I called them earlier today and asked if they do screen printing which they said they did. My boyfriend and I traveled from Downtown Minneapolis to West Bloomington with my candle jars in order to get a estimated price. Upon arriving we spoke with the woman who works there and she denied being able to screen print anything. She then began to question us if we knew what we were talking about by asking us if we mean etching. We let her know that we’d spoken to a man who said yes, which turned out to be her husband. She called him over and he first confirmed he did talk to us but when she insisted that they didn’t do screen printing he changed his story. He then proceeded to say yes they can do see through on my candle jars but he doesn’t think that would look good at all. At this point I don’t want to give him my business but then he put the icing on the cake by insulting my business.I do not recommend. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

This local business deserves 5+ stars! Excellent customer service and team to take care of your printing and shipping needs. If you need something creative, never hesitate to ask, they work hard to satisfy their customers and are very resourceful! Always professional, prompt, and reliable. Im very appreciative!

Everything was and still kinda running smoothly but for some odd reason they started charging for each piece of mail that you want to pick up from your mailbox when in the contract it clearly states that you only pay $16.99 for up to 60 pieces of mail before they start charging you and they started charging for every single one. Please explain please do.

John and his staff are top notch! I have received multiple packages from them and they are always packed and prepared with the utmost care and professionalism. Would recommend him and his store to anyone!

Postal Dispatch did a large print of a family picture for my photography clients. Their printing was of good quality (from a large Canon printer) and timely. I was impressed with excellent product and service from start to finish!

Before becoming a regular I wasn’t sure how they could be better than other similar types of businesses. Now I don’t go anywhere else. I love supporting small business owners that are creating change in the world. A place to get your shopping and printing needs taken care of by a friendly face who knows your name.

I would not recommend. the workers here are extremely rude. it seems as though every time I come in there I’ve witness them saying disrespectful stuff to customers all the way to children. I have also been yelled at and it seems as though everyone has an attitude. Won’t get my my business anymore this place is toxic. I hope someone can be brave and bite back when needed.

Been going here since they opened and feel very confident in bringing all my print work to John. Very high quality for even the smallest of jobs, great prices, and I appreciate the ease in sending my digital files via the web. The staff are always very helpful in sending packages - even during hectic times. Can always find cute gifts that are local and unique too. Glad they are in the neighborhood.

John and his staff are nothing less then Professional. Not sure how long they have been doing this but they know what they are doing, Glad I found this place and will be back.

The people are nice and helpful, however they are older and move so so slowly. I often wait behind one person in line for 10 minutes.

Extremely rude, condescending employees and manager. Theyre not upfront about rates. They charge $2-3 just to forward an envelope! Terribly value, awful experience. Skip them and get a UPS box instead—in your own neighborhood, instead of 50 miles away.

I regularly use their printing services for the church I work for, and have been highly impressed. I’ve had many brochures, postcards and flyers printed there. Quality work, competitive pricing, quick turnarounds. John has been great to work with. Definitely recommend their printing services!

I am just not happy going here anymore. They are often times RUDE and standoffish... except for their graphic designer who sits on the left as you enter the store. I cant remember her name but she is nice and helpful. The gentleman and the lady behind the main counter are never very friendly or kind at all. The location is close to my home and I frequent this mall a lot due to all the other vendors there, but I go out of my way now to go someplace else for my mailing packages and graphic services due to their lack of respect for their customers. Their pricing has gone up considerably as well the past few years.

I love Postal Dispatch! They have fulfilled many of my personal and business printing orders. They have printed everything from brochures, business cards, posters, postcards, wedding & multiple invitations for me. The wedding invitations they printed on velum and cut for me were amazing. I have used their postal and P.O. box services too. The professional staff is always willing to help and makes sure Im happy. Postal Dispatch is one stop shopping for all of my postal & printing needs. They have quick turn around time and theyre reasonably-priced too!

John went out of his way to help me find a large box so I could return my defective TV. I had driven all over town and he was the only one who was really willing to help me out. The staff were very helpful and I would highly recommend their shipping and printing business to anyone.

They have gone out of the way to do numerous small printing jobs for me that would probably be considered more of a nuance to most businesses, considering these jobs dont bring in much revenue. I appreciate that they do this for me despite being very busy with other larger orders/shipments. It has helped me out tremendously.

They printed and installed a window graphic for business signage on my vehicle. My graphic designer sent me the file which I forwarded along (even uploaded through their online site) and they did the rest! Looks great, no bubbles and I can clearly see through it from the inside. Color quality great as well.

I ship globally quite a bit. Do not use this establishment. The older women that worked with me has no idea what they were doing or how to send a box to Asia. Highly recommend using other establishments.

I should have read the other reviews as warning for what I would encounter. The level of disrespect and lack of ownership when an issue arose was horrendous. I sent a package to my family Europe which somehow went missing. For weeks I called John at Postal Dispatch who assured me nothing was wrong with the package. Finally after waiting MONTHS after sending the package and my sister not receiving it he finally agreed to open a claim.I am still waiting nearly 6 months later to be refunded for the items that were sent and never delivered.John has since stopped returning phone calls or responding to my emails. I am appalled that a business owner finds this sort of behavior to be appropriate when he assures excellent service or refund.I will NEVER ship with this company again and encourage nobody else who is looking to send items to do so either.
