I brought my truck to DDI after speaking with the owner about receiving a paint correction. When the truck was finished, the results were less than acceptable. As the pictures show, the paint was not corrected in any way. After bringing these issues up, he told me, “well what did you expect for the price you paid?” He refused to offer a refund, instead offering only half of what was paid or to “correct” the truck again. I did not feel comfortable letting the shop burn through more of my clear coat in an attempt to rectify what had/had not been done.The pictures posted clearly show that no paint correction had taken place. To make it even more obvious, I got second opinions from multiple other detail shops around the area, all confirming that the paint had not been corrected. A more reputable shop offered to do a side-by-side example. It took them less than a minute to produce a near flawless finish on one of my fenders.If you’re wanting anything beyond a simple vacuum and hand wash, steer clear of DDI. Most of the vehicles in DDI’s lot have no license plates or dealer tags. The owner also works for Curry Auto Center and the vast majority of DDI’s business comes from quickly cleaning used cars that go back on Curry’s lot. If you want a true vehicle detail, where attention is paid to your concerns and you’re actually receiving what you’re paying for, DDI is not the shop for you.

In and out in a timely manner. Thorough job detailing interior and exterior of auto. Almost looks brand new!

Excellent work and very professional service. We had our teenage sons car interior detailed since it was bought used, and had a lot of gunk etc in cup holders, cubbies, etc. Its amazing! We are so happy with the results.

Now that I have a newer truck its nice to have them to work on it. They did an excellent job on engine detailing.

Horrible experience, my car wasn’t detailed after paying a whopping sum of 200$! It was only scratched on the surface, never will I recommend them to any. I was gonna let go, but I feel so bad everyday that I step into the car & still sees all the dirt I paid for to be cleaned still hanging in different corner. Even the manager can testify to it cause I showed her everything before leaving their office 👎

Walked in and felt like a huff-house. Not sure what cleaner/paint you all are spraying so much, but I got light headed in just the couple minutes. Open a window.

My sons puppy barfed in the back seat of my car leaving an unpleasant stinch. DDI not only cleaned the seat but also cleaned up all the drool marks and shampooed the carpets and the rest of yhe seats as well. It was completely affordable and worth every penny. I will recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you DDI for a job well done.
