a good, thorough job. We moved houses about five years ago, from a small older starter suburban home to a larger relatively new home. Cottage Care has done a great job on both. I appreciate that they use products that leave the house smelling clean but not an overpowering cleaning products smell. They are reliable and punctual, and adaptable about working around my familys schedule when needed.

Fantastic service and reliable staff. The cleaners show up on time as scheduled, do a thorough job and even take the time to make friends with my dog. The cleaners can come while Im at work, in which case I just leave specific instructions with the booking receptionist, or they can work while my wife is at home. The are always happy to clean whatever rooms we request, in whatever way we prefer. Honest staff, detailed cleaning and highly recommended.

They brought their own equipment to include non-toxic cleaning supplies to sanitize and wipe down the bathrooms, kitchen, and the tile floors. They also provided great tips and tricks as they moved through the house (considering I was just moving in myself!). I would highly recommend.

I couldnt be more disappointed by this company. I used them one time for a deep cleaning and scheduled monthly cleanings after that. I have since discontinued my service due to poor managers out of the Bloomington office. I was working with John out of the Bloomington office and never received replies to my emails or phone calls. The customer service was so dismissive and rude. I would not recommend this service. There are many other good options out there.

I am always happy when CottageCare leaves my home, because that means it is clean!The kitchen and bathrooms are spotless and the rest of my home looks pretty good too.

While the staff on the phone was helpful, the overall result of my move-out cleaning service was extremely disappointing. She cleaned the bathroom main parts, but missed things such as cleaning the mirror. She also attempted to clean our blinds, but then left all the dust piled on the floor and did not clean that up. Additionally, I had requested that all baseboards be cleaned and many rooms still had dusty baseboards.To top it off, she used my floor cleaner (which was nice hardwood floor cleaner) and only worked for 2 and a half hours when the service was for 3 hours (she arrived at 9:30am and checked out with my husband at 12pm). While my husband did do the check out, he did not check the areas as thoroughly as I would have as he was on his lunch break from work.

Cottage Care has been taking care of us for the past 15 years, and they do an incredible job of cleaning! John has also been very flexible when we have needed extra services or date changes, etc. They are all very nice and trustworthy.

Bought Up to 3000 SF of house cleaning voucher on Amazon local. I figured they would clean up to 3000 square feet of my house, right? Wrong. Only 3 rooms would get cleaned, and THOSE rooms can be up to 3000 square feet. Whatever. So these 2 women come to our house, black and white. Black lady goes upstairs. I am not supervising or anything. She may have vacuumed the floors, but she wouldnt even move a small trashcan to vacuum under it in my sons room. Blinds werent dusted, nothing in the master bathroom was dusted. I think she just turned on the vacuum and laid down on our bed. The white woman shows up about 30 min after the first woman got there. They said to me on the phone that they would be on their knees hand washing the kitchen floor. When they left, i saw that there were unpopped popcorn kernels still on the floor up against the floorboards. I sent an e-mail voicing my concern to the owner of the company here in the Twin Cities, but never got a response. Never again will we use this service.I guess you get what you pay for.
