I was surprised at bow easy this was to get to. It is visible from traffic and has parking right at the base of the jump. They just expanded by adding a third jump. Now they have 10 meter, 25 meter, and 70 meter! This place is owned by the Three Rivers Park District and operated by the Minneapolis Ski Club.
