As is typical with every visit, the experience is always first class. I truly appreciate the attention to Covid protocol. All the staff is exceptional. My hygienist, Heidi, was excellent in attending to all my needs and advising of everything she was doing including my general oral condition. Dr. Baker was very personable as well as professional. I was somewhat skeptical when I saw the 5 star rating, but after my first visit here I can attest to this being the best dental office I have ever been to! The front desk staff, assistants and Dr. Baker were all wonderful. I came in with the knowledge that I needed dental work done, but quickly realized that the previous (corporate) dental office I had gone to was simply trying to make everything they could off of me. Bloomington Modern Dentistry always does a quality job taking care of our teeth. Today we had our teeth cleaned and xrays taken. We were seen promptly.

Love this office. Karen is a fantastic office person and the first voice and face you work with. She has a wonderful personality and laugh. Libby, the hygienist...the best. My teeth always feel great after leaving there. In the past I’ve had hygienists clean my teeth and l would leave there in pain. Never from this office. The doc is an obvious family man and just as kind as the others who work there.

Dr. Baker and the entire staff at BMD are completely awesome. Best, just the best, dentist I’ve ever had in my life. And I’ve had other great dentists. The staff are all experts at what they do and are friendly and efficient and each of them shows genuine caring for both oral health and me as a person. Ladies and Gentlemen, you wont find a better Dentistry Office this side of the Mississippi River than Dr. Nic Baker (aka Tony Romo) and his amazing staff!!! This pleasurable and hardworking staff even makes the process of getting a cavity filled a positive experience!

Everyone from the front door through the cleaning and exam was careful to to be COVID-safe. Temperature was checked, no waiting, masks, face shields, and gloves were used. Things were handled as safe and contactless as possible. There were no shortcuts taken in service quality. The cleaning and exam were thorough, comfortable, and professional. Highly recommended!

We love Dr Baker and staff so much!!! We’ve been so happy with their office that I ALWAYS recommend them to everyone!!!! One person I referred had so many dental issues she hadn’t been to the dentist in years because she was worried about cost and all the anxiety. She said she feels like she goes to the therapist every time she goes, she’s been so happy to find someone honest and who doesn’t do more than is needed. I’m fairly new (2.5 years) in the area and I’ve been looking for an amazing dentist. I was driving and the sign at Bloomington Modern Dentistry caught my attention. I called for an appointment and the receptionist was so kind. When I came in for my appointment everyone was kind. I love all of the staff especially Dr. Baker, while he’s extremely professional, he’s also so down to earth. There’s never a dull moment. I even think that he thinks he’s cool (he’s alright). I’m afraid of the dentist, but my experiences at Bloomington Modern Dentistry always bring me back. Thanks for changing my perspective and making me feel comfortable.

My son had a horrible experience for the first time with the dentist because he knocked out a tooth at 2 years old. Dr. Baker is the only dentist we have seen since. He is so kind, caring, patient and friendly. My son was completely at ease. His staff are personable, friendly and go above and beyond to accomodate during these difficult times.

Once my old dentist retired, I had a very hard time finding a dentist that I liked and felt comfortable with until I took the advice of a friend and tried Modern Dentistry. I felt like the others were trying to sell me something in regards to dental work such as crowns, but here I got honest answers. I have been going there for 2 years now, and I love my hygienist and dentist.

As always staff is incredibly friendly and the service top notch. I felt very comfortable with the procedures they used to insure my safety.

I go to Bloomington Modern Dentistry on a regular basis. I had a crown come loose over the weekend. I left a message on their recorder as it wasn’t an emergency and had no pain just a loose crown. Monday morning they called me shortly after opening and got me an appointment within the next hour. Dr. Nick took crown off and redone it and I was out in 15 minutes. I so appreciate the great service.

The anxiety of Going to the dentist can be hard for many folks- I know this to be true for all my life. 2 years ago I started going to Bloomington Modern Dentistry and it’s the best decision I made. Every staff member is extremely welcoming and presents extraordinary customer service. I look forward to my appointments. Both of my children also receive dental care from BMD and they are completely fine going to each appointment and learning great dental health!

My first appointment went really well. I have anxiety about the dentist and they made me comfortable. The massaging chair option was an added bonus. Overall, I really enjoyed the staff.

Nowadays the office is too busy and they treat you like cattle at the stock market. They have hours that are convenient for the dentist because of his large family. They are only open 7:00-3:00 Monday through Thursday. Yes thats true business hours. Not exactly convenient for people who have full time jobs.
