If you run a business its good to provide the services advertised... If you rent out dumpsters and pick them up once a month it would be great to get it picked up. A month and a half of overflowing dumpster is not ok! No call back. But the bills come regularly!

Usually they are timely with trash pickup but today they only picked up like 5 trashcans kn the whole neighborhood and mine is still full to the brim!! It’s 7pm!! Ridiculous

I have Area disposal in Bloomington IL. Trash pick up is Friday. Friday around Noon I called Area because my trash wasnt emptied. Lady in the office said they havent even been to that side of town well now its 6pm and trash STILL hasnt been dumped. Dumpster wasnt blocked all night/day, I have Ring video Camera. When is ok for trash service to decide when they are and arent going to pick up trash that is PAID for? Second week ina row. Ridiculous.

Had one of their trucks almost hit me and ran me into an oncoming traffic lane because he thought he should swing out into the left lane to make a right turn from Morrissey onto Hamilton (where their business is located). When I passed the truck I noticed the driver was talking on a cell phone and not paying any attention to his surroundings or acknowledge the fact that he almost hit someone.

I cant even get them to answer the phone. The one time they did they hung up on me. If i could rate a 0 stars i would have. This place is a joke.

Hands down the worst most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. For several months now we have had a contract with them and out of the 5-6 times our garbage has supposed to be picked up it has happened one time without issue. When I call to check they lie and change the contract without notice. If you can go anywhere else go there not Area

My landlord pays for Area garbage to empty out our apartments dumpster. This morning they picked up our trash per usual. daughter heard a loud noise (she lives upstairs) and looked out, saw garbage truck pulling away and didnt think anything about the noise she heard. a little later we left to go to mcdonalds and saw the white marks all on the back of my bumper. which is parked on the street, with my bumper close to the driveway leading to the dumpster. no white cars live on the block of our house. the other tenants dont even have vehicles. and it was sometime between 6:30-7:30am, where there was no other cars present on my one way street. I called Area to make a complaint and I was basically called a liar. so if you want your car damaged and them to not take responsibility for it GET AREA! 😄

Phone staff is overwhelmed. Forced to leave a message, and never receive a call back. Service was to start beginning of month, didnt until the 22nd. With only 1 week of credit given.

You need to quit dropping dumpsters outside apartment buildings. Im sick of being woken up because of this. Ill continue to call and complain until this is remedied. Completely disrespectful and juvenile. If your employees dont like their job, fire them.

The manager Shannon is very rude and needs some training in customer service. The company failed to pick up my bulk items even though I called and notified them the week before. When I called the staff was very rude. Basically staff needed the name of who I spoke with and eluded that I was lying about calling. They said I could call again next month or pay an extra fee and have items picked up next week. This is unacceptable that because of their incompetence I have to pay an extra pickup fee. Staff and has no customer service etiquette.

Very disappointing. Have failed to collect trash multiple times now, even though we put it out in the appropriate place the night before collection. When we contacted the office, they were both rude and dismissive. A disappointment on every level.

Met a professional driver who was also courteous!This company also handles recyclables.
