Really nice park with a good amount of walking trails that connect to the rest of constitution trails. Theres a pavilion on the north and south side with a little water park/playground at the north one. Theres also another park on the western side as well. Overall its kept really good care of and its everything youd want in a park. I do wish there was more shade throughout it since only a small area has trees and it quite hot walking it in the summer. Give it a decade or two and it should be better though once the ones already there grow bigger.

Good sized central parking for the park area. You can access the pond, walking trail and bike trails all from this lot.

The trail is very clean and its a nice peaceful walk.

Tipton is the great park with a nice splash park for the kids.

Current trail update: if you run from Tipton to Towanda-Barnes Rd, the trail is relatively clear of ice. The path around Tipton Park can be slick, so be careful!

Very spacious and has some amenities like a water fountain and porta potty. Not well lit at night, though, unless you park close to the road.

Love Tipton, go there regularly. Ponds and wildlife nice, very well maintained, paved walking trails, fishing in two ponds, pavillion for picnics. Plenty of parking and easy access.

Great parking area with nice trail access! Highly recommend! Would park again!
