Treats employees terribly. Pay is terrible. And dont know how train.

What’s wrong with the phone lines??? I have been trying to call for 3 days!!!! The call is not going through

This company Is forcing employees to work closer than 3 feet from each other and in rooms with more than 50 people. They are also disciplining employees who are sick if the do not come in. I’m pretty sure they don’t care about their employees or the community they are in.

This company illegally adds false charges or refers you to collections and messes with credit scores from AT&T Mobility company. You can dispute and remove from your account (Transunion, etc.) when you become aware. Read other incidents in reviews below.

Horrible place to work, the structure and culture of the business is toxic. I saw upper management walk out of 30 year career over BS policies. I saw a team coach and the head of one dept get fired for sleeping together and also sleeping with another entry level employee in an office. In my opinion its not worth whatever pay they want to start you out as.

If you want AFNI removed from your credit, then PLEASE READ!!!! Its just as simple as filing a BBB (Better Business Bureau) complaint asserting that the debt is not your’s and demanding that it be removed from your credit. This company’s compliance department has no backbone and will fold just to sweep it under the rug. Check their BBB “reviews and complaints” to confirm, then watch that nasty collection mark go away from your credit. You’re welcome.

I spoke with a lady who said her name was Leah. She bullied me for a credit card over and over and over. I calmly told her that I wanted to check with my ex-husband about my over 2 year past due amount and she would not take no for an answer. I couldnt even believe it. I continued talking calmly with her, but she wouldnt take no for an answer. It was crazy! What a horrible company if this is the type of collectors you employ. So ashamed that there are people who talk this abusively and unprofessional in our great country!

Leadership is terrible and there is zero communication in the midst of management. Hardware is outdated, lower level employees are blamed whenever something goes wrong....DO NOT work here, entry level employees beware.Afni could improve through diverse leadership as well as better hiring practices, upgrades to hardware, software, and MGMT. Worst summer job ever.

Very disrespectful to people coming in for employment testing and interviews. Wasted a ton of my time and showed no care whatsoever.
