This is a very useful place for people shipping lots of items through various carriers. The staff is always friendly and I can trust them with all my packages. They also provide good services like mail forwarding and business addresses.

Delivery vehicle horn was honked when delivery person locked vehicle to walk 10 feet then honked again to unlock - I asked her to set the electronic locking setting on and she said it didn’t exist- noise pollution at my condominium plain and simple. Every thing went as promised and the price was very very competitive. Professional service and no problems shipping a large glass container. Id use them again and recommend them highly.

I go there grudgingly, but no more. One time, the clerk had to consult a manager on EVERYTHING. And last time, I stood in front of the guy behind the counter for at least a minute while he was busy with something else. No Hello or Just a moment or anything. Finally he stuck out his hand for the package, set it on the scale, tapped a few numbers, then resumed his previous work, never acknowledging my presence. Bad day? I dont care. How hard is it to say something? Anything? Youve lost me as a customer.

Im not sure what goes on here for every customer, but a clerk inspected my item and said it was too large for UPS and would cost $900, so I took it to UPS and they boxed and shipped it for $185. Maybe they are more competitive on the easy stuff.

I wish i could give less than one starestimated was doubled when they picked up my items.When i received the shipping, the items were damaged and when i contacted them for claims they said i aint got no insurance.

It has been over a month trying to get my insurance for the shipping damaged claim. I sold professional Audio speaker on eBay. It was very expensive and 85lbs. heavy, so I thought using PakMail was a good idea even though I paid about $100 more for expert packing and it was insured for $1700, which was much less money then I sold it.A week after the shipment, the buyer opened a case with eBay because item was arrived with totally destroyed the cabinet and the tweeter. He posted pictures that were hear broken. It was packed with single layer of box with some peanut packaging materials.After 2 weeks I had to give full refund back to buyer. Now I have been trying get my rightful insurance money from PakMail and they are stone walling me, and Im still hoping they would honor it.
