The front office staff was both professional and quite helpful with the questions I had. Their smiles and warm demeanor made me feel comfortable as I sat and waited to be called back. The dental hygienist was very knowledgeable, patient and thorough with my cleaning. The dentist, Dr Kloboves, has an excellent bedside manner, and made me feel at ease before I had my cavity worked on. Their equipment is state of the art too! I highly recommend this dental office.

The lobby was nice and inviting and a comfortable place to sit and wait for my appointment. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. My hygienist was great and very careful not to hit my sensitive teeth wrong but still give me a good cleaning. Dentist was friendly and quick. Highly recommend.

Dr. Shirley has always been there for me no matter what emergency I have. I have always been able to get in the day I call or the next day if the emergency can hold. He takes time to discuss my options and always puts my interest first. The office workers are always polite and get back to me soon after I call. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else and highly recommend Dr. Shirley.

I love this new office! I have been in many dental offices, but never one where I could watch the tv or choose to look out the huge ceiling to floor windows to watch the weather and scenery outside while I am having my dental work done. The atmosphere is relaxing. I have always been pleased by my treatment by Dr. Kloboves and his staff.

I had an emergency, bad tooth. They got me in ASAP. It required a crown, My other dentist has never fit my crowns, as well as they have. Hot it correct on first try. The girls all do a wonderful job also. So glad I changed to Dr K.

My Niece came in a few months ago and had some fillings done. I called back because she is now having a toothache again and needs to finish the rest of her dental work I called the office and explained the situation gave them her name birthday then they asked who I was I told them and then they proceeded to tell me that they’ve never had her as a patient and it’s going to be months for them to get her in. Then my mother picked up the phone called and said I need to make a follow up appointment with my nieces name and birthdate and then they gave her an appointment day and time the receptionist was rude and inconsiderate and has no idea what the circumstances were or why I was calling. I don’t believe it’s a bad dentist office by any means but the customer service is a zero. And that doesn’t speak for every employee just the one that I spoke with today.

Everyone is wonderful. If you’re looking for a new dentist office, look no further.

Id gone a bit too long between dentist appointments and was noticing some issues when I scheduled my appointment. I was a little nervous to go but I knew it had to be done. Im glad I went; the office staff was friendly, the hygienist was incredible, and Dr. K was personable and professional. I was greeted warmly, had no wait time and the hygienist made sure I was comfortable as she explained everything that was going on. One of my best dental experiences, I will definitely be going back here in 6 months.

This is the best dentists office Ive ever experienced. The staff is nice and they dont try to charge you for a bunch of unnecessary things. Its really comforting to have a tv in each chair so you can focus on something other than your procedure. Definitely going back for my next cleaning!

This place is wonderful! When I was informed that my former dentist was out of network for my insurance, I was referred by my former dentists office and a family member to Dr. Klovobes. On Sunday, I had a crown from my former dentist pop off, and when I called Dr Kloboves this morning, he saw me right away. From the time I called to the time I walked out of there was less than an hour! Very personable and professional. Highly recommend.

This office has a very friendly staff. Our wait was minimal and they even put cartoons on in the waiting area for my daughter. I took her there for her first appointment, 3 years, and they did wonderful with her and made her very comfortable. They had a crown ready for myself in less then 3 days. The whole office is clean and nicely set up, I would highly recommend this office to anyone with dental needs.

Changing dentists. I cannot predict where my work will want me months in advance. Ive now had 3 hiccups with Bloomington Family Dental. Each time is generally my fault. Either work sent me away the week of my appointment or I (they claim) wrote down the time wrong and came an hour late. I waited 3 months for this last appointment. Because I was 40 minutes late (20 minutes early I thought) they have to reschedule for 2 months in the future. Its now been a year since my last cleaning. This dentist should work with their customers more.

I love this Dental Facility. I moved from Chicago where I had already had a relationship with a dentist and Im glad I found Dr. K. He is very personable and cares about your needs. The entire staff is great and the appointment times are kept. I would recommend Dr. K to my friends and family if they ever need another dentist.

A couple of years ago I went to see Bloomington Family Dental after not going to a dentist for multiple years. I was afraid of judgment and lecturing, as well as a high bill. The staff there is nice and professional and they gave me affordable care and did not try to talk me into invisible braces or teeth bleaching. I have been going every six months since then and they have continued to exceed my expectations.

My previous dentist was trying to charge me outrageous amounts of money for a procedure and multiple cavities and filling fixes. Went in to Bloomington Family Dental for a second opinion, and was told they would only have to work on a couple parts of my mouth, instead of the whole thing, making the out of pocket expense decrease dramatically. They also told me I didnt need any fillings fixed and had no new cavities. Very happy with the service! My hygienist was knowledgeable and very kind, and explained everything in detail. She understood my situation and made me feel very at ease during the entire visit. Excellent experience!

The staff is extremely rude. All of the staff acts so stuck up. There is no cultural diversity in their office (only Caucasian employees). In a culturally diverse country and very culturally diverse town I feel this to be completely unacceptable. They do not make you feel comfortable at all. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Once again Dr. K and his staff have come thru with top notch support for my oral hygiene issues. I especially appreciate the way Dr. K handles the un-pleasantries of Novocaine injections. If you arent watching when he gives you a shot, you wouldnt know hes even doing that! I have had a crown or two done over the past year and they have turned out flawless. The bite is perfect, the feel is like your own teeth never left your mouth. There are those who perform dentistry...and there are those who elevate the art of dentistry, Dr. K is one who elevates the art. I have been going to dentists for over 50 years of my life and I have yet to be treated by a better one. He and his staff always deliver. Every visit results in a thorough, efficient and complete solution to my dental issue(s). He and his staff strive for a very high level of customer satisfaction and are batting 1000 with me for over four+ years now. Cant say enough good things about this group. Pleasant mannerisms, professional results, always bring their A game to the issue at hand....Give them an opportunity and they will show you how pleasant a dental visit can be!

I would give this place zero stars if I could.This place was horrible from start to finish. The person who answers the phone was rude and condescending. My husband had a new crown put in after his old one fell out.First of all, the crown wasnt put on properly so that it lined up with his teeth above. His mouth wasnt closing properly because they hadnt matched it properly. He went back to get it fixed and mentioned that it was painful. After they fixed the alignment, he still had pain and went back yet again after a few months. The dentist insisted it was normal to have sensitivity even that long after the procedure!At this point I sent him to my dentist who figured out right away what the problem was and solved it. The work done here wasnt done well at all! Its ridiculous because its pricy and the dentist doesnt do much. He didnt care about the problem and my husband suffered for months thinking it was normal.Im so disappointed with this place and would recommend anyone to avoid it at all costs. Youll lose money, mess up your teeth and might even end up in pain like my husband. They simply dont care and want to get rid of you after they do their shoddy work. They spend a lot on advertising but its all show to cover up their bad service. Dont be fooled!

Had to get dentures for the first time and they made sure I was comfortable with every decision before proceeding.

Multiple people came in late, and were seen. My client had forgot his ID and was waiting for it to be brought to him and then was told they would be rescheduling it for two weeks out . For an initial appt made two days ago. They lost out, new appt scheduled for another clinic for tomorrow AM. Not friendly at all.

I was disappointed with my care here. Overall, the staff are polite and the office is fancy, with tvs in front of each chair and what seemed to be up to date dental equipment.My problem is that every time I went, they tried to sale me something. Im 26 w/fairly straight teeth and they offered me braces, even though no dentist had ever said I needed braces before. Once they offered me fancy mouthwash for a small blister I had from eating something too hot.This was all fine, until I got my first ever fillings from the doctor here. Im not completely sure I needed them--they said it was my choice, so I decided to be safe and get them about 6 months ago. My teeth have been sensitive ever since. I went back to have the job looked at and they said it looked fine and applied professional de-sensitizer, which made my teeth even more sensitive.Because I lost trust in them, Ive decided to try a new dentist.

It was my worst experience ever. The nurse who made x ray to my mouth hurt my gum so much and was so rude. I even cried and wanted to leave immediately but I decided to continue since she already took many x ray to my teeth and jaw. Which means if I went tor another clinic I will have to do all of the X. Ray again which is dangourous in my opinion. I even were not asked if I want to do x . ray or not and I do not see why it is important to take sooo many pictures. I will not be upset that much if she did not hurt my jum or was little nice!!!! The doctor did good job to my tooth but the nurse was rude and hurt my jum. 😭😭 I will have to go to to the same place just because I do not want to do more x.ray.
