Our company had an awful sales experience with Terry Birkeland. The entire time we were working with him we were only offered used equipment as our current Ricoh lease expired.He would show up unannounced on the first day of the month. He walked around like he owned the place. He failed to disclose fine print in a contract renewal... and his lack of follow up could potentially cost us thousands to end our lease that we had with this company.After our controller called Peter Olsen, his manager, we described our sales experience and felt blown off and disregarded. No solutions or apologies were offered.If you sign a contract with this company - read it with a magnifying glass. Itll cost you thousands if you dont. Ended up going with Metro sales and had a great experience. Very professional. Ended up with new Ricoh equipment for a similar price as used Ricoh equipment through this Ricoh office.
