Samantha Yang regularly cleans our house and I want to say that she does an amazing job. I look forward to the days when she cleans - its a perfect reset. I come home to an organized space and the house feels as fresh and new as when we moved in. That is saying a lot because we have small children who leave toys like bread crumbs where ever they go and dont get me started on sticky surfaces. Samantha is professional, hard working and friendly and I highly recommend her.

Very unprofessional business here - they are dropping clients with 2 days notice citing the standard staffing issues that everyone is using these days. Thats understandable, but the issue is how theyre dropping long term clients with no discussion at all about other solutions. Maybe if the upper level management allowed their workers to take a higher percentage of what they charge clients, then there would be less turnover in environments like were in today. Poorly run business that allows customer service like this and lack of planning for a work shortage situation like were currently in.

Jessica Kania was just the person to help us reclaim our space. She did a terrific job. She must be a mom because she knew how to order our kid’s stuff and wipe the hidden spots at the breakfast table where the kids leave messes. She made a top down approach and left the place feeling new! Thanks Jessica.

Hard to want to give business to a company that wouldnt respond to an online request for new service and never answered the phone. I was trying to shop around for a good cleaning company and now I dont even want to bother with them.

I had my first cleaning today and was very impressed! I had the talented Samantha, who is a hard worker, efficient, detailed, and very kind. My home absolutely sparkles. My husky also loved her and literally howled for belly rubs...which she doesnt do if she doesnt like you so thats definitely 4 paws up from a hard to please jerk. Looking forward to our weekly cleaning with Samantha...she really is quite a delight!

I hired maidpro to deep clean my newly bought house. I told them that it needed some cleaning love and that I had celiac and would love it if they paid extra attention to the kitchen!The person who cleaned did a great job on the floors, walls, and bathroom (except for the knob that they broke off of the shower.)However, the night before we moved in we went to give the kitchen a once over, and it appeared nearly untouched. There was grime and gunk in the drawers, mustard stains in the fridge, and other yuck that should have been cleaned. It seemed like the kitchen had been skipped completely. Im really disappointed!

Samantha and Caitlin were absolutely incredible!!! I am blown away by how clean they made our house they were truly the dream team. My house is sparkling from top to bottom. My favorite is my white polished sink and in my sons room a book was propped up on his chair for when he next reads. The attention to detail was incredible I can’t stop smiling. I needed help with house cleaning after having foot surgery. MaidPro gave me a fair price, and very professional service. The gal who came to clean (Samantha) was friendly, kind and efficient. She was good with our pets and respectful of our things. MaidPro provides a check list of things that are done at each visit and its amazing to see what they can do in under 3 hours! The house always looked wonderful after she was done and I am going to miss their service very much now that Im back on two feet & have to go back to doing it myself. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anybody!

Travis, the owner, is a great guy, wonderful to talk with and really takes good care of his employees. Taking good care of his employees means that his employees will take good care of his customers - meaning homes will be cleaned as we want them to be cleaned. Weve been using MaidPro for about 5-6 months and have had a quite a bad experience. We like to get our apartment cleaned once a month. 2 times out of the 6 the coffee table was left un-dusted, and basic areas left uncleaned. Last month they cancelled our cleaning due to staffing problems, and claimed they couldnt reschedule until December 8th. Today is December 8th, (a whole month later) and they did not show. We intentionally made sure to keep our dog, and ourselves away from the house during the day so to come home to an uncleaned house -- you can imagine why this was a final straw with MaidPro. I do not recommend using this company.

A long story short, I would highly recommend Maidpro! They are professional, courteous, friendly, take pride in there work, customer oriented, and flat out the best cleaning service I have found!!! I was having a competitor clean my house before I found Maidpro, and I can tell you Maidpro is not at all like the other cleaners out there, because my house is finally clean!!! Maidpro doesnt just keep giving your house a spit and a promise, they actually clean! Give them a chance, they are worth it!

Sarah from MaidPro is the best house keeper I have ever had! Everything has a bit more shine and detail than the work done by my other home helpers over the years....and I have lived on 3 continents and several states: Texas, Maryland, Kansas and Minnesota. I am picky and a registered nurse who understands clean done in the right order, which means moving from cleaner areas to dirty areas: kitchen food prep areas first and bathrooms are done last. And dusting begins top to bottom: ceiling areas done first and baseboards last. Another plus is Sarahs unobtrusiveness: I hardly know she is cleaning if I am at home. The whole family has been home at times when Sarah has been cleaning and we never feel inconvenienced. If I ask for special cleaning like dirty dishes in the sink, windows and blinds she is always willing. I do not hesitate to highly recommend Sarah and MaidPro Bloomington-Edina.

I love how they paid attention to the little things like dusting under some of my clutter and the deep cleaning of my carpets.
